Caviar House & Prunier in Hillingdon

The food is good even though the portions are tiny But given that this place is at the airport serving people who are in a rush , it is always so under staffed and the waiters are so overworked that they make you feel so nervous . Why is a place so popular with 2 people only .

My friend and I stopped here for drinks and a quick bite to eat in Terminal 3 before our flight. The beautiful design of the bar drew us in. Zygy's service kept us there. Zygy made THE BEST espresso martini! Service was quick and he was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and lovely to chat with. We'd definitely return!

I was greeted with a warm smile by Jane at Caviar house terminal 3 Heathrow, she is on her own, working hard and her professionalism and warm greeting makes all the difference Thankyou..!

Champagne (and a lobster roll for my husband) before our flight at T3 was lovely here. Service was perfect. A really nice pre-holiday treat.

We sat down at caviar house term 3 for a 8.15 breakfast. After 5 mins of waiting the lady came to tell us that she was alone. When we enquired as to what that meant she stated that it would take a long time to serve us and even longer to serve the food. After waiting a further 10 mins to be spoken to again we left. For the prices they charge maybe they can get some staff?

Chronically understaffed so service can be slow, the food is ok the mango in the prawn cocktail was mushy, the butter was ice cold so you couldn’t spread it on the toast. I wouldn’t revisit.

Oyster was good, but I didn't like salmon/shrimp salad because it wasn't fresh.

Excellent service from Louie who was very helpful and made good recommendations. He was lovely and we hope to see him again.

I am always mystified by many reviews. I own restaurants in italy and I recognize quality and service. Yes they have one person only buy she did an amazing job, professional and great customer service. The breakfast came quickly and the salmon was top quality. Why anyone would prefer tomatoes and beans escapes me . This is the best food in terminal 3. Go relax and enjoy

Slave Labour! My wife and I had breakfast at the Caviar House Bar in Heathrow Terminal 3. There was only one staff member and approx 30 covers. He was responsible for taking orders, serving, preparing food and cleaning. He worked extremely hard but it is not fair for one person to take on so much. To require one person to do so much without support is not a good reflection on the Caviar House brand. Food was decent, champagne was good, price was high, service was slow.

Was greeted by Seby who gave us a wonderful experience of trying cavier, and explaining the ways to try on the hand and with bellinis. Was taught about the spoons made with pearls. Nothing was too much trouble, made to feel extremely welcome 🙏

Seby and his staff were amazing always use your outlet a T5 but thi was the best ever

Shrimp cocktail was really good, a little too much sauce for me (next time I’d order it on the side) and I wish you could order the king prawns as its own dish — you get one in the shrimp cocktail, which is mainly smaller shrimp, and some come on the mixed seafood plate, but it would be good to order only king prawns if you wanted that. The cheese plate was also very good and the champagne pours are generous.

Very average food but felt racially discriminated against by staff. I was the only POC when I went there and they reluctantly waited about 5 mins before seating me in the back out of sight (most of the place was empty). I was then forced to wait roughly 30-40 mins before someone decided to take my order (other people around me were getting served/orders taken even if they arrived after me). The food itself was very average and for this I believe it was overpriced, but wasn't my main issue. Upon finishing my food I visibly moved my plate away and it was clear I was finished, I then waited 45 mins and nobody came with the bill even after I gestured to two waiters (and was seen). This upset me as people beside me had servers waiting hand and foot for them and were attended to correctly, and I had to embarrassingly walk towards who I believe was the manager just to pay. There was a man beside me who came after me, got served before me, ate, paid and left in the time it took me to barely get my food. It was disgusting and it ruined my day. Awful experience, don't waste your money here. (T4 branch just to be specific, can't speak for other branches).

Excellent breakfast of smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and toast with a prosecco. Super service from Tereza. Great way to start my day before boarding my flight.

Was traveling through Terminal 3 this morning to Dubai and was craving for some oysters, popped into Caviar house bar which was in middle of the airside was welcomed by a lady called Jana, who was extremely friendly and had this beautiful smile on her face. She definitely had good knowledge about the sea food and recommended me the best oyster. I would recommend and would visit again.

Seby was a legend and started my holiday experience on an all time high. You have to go here!

If you are going to operate in an airport you need to open on time. This is an environment where time is very precious- if you advertise that you open at 7am then please do so- today you are opening at 7.20am

The food was average, I wouldn't say good value for money but still OK. Service was just awful. No one is paying attention to the counter every time I needed attention I had to raise voice at an otherwise quiet counter. The responses weren't too polite nor pleasant.

