Really lovely food and amazing service! Will be back again!

Came here for a spontaneous Friday night date with my wife. Great pasta, excellent cocktails, fairly attentive staff but the restaurant is very narrow and not a lot of space inside. I imagine it’s much better when you can sit outside during the summer.

Hands down some of the best Italian food you will ever have in London. Incredible food. Even better service - if you happen to be there when the owner is there, he makes you feel like family. From the Bolognese to the seafood pasta, the seabass, the beef cheek AND the pizza. You will leave there so satisfied. And dessert… my goodness. The tiramisu, the chocolate fondant, the sorbet. To DIE FOR. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

What can I say after years of driving past and looking from the outside looked like an amazing Italian I took the wife for a meal here And to say we was disappointed is an under statement I fully understand this is kings road and prices are higher then usually but this simply took the Micky A 425 litre so not even half a pint was £9 Which was in my opinion disgusting The food come out and it looks like a child’s portion my aribieta was so small I felt embarrassed for them It tasted very very average My wife’s glass of wine was £16 for a very small glass The service is horrific the staff seem like they are under pressure from a very angry looking boss Our bill was just under £190 We honestly get better quality and price in our local Italian which is a quarter of the price and is family run so they actually care about customer service In me and my wife’s opinion there is 100% much better around and cheaper Don’t waste your time with the outside look of this place You’ve been warned !!!

What an amazing time! The food was worth the money and the staff were lovely, with a special mention to Tzanin who went above and beyond for me and my other half, including the use of a sparkler/firework as it was her birthday. Beautiful little restaurant that I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I would rate it one star, but the service and atmosphere saved it, even if not perfect. The waiters were excellent, competent and always ready for a laugh. However, the method of serving of only two dishes at a time it is not ideal. Food: This was the most disappointing part, second only to the bill. The Pasta alla Norma was overcooked and poorly prepared, with an odd cream spread on top. The pizza was not good, you can get a much better one at any random pizzeria for half the price. The dough was burnt, the tomato sauce tasted cheap, and the cheese was of low quality. The focaccia on the side wasn’t focaccia at all; it was just leftover pizza dough baked. Perhaps the main courses are better, but I didn’t try them. The restaurant itself is visually appealing, and the background music adds a nice touch. However, the overall experience is not worth the price. Usually I don't write reviews, but I don't like when a restaurant pretend to be authentic Italian and serve food that is not.

If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant in London, Mucci's is the perfect place. Polite, kind, competent and helpful staff; excellent service. Good quality food. Very good pizza and the spaghetti was also very good as was my Sicilian-style sea bream. TOP cooking and goodness of broccoli. Super friendly owner, kind and attentive to customers. New Year's Eve here was top, "disco style" music, toast Italian time and a second with English time, final fireworks outside the venue.. Fun and dance.. Too loud 👏👏 and beautiful.. What else!??!! Thanks Giuseppe and happy new year again. See you soon 😉

The food was really good and the tiramisu was out of this world! Very kind waiter (Tzanin) that was also very careful with allergies.

Had amazing new year’s eve here! Staff at the bar was being very friendly even under busy environment. Oyster was in excellent quality! I didn’t book beforehand so was seated at the bar. It was little hectic as it gets busier but enjoyable to watch drink makings!!

The food and service was very good, but the let down was that they refused to serve a half portion of spaghetti for our 6 year old daughter. I’ve never been to an Italian that flatly refused to serve a small portion. It seemed simply a way of pushing the bill price up. She obviously left a huge plate of food as it was just too big for her to eat, such a waste. I would understand it if we had asked for half a lobster or something similar, but a small plate is the easiest thing to do to a slightly flexible and caring establishment.

A wonderful time at this local favorite. We’re visiting from Chicago and this was our favorite find.

Lovely atmosphere, great Italian food quality and friendly staff! A sweet, buzzing neighbourhood restaurant we found due to my daughters love for Risotto! And she did love it :-) as did we!

We stayed near here while visiting from the states and had moderate expectations from online reviews. It blew us away. The pizza was fantastic, the carbonara was superb (pasta cooked perfectly) and the deserts were amazing. Recommend the tiramisu and the Nutella calzone! On top of this the staff was fantastic; Very accommodating, prompt and polite. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.

Fantastic meal at Mucci’s tonight. We picked this spot for a special last meal during a long European family trip and it was a great way to end our journey. Tzanin showed tremendous hospitality and the food did not disappoint.

Amazing atmosphere (we liked both interior and music), excellent service and delicious food. Visited this place with the whole family, and everyone liked what they ordered. Little one ate all the pasta with praises, which happens rarely, so we were very happy.

Food was not bad. They included a complimentary starter which they charged us at the end which i found odd. But the waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing, thank you for such a great service and dinner.

Very disappointed , food was very average, I could have done better cooking at home , a disaster in one word ! I won’t never go again .Tiramisu was full of cream only , the waiter was on our head keeping his eyes on us constantly to come and clear up , worse being in the basement.I couldn’t be bothered to take more pictures, the sea food pasta came with ONE big prawn the rest everything is frozen nothing is fresh !!!

One of our favourite restaurants in the area. Best calamari fritters in town. Beef cheek and seafood pasta are also beautiful dishes. Service is excellent and very welcoming. We always have lovely time visiting Mucci’s😄

We had the Calamari and set of 3 Bruschetta to start. For mains we had the Pasta Norma and Seafood Pasta. For dessert we had the Nutella Calzone. Everything was utterly delicious and the staff were so welcoming, cheerful and helpful throughout. The restaurant also had a really lovely atmosphere. Can't recommend enough

No desserts or coffees were offered and despite the restaurant only having g 2 tables occupied we were placed very close to a couple which was intrusive.

