Went with my Mother and we had a nice lunch/ dinner. Like me make sure you don’t eat the day before or before as there’s a lot of food! Head chef even came to say hello and have a little chat. Dessert was AMAZING sticky toffee and a caramel creme Brule pricy but worth a treat

We went for the Sunday roast recently. The food was excellent, and the decor beautiful. However, we did find one or two of the staff members a little frosty/aloof. Plenty of very friendly, and welcoming staff too though.

I heard people raving about the roasts and honestly it was the best roast i've ever had. The service was remarkable, the staff were friendly, professional the presentation as amazing and nothing was to much to ask for. Started great, lovely classic interior, nice welcome, great table. Limited menu choice. The steak was good but not fantastic, too salty. Glass of wine choice poor and limited and obscene prices, especially red wine. Service charge unnecessary. Overall 7.9

Is this just a venue to visit for your instagram with its stunning decor? No! On the pricier side but you get what you pay for! I’ve picked the wrong item a couple of times so some have not been to my personal liking but I cannot fault the food here! Opted for the vegan starter for my last visit and the cashew cream was just wow! Staff are amazing and some of the best service I’ve experienced! Definitely worth a visit and is more than just an instagram post! I do need to visit for the Sunday roast - it’s on my list! Oh and the sticky toffee pudding is one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Famous for its roasts and quite renowned locally, this upmarket restaurant in Old Chelsea serves nice British dishes with a touch of class but without the weight of fine dining. Decor is very flowery and picturesque. Sunday roast was lovely and dessert very indulgent. Front of House staff a bit too direct and mechanical with rules (reminding of 2-hour table slot rather than making us feel welcome) when you actually book to chill and enjoy your Sunday lunch

This is my favourite restaurant in London. The food is spectacular and so are the staff. I love introducing friends to it, because they always love it as much as I do. I brought three friends with me on Friday and they’re all converts! We had such a brilliant night. Huge thanks to all!

We reserved a late slot for Sunday lunch which was not really a good idea as when we arrived we were rushed to order and there was limited choice available. Fortunately my wife and daughter wanted the chicken roast but the vegetarian stuffing was no more. I went for one of the beef specials which was so rare it was almost 'mooing' and for me, was inedible and as the kitchen was closing or had closed, I didn't want to make a fuss. Fortunately, my wife's chicken portion was very generous and she gave me some which was delicious. I liked the roast potatoes, my wife and daughter didn't, but other than that, it has the potential to be one of the best restaurant Sunday lunches I have tasted. There were lashings of gravy, a mound of generally well cooked vegetables and all served by excellent staff in a most delightful atmosphere. We all loved the relaxed and classy ambiance of '50 Cheyne' and the wine was reasonably priced for a very drinkable Gavi! Would we return, certainly, but possibly of an evening to sample their main menu. If I went for Sunday lunch I would book an earlier time slot and stick to the delicious chicken. Did we enjoy our visit, most certainly and the bonus is there is a delightful pub around the corner called 'The Cross Keys' where we finished the evening. A lovely afternoon all told!

I attended this location for a wedding. The room upstairs was perfect for the ceremony and then we all came down to a beautifully set restaurant. Great food and atmosphere. The best thing that I experienced here was the service. I have not received this level of service for a long time! The red headed lady that served our table was outstanding, friendly, had fun and jokes. She anticipated our needs before we knew them. Had fun with our daughter and spoilt her. The bar staff were exceptional with great drinks and smiles The managers were on form and clearly the team worked great together Well done, highly Recomended

Probably the best Sunday roast I have ever had. I have brought friends and family when they visit and they all say the same. Whenever they come up, I am asked, "Shall we go to 50 Cheyne?" and the answer is almost always yes. Have also been a few times during the week (usually Friday) and the service is just as fantastic.

The most dog unfriendly place!! Martina was great but Dancia was horrendous!

The lady at reception was wonderful and welcoming. Impossible to praise her more than that. We went for the Al a carte menu, but were drawn to the Taste one instead. Glad that we did. Exceptional food, great portions and our Ukrainian waitress were altogether amazing. Great food can only take you so far, what makes the food and the venue excel are the staff. 50 Cheyne have an amazing combo.

Really nice restaurant and the food was top notch. We were a party of 16 and the only complaint was food envy. Highly highly recommend.

Exceptional service, delicious food and surprisingly good value wine list (given where it is). Scallop and soufflé starters were great, the steak was exceptional. Minor gripe that the chips were a bit salty and the spinach a little dense were dealt with in a way so many restaurants could learn from. Absolutely delicious and a really great evening, hence submitting this rare review.

Excellent dinner here at this lovely restaurant. I had quite a few dietary restrictions and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Very appreciated!

Only thing to note is the non-alcoholic rose champagne is £60 per bottle (we ordered two). Bit of a shock when the bill came! Other than that, superb food, service and ambiance. Will definitely dine there again.