This is an example of place where it’s employees go beyond and above for their customers . I fly on weekly basis and I visit this place every time . Every single time I receive a high level of service . The thing is that most of time they don’t even have what they are supposed to have . Always no blinis , chocolate, milk … BUT I don’t care because the people who work there will always find a way how to make up for it . I would like to point out chef Sandeep - he didn’t have any milk for my tea or the dark chocolate they always give you on side . He offered my chocolate cake instead to make up for it . It was the best chocolate I ever had . What a service , what a place . Thank you

A champagne bar that has no chilled house champagne but could sell you a higher end bottle at many multiples of the price. As this was supposed to be just a quick stop before our flight, we didn't bother.

Great service from Thereza at Caviar House. Terminal 3 on the day I travelled was chaotic with the usual food places crazy busy, queues etc. I found Caviar House, sat down and felt immediately more relaxed and welcome. Quality food and beverages, and very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere … a world away from the other eating places in Terminal 3 on the day I travelled. Thereza really made the difference, many thanks Peter

Quite a story! I was so willing to pay more, much more to sit out of the fray and elevate my senses for a few minutes before my 20 minute trek to my gate. the fresh oranges on the counter caught my eye. I sit and wait. The young man slowly sipping his Prosecco laments, “ They aren’t the quickest here.” ( I’m not the only one waiting). I start my order with, fresh orange juice. Finally, a sever deigns to come over. She looks exasperated. Oh I can’t do that we don’t have any. “ Oh, but It’s on tje menu and I saw your bowls of fresh oranges.” All but rolling her eyes…” Do you know how long that would take? We have to do it by hand” ah…duh…yes…it’s “ fresh orange juice”. Ok, may I have a cappuccino and… before I could finish my order… “ Well, I’ll try… we’re very busy” ahm, no, serving less than a dozen people at one time ( caviar, champagne, fresh orange juice or cappuccino ) isn’t rocket science. I know first hand - been there, done that in my youth. It’s a deeply offensive situation that I couldn’t further inflict upon myself, far less pay top dollar for in an airport. Gross! Take the hard stuff off the menu, set a two drinks minimum if what you’re really in for is pouring drinks, hire more staff or more efficient staff - whatever! These issues should be invisible to the client, the paying client. It seems that some restaurants have forgotten that they exist for hospitality, for the mere leisure and pleasure of their customers. Would have loved to try the smoked salmon / caviar and maybe slide into a glass of something bubbly in private celebration, but Alas! Thought this would be a little oasis in Heathrow but here, they leave your parched and kick sand in your face. 🤯

この店はターミナル1,2,3,5にある。T4はあるのかな？ちょっと分からないが、スモークサーモンがとても美味しい。前回は、連れがここでベルーガのウォッカを発見してしまい、そうなると、連れはもうキャビアに一直線に向かうのでイギリス危険地帯とも言える。イギリスって男の人のお楽しみアイテムやウイスキーのウンタラカンタラが多くて参ってしまう。旅の最後までこれである。生牡蠣は、スコットランドの岩牡蠣、フランスの平たくて丸いのとか、Kumamotoなんていうのもある。流石にパリのオイスターレストランのように等級00などの区別は無いが、なかなか美味しい。ちょっと私は控え目にしておかないと恐ろしいと、スモークサーモンにしようか迷ったのだが、お店の人が、今は北海のタラバが美味しいよ、と勧めてくれたのでそれ。時節も合っていたのか、抜群に美味しかった。併設のショップでスモークサーモンはお土産に持って帰れる。スモークサーモンは税関でもノープロブレムです。

Avoid this place. Very poor quality, quantity and service. I just had a seafood platter for £38 at terminal 3. Fresh oyster (only one) was off and taste was absolutely awful. I calmly told staff but she denied it immediately despite I showed her the left over yellow water in the shell. She said why did you sallow it you should have spit it out rudely. I said please double check at least you are not serving it to other clients but she didn’t. She said if you got sick let the office know. It was very unacceptable and unprofessional staff manner.

Very expensive but a nice way of starting a holiday . .

Good wine and G&T, but probably a few pounds more than needed. Staff friendly and gave us some toast as well 👍 nicer than pub staff 20m away!

Good seafood bar with a nice variety of raw fish including tuna, salmon and the famous gravlax. Plates comes with toast and butter and salad. Good service, prices a bit on the high end but overall quite ok.

Nice glass of red.... Posh duck pate (fg).... Simple.... Very good. Pay a visit and enjoy. A bit pricey but worth it. Nice staff and good service.

A pricey seafood place with caviar and oysters and they do Not have a Lobster. Not even half one! If you open in Heathrow Airport, you should always be prepared. If it is not available at 11 am, then go figure what type of management they have!

