Hot Spot Fish Bar in Hillingdon

Perfect little spot for some fresh fish and chips. Took about 10 minutes. The fish was perfectly fried and the chips were good. The doner was pretty well seasoned and came with fresh veggies. The spicy sauce is apparently a homemade and secret recipe. It was delicious on everything and is much recommended. Great spot for a simple and easy meal.

Good service provided to the customer and good communication, fully hygienic we came from Birmingham and have food from hotspot fish war have good experience with them when you get to london must try their food

Deliciously fried not too much batter and chips were plentiful and crispy too Gobi and Paju are so sweet We got there a bit late close to closing time but they still made our food fresh and accommodated us Highly recommend the chili sauce it’s so so so good

Just a 15 minute walk from the airport Marriott. I ordered a large fish and large chips and split it with my wife, but we were only able to finish half between us, the serving was so large! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I used their spicy sauce which I also thoroughly enjoyed. The Brits have the best fish and chips!

The fish and chips were excellent, and good portions. The beef burger was not bad either. I would definitely eat at this place again, so long as the prices don't get bad. Not too far from the airport and all the hotels sitting on Bath Rd. The staff (most likely owners) were very polite and friendly.

Love the fish and chips here. I always call ahead and get great response from who ever is on the other side of the phone. On arrival I am greeted with smiles and a “how are you sir”. Great team and great food.

I'm American. (Black American) I flew to London for Chicago bears vs Jacksonville jaguars 10/13/24. This place is in a perfect safe location near a liquor store & near Heathrow Airport. The portion is nice & cooked per order. The lady cooked my food & talked to me great 1 on 1 interaction. I really appreciate the service & food

We had an overnight layover and decided to venture out rather than eating at hotel. It’s a quick bus ride away from most airport hotels. The portions are large and we probably could have gotten away with one order for two people but wanted to try a few things. The shop is small but most orders seem to be take away so we were able to sit and eat there. Service was friendly and we only waited about 5 minutes for our food. The house chili sauce is a must try.

My girlfriend and I had the cod & chips. The fish was fresh and crispy along with the chips. The large cod portion was huge and took up half of the plate!!! Lastly, Raju & Gopi were so kind and they provided excellent customer service.

The staff here is lovely and we got our food fast! Ordered the large cod and large chips with a pickled egg on the side. Probably the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. Fish was flakey, coating was crispy, and they had a hot curry sauce that i was able to try with it. Yum!

Fish and chips. Sat inside. Took about 10 min and very tasty, fish was chunky and so were the chips. Good size and I cleaned the lot up - very tasty - vinegar. Salt. Tomato sauce everything you need. It’s clean and comfy. A good range of burgers and at least 6 different fish. Great job .

After reading some good reviews we thought we would give it a go as we were flying the next day. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but Unfortunately the food was covered in oil, no attempt had been made to drain any excess oil, very poorly wrapped and the guy serving was just not interested in the customers. Stained my jeans from dripping oil from the paper bag which fell apart when we arrived at the hotel room 5 minutes down the road. Had a few chips and some of the fish but was thrown in the bin as it was awful. Mushy peas were nice though. May have just been having a bad day but won’t return. Sorry.

Was coming home from walk past it most days, thought I would give it a try. Have to say was pleasantly surprised didn’t really have any expectations going in there, I ordered the lamb donner it was hot fresh well seasoned soft and tender. Service was warm welcome will definitely be coming back 👍🏽

If you are lucky enough to be staying at a local hotel in the Harlington area, I would advise you 100% to go to Hot Spot and try their cod and chips. You will not go wrong the quality of their food is unbelievable as well as the service they provide from the sausage and batter right through to the cod which is first class even the donna kebab and chips is amazing ,if you are staying at Heathrow in a hotel go to Hot Spot chip shop and try it you will not regret it the price is completely reasonable … I work in the area and go there as often as my wife allows me.🫣 five stars all the way 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