Fabulous authentic food and gorgeous restaurant

Everything was very tasty. We were 12 people. - 3 Bruschette -Zuccihini fritti -arancini bolognese -Prosciutto ( especiallyy this one was amazing) - buffolo pizza -Truffle & Parma pizza I can defo go back there and order those ones that I listed above.

Our dinner turned into a nightmare because of a family with constantly screaming and crying children. I asked them to warn the family and they offered us a place downstairs where no one else was sitting. I think the family that caused such a disturbance should have been sent downstairs.

We had lunch at downstairs and by the time I finished I felt uncomfortable with breathing cause it’s not good venting so I smelled all the food and specifically smoke I get dizzy a little bit.. food is good service is great.

Tzanin was very attentive, a great waiter and very knowledge. Incredible focaccia bread and delicious seafood spaghetti.

Food is very good indeed. However the whole “sharing concept” seems odd given the dishes available. For instance a portion of spaghetti carbonara does not seem particularly shareable. Wine is eye-wateringly expensive for average quality. Service is attentive. It was wonderful coming here. Service was friendly and professional. Food and wine absolutely delicious and exquisite. The tables outside the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and in the sunshine just perfect.

It was a nice restaurant and the service was ok … the food was also ok but I have to say what the hell is going on with the prices … half a pint £9!!! Average pizza price £28 !!! And a tiny miniature Diet Coke £5 …. I’m sorry but even for Chelsea area this is ridiculous and the food wasn’t good enough to warrant these prices. Shocking

Perfecto, absolutely wonderful service and delicious Pastas and beverages esp the red wine choices. 🍷👍 Exquisitely situated with delectable relaxing tables and decor outside. Definitely will return. 🙏👏

Unbelievable experience! We were treated to red carpet service the minute we walked in. The music was perfect for these 4 American women raised with music from the 70’s. The Parma ham pizza was divine, but the tiramisu and chocolate bomb sent us into another realm. It was really hard to leave. Tzanin treated us like royalty!

Restaurant was unreal . Lali our waiter couldn’t have done anymore . He was exceptional , will be returning ! X

The first course calamari & second course carbonara was very nice. I’ve asked Parmesan for pasta and no fresh Parmesan available. It’s unusual for an Italian restaurant not to have freshly grated Parmesan. It was £75 per head for pasta & pizza.

Food was exceptional. Our service was lack luster. Adding 12.5% service charge plus another 4£ "cover charge" to be rushed through my dinner was not a pleasant experience. We were never asked for water, or wine. Being from America our meal was $270 or €200 - for that price we expected a lot more. Value for cost and service is simply not there.

I just had the most **amazing pizza**, and it was everything I could’ve hoped for! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and warm on the inside—just the way you want it. The mozzarella melted into this creamy, dreamy goodness, and the fresh basil sprinkled on top added such a lovely, fragrant touch…Each bite was so full of flavour Honestly, it was love at first bite!

Unbelievable! From the moment you walk the red carpet up into this restaurant, you already know what a treat you're in for. The team - TOP! Warm & very welcoming. As for the pizza - I've tried many, & very few are as light & tasty as the ones here. The quality is superb. An absolute must!!

An excellent, chic (though a bit pricey) Italian restaurant in the heart of Chelsea! The dishes were very good, especially the bruchetta and the Trombette Norma! The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially our waiter Camilo! Thank you for a great time!

5 starts to all categories!!!!! The atmosphere is just perfect, especially for a date but also for a day out with friends, the food will definitely win you (love the trio of bruschettes) and the service just makes it the perfect place. One of my favorite spots in London for sure.

Fantastic restaurant best in town!!!!!

The atmosphere at Mucci’s is great overall and the service is friendly however they need to work on their timing. We received starters before our drinks, as did the table next to us and this is not the type of menu that works with the “dishes come out when they’re ready” approach. I was nearly done with my main before my husbands pasta was on the table. But the worst part and reason for 3 stars is this… I appreciate dog friendly but don’t believe they should let dogs sit on the sofa’s with their owners and be fed from the table. Yes, that is the dog owner’s poor manners but not something that the restaurant should allow. Why can’t dogs be on the floor???

Melissa was helpful and generally provided fantastic service. The food was delicious. The buffalo mozzarella pizza was perfect. Soft pizza base yet crispy. And the tomato sauce tasted fresh. Mozzarella had a nice dollop of pesto that sealed the deal. Pastas were perfectly Aldente. Music is a tad too loud (for our group) otherwise atmosphere is on point too.

Appalled at how this place has ANY good reviews. Firstly, the risotto was severely undercooked and the waitress tried to gaslight us into thinking that’s what al dente is as if we’ve never heard of it.. extremely rude. Second, we ordered a 4 cheese pizza (as some of us are vegetarian) and it looked like it had ham on it. I tried it and it was definitely ham and they again tried to gaslight us and say it was a type of cheese. Never seen pink cheese before… and finally they add a “cover charge” in addition to the service charge. And when we asked what it is they said for “tablecloth and napkins”….

Has a warm and cozy vibe, chilling staff crew. Nice place for a relaxing and not too over the top meal out.

The service and staff are excellent as were the starters and deserts. However the menu is tired regarding mains if you don't want Pizza. We ordered 2 Pasta Pesto dishes and to say I was staring at a sea of green is an understatement. There was so much pesto we had to leave two thirds. The taste was bitter and overpowering. The mushroom risotto was tasty but thin and watery not what a risotto should be. The restaurant has great potential but the mains are a sad let down.

A brilliant, welcoming and authentic Italian dining experience in the heart of Chelsea! Expansive but perfectly executed menu, friendly wait staff (including owner!) and beautiful decor. Highly recommended.