Heading out of Heathrow I had the Lobster salad. Excellent & efficient service. The lobster and greens were very fresh and tasty. A bit pricey but the quality didn't disappoint.

Had a lobster salad which came with peppery greens and fresh mango and avocado and a half bottle of Ruinart to wash it down with. Lobster prepared to order and very fresh. Pleasant service. Great way to start a trip !

Seafood platter was excellent, spoon of caviar as an entre, fresher than at Kastrup. Quick and good service. Great before the last flight.

Myself and my boyfriend had a wonderful hour and a half sitting at this lovley bar sipping yummy champagne and eating some of the best seafood! Service is brilliant and we always love coming here to start our holidays off in style.

Located in the middle of Terminal 2 it is a good option if you like seafood. Perfect quality and fast service.

Así que estoy muy orgullosa de marisco y una parada en la Terminal 3 del aeropuerto de Heathrow, me encontré este bar de mariscos.Tirar de mi tarjeta de crédito a los vientos que pedí el plato de marisco y una jarra de Chardonnay chileno. Este plato compuesto por un excelente ostras, dos variedades de salmón ahumado, dos variedades de camarones, un tartare de salmón ahumado, una ensalada, un rey valeriano gambas y dos pequeños moldes de salsa de tomate y mayonesa de eneldo. Este fue acompañado por tres variedades de pan y un pequeño pat de mantequilla que, por desgracia, no estaba en un pequeño ramekin pero envueltas en papel de plata.Felicité al personal en la excelencia del plato y señaló que hubiera sido perfecto, pero por el pat estilo café de mantequilla en el papel de plata. Llegaron con la habitual excusa de que tienen que hacer lo que su jefe les dice, a fin de recordarles que el cliente siempre tiene la razón les exhortaba a dar mi opinión de su jefe.Esperemos que sí. Si uno es pagar 50 libras para el almuerzo con una jarra de vino que se merece ser perfecto.

As with everything at an airport it's expensive which I don't mind but when they serve mitchelin zx instead of scrambled egg that is poor quality

I usually pick up cheese at Caviar House on my way back to India and they have a good choice of cheese and pack it really well so that it stays in good shape for the next 12-18hrs. I highly recommend the cheese that they stock from the Snowdonia Cheese Company; especially the "black bomber" cheddar.

It is my favourite "DUTY" (Not Free) to stop at the Seafood Bar, have six Rock Oysters, Balik Smoked Salmon or Herrings, before boarding a night flight.Skip the dinner, get sleep, and wake up for breakfast and be in sync with the arrival time. No jet-lag.

I have often stopped at one of their various locations in and about airports in Europe.The one at Gatwick is great. At Heathrow's Terminal 2 ... simply outstanding !Do check in early, just to savor exquisite Salmon, Caviar served properly with a smile, in the sharpest, cleanest environment you may have ever experienced in an open kitchen / bar setting anywhere. Excellent. Do not miss !

I use Terminal 3 quite often for my flights to Prague and though I have elite status with BA and lounge access, I never miss stopping at the Caviar House Prunier.A dozen of oysters and a glass of champagne is a must....and the service is usually exceptional.

We sat at the Bar to have a quick bite before a long flight to NY.Yes I am talking for the caviar House & Prounier SEA FOOD bar in Heathrow Terminal 2 Believe it or not - on the other side of the counter we were sitting, it was their sink. Yes! And they start using it the moment they served our food!!! they start washing some plates and silver, and then they brought a plastic bucket with a dirty white-ish liquid which they emptied it right in front of our eyes.Needless to say that the spray of the dirty water along with the soap foam was spraying our food.On my comment - kindly asking the young guy to Pistons the disgusting operation - I just got a blank stare back We just left our 70 pounds cold plate to run away and puke in the bathroom . I have not had such a horrible experience anywhere in the world.DISGUSTING

I am writing this about the branch in terminal 3 heathrow airport where I had the pleasure of being delayed for an hour and having one of the best experience of my life! Started by ordering a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne. I was then offered a meal from the menu which would compliment the champagne, the king crab! Excellent recommendation, slightly more than I would normally spend, but you pay for what you get and the quality was amazing, fresh and decedent! After my waiter had left I found out that he was one of the managers. His service and attention to detail was second to none. I would recommend this place every day of the week!

I have just had a shrimp cocktail at the Caviar House and Prunier at Terminal 3 Heathrow, the cocktail was really good, but then at £19 so it should be, I had a nice glass of champagne which was also very good, the staff are ok but they argue with each other and non observant to customer needs! many customers were left with empty glasses when they would have had a top up, I would have! My £31 + 10% bill could have been so more - a missed opportunity I feel!The only compensation was the service with a smile from my waitress Karolina, just a shame her staff wern't as competant!
