The best restaurants in London

Lali made our dining experience fantastic. He was so attentive and cautious of my allergies, and brought a personable experience to our night. :) The food was great, as was the warm ambience of the restaurant. Thank you Lali!!!

Chicken needed more sauce as it was a little dry

It used to be Il Bebo but now it's under new management and a new name and menu. Awful food. The crispy calamari was so chewy and chips were so greasy. The menu is a mix of cuisines unlike previously when it was all Italian. Never again.

We went to a bottomless brunch show last night (4pm-6pm). The singer started off with first Abba song which was great. Then there was maybe another 3 songs for the rest of the evening, wich was disappointing. I was expecting 2h of Abba experience with singing and dancing but unfortunately that was not the case. There was a lot of background music whilst everyone was having bottomless drinks but not a lot do with Abba. We ordered porn star cocktail jug which was very good, so we definitely enjoyed the drinks 🍸. As for food- order chicken salad - it arrived very late and did not look like a salad. It was just deep fried chicken with chips so food was disappointing. Over all experience 3 stars for me.

Large portions of delicious fish & chips - a short walk from Courtyard Heathrow Airport (1 mile). Homemade sauce too. Very friendly staff. Eat in or takeway.

Deservedly popular with outstanding service. Easy location to get to. Docked a star because tries too hard to go down extra choice route. Better to stick to the knitting. More extreme beers more often than not just not as good.

I was looking forward to staying here until I read some of the reviews from other people, however, I was pleasantly surprised. We were welcomed by a very cheerful young man who showed us to a comfortable room on the top floor, this was the downside, the stairs, particularly from the 1st to the 2nd, were steep. The room wasn’t huge but it was big enough, the bathroom only had a shower but that’s all I want and it was a good one. Lovely towels and toiletries. I was worried that it might be noisy at night but it was quiet. The room was a little warm. Breakfast the next morning was help your self with croissants, toast etc. boiled eggs would have been nice but everything was fresh. It’s not far to walk from the tube station.

Very good restaurant, delicious food and good value. We are new to the area and have already been twice. The aubergine starter and minced lamb skewers were especially delicious.

Wanted to share a successful family event for 35 people or so organised at Indian Aroma in Ilford. It was a huge success! Everybody enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Staff were genuinely involved in making the event memorable and pleasant . As with family events with kids it's tricky to get it right with 30 plus without flexibility and efforts from hosting venue and catering setups . Sudhirs team aced both for us ! Big up to the crew 🙏🏽👍🏼