Top food and most importantly amazing service. All the waitresses were very polite and professional. Special standout to the Italian lady (sorry cannot remember the name), who was always very positive and polite. On top of that, she offered a bucket of flowers to my girlfriend, as it was her bday. That was a very positive surprise!

Just perfect. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, the food was delicious the service was quick, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. The crowd was also a good quality crowd, which is really important for me. This place has definitely become one of my top favourites in London and I strongly recommend you to try it! How come I haven’t discovered this place in 5 years I’m in London?! I cant wait to go back again. Thank you for all the staff who made our night a memorable experience. Wow, wow and wow!! The best Sunday lunch ever, we visited yesterday and we will definitely return and recommend. Don’t really know where to start, the chicken was so tender and buttery, the roast potatoes were obviously a labour of love by the chef. I have never had roast potatoes like these ever. The only thing I as disappointed at as the fact that I could not order a dessert as I was so full, next time I will make room for the apple tarte tatan.

I had a small wedding party of 11 guests. We had an exquisite meal here and the service was impeccable! Thank you to all the staff for helping make the day special! Can't wait to come back for our anniversary!

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a delightful experience. The starter, ravioli with scallops, was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The scallops were perfectly seared, and the ravioli was filled with a delicious mixture. For the main course, I chose the pan-fried pollock, which was cooked to perfection. It was flaky and tender, with a delectable crust. The accompanying side dishes complemented the fish beautifully. What truly stood out, though, was the warm and attentive staff. They were always available to assist, and their hospitality added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable meal.

Didn't have a great experience, didn't have an awful experience. Food was average. Had the roast and carrots and cabbage were really tough and the beef was unevenly cooked. Nice decor inside , but thought it was quite overrated. Also quite expensive given this experience.

This was our first visit to no 50 Cheyenne. Everything was perfect and delicious from the welcome, the food, the service and the ambience. I had roasted scallops with butternut squash ravioli, Cumbrian chicken with truffle mash and peppercorn sauce, and sticky toffee pudding. All absolutely superb! Cannot wait to return. And our little well behaved doggie was welcome too!

Awesome in all categories. Exquisite food, particularly the summer set menu. Amazing bevette steak. Tomato’s on salad could be better, but excellent salad, fondant was exquisite. Table perfectly presented European style with white cloth and silver cutlery, not rough. Lovely service. Beautiful dinning area. I’m a local reviewing places around.

Lovely meal spoilt by being told to leave within 2 hrs, yet after 3hrs, we were still there. Worse, when I told them this as we left, they began to quibble, which was appalling customer service. So, great food, but mealy-mouthed staff. A great pity.

We absolutely love this restaurant. It’s cosy, warm, atmospheric, in a beautiful part of old Chelsea and the food and service are wonderful. A massive treat and there’s always a fun celeb to spot (eg Mick Jagger, Joan Collins)!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at No. Fifty Cheyne and it was truly an experience to remember. The restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere immediately put us at ease and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. This created a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. What impressed me most about No. Fifty Cheyne, however, was the attention to detail and care that went into accommodating my mother's accessibility needs. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my mother was comfortable throughout the meal. Although there was a slight delay in the service, the staff acknowledged this and did their best to make up for it. This level of customer service is truly appreciated and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend No. Fifty Cheyne for their exceptional food, warm atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. Thank you to the staff for making our visit a memorable one.

Honestly one of the best restaurant I've tried in London [update 2023: in the world]! The service was absolutely perfect. Beautiful atmosphere, very refined taste, good wines... I recommend. And also it's not overpriced, it's excellent value for money.

Great food, really good service. Only downside is the two hour timeslot. We felt a bit rushed at the end. I get the principle, but for fine dining, it's a bit short. 2.5 hours would be better and much appreciated.

I must say this takes the crown of best Sunday roast in London. Harwood Arms etc all Superb but this was spectacular. The beef was sensational and the staff make you feel like you are the only ones there. If there was a 6 star rating then I’d give it that. Book in advance!

Dinner with my wife and a classmate: attentive and professional service, creative menu, prices reasonable vs quality. Positive experience from the start - no issue moving our reservation back by 30 minutes (we were late), attention to my wife's pregnancy (allocated a comforable table and carefully explained the ingredients of the dishes my wife ordered). The restaurant's strength is "fancy food": perigord truffle & cheddar souffle, sole and desserts were amazing; rib eye good. Excellent wine choices, skilled and attentive sommelier (wine w just a tinge of cork replaced on the spot). Prices as expected given quality and service. Will come back.

I ve been several times there in the last years except the last 2 years due to covid. Food is ok but not anymore spectacular, far too salty. The broccolino too salty, the fries without salt, the truffle potago cold but good taste, the meat great but too salty. The service quality definitely much lower than on previous occasion. At 21.30 staff preparing their end of shift. Lots of noise in building. Given the price = 5 stars the quality of service and food do not match anymore. Hard to say but last visit from our side not because of the costs but the service & food quality.
