Great food and atmosphere. Andres looked after us very well. The Carbonara was made with Ciangiale and delicious.

You can’t find a pizza as good as this anywhere in the world. Have been coming here since 2022 and I plan to continue coming until 2052. Also very dog friendly!

Good Pizza, friendly service but maybe a little pricy. They do serve a good porn star martini if that is something you’re into. In fact, oddly for an Italian restaurant they seem to have a lot of tropic drinks on their cocktail menu. Back to the pizzas, take the recommendations of the wait staff - the four cheeses one is a little too much cheese and was the lowest rated at the table. The prosciutto and buffalo was our favorite and came recommended by the waiter. The mushroom risotto was also a miss - not bad but the risotto could have been prepared better. I recommend sticking to the pizzas

I had lunch today at Mucci’s with my boyfriend and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the restaurant has a classic, almost understated appearance—but once inside, you’re greeted with a modern, stylish atmosphere that still manages to maintain a sense of timeless elegance. The service was formal and absolutely impeccable, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The wine list was also impressive, with great selections that paired wonderfully with our meal. Mucci’s exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Mucci’s is everything you want in an Italian spot-warm, welcoming, and absolutely delicious. From the moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly service made us feel right at home. The pasta was clearly homemade, rich and perfectly cooked, and the red sauce had that slow-simmered depth that only comes with real love for the craft. We also tried their pizza, and honestly-it might be the best we've had in London. Crisp, chewy crust with just the right char, and toppings that were fresh and thoughtfully balanced. Don’t skip dessert either-the tiramisu was dreamy and light, the perfect finish to a comforting meal. Whether you're looking for a date night spot or a casual dinner with friends, Mucci’s hits the mark. We'll definitely be back!

Food good but Over priced for small dishes. They charged also the birthday cake that we never asked and usually is a gift/courtesy. Place empty, maybe for the high price.

The pizza was really great, chef Hamza prepared three fantastic pizzas and our time at Mucci's couldn't have been better. The waiter Tzanin was really helpful and made our experience exceptional :) definitely will come back soon!

One hour wait for rude service and undercooked pasta? Staff looked like they hated being there… Rude, dismissive, and couldnt care less… clearly over their jobs.. IF YOU DONT LIKE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS, MAYBE DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Bruschetta was the only thing worth eating. The rest? Not so much. Carbonara was undercooked- DEFINITELY not al dente. And yes, it took about an hour for all this mediocrity to show up. Save yourself the time, money and frustration.. better italian food and actual customer service exist elsewhere. Ciao!

As an Italian, finding such a refined environment both in the dishes and in the place. It really left me enthusiastic, attentive and friendly staff, I ate a Clint Easwood Pizza and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

Good Food, But Rude Staff Ruined the Experience I recently dined at Mucci’s , and while I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the experience was marred by the rude staff specially Tzanin!! Instead of a warm welcome, we were met with dismissive attitude that set a negative tone for the evening. Throughout our meal, the server was unhelpful and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything, which made us feel unwelcome. On the bright side, the food was genuinely good—flavorful and well-prepared. It’s a shame that such a positive aspect was overshadowed by the poor service. If you decide to go, just be prepared for a less-than-friendly atmosphere. It’s unfortunate because the food deserves better treatment! I hope they work on their customer service, as I would love to recommend the place if they did.

I am taxi driver dropped passenger to this restaurant and requested employee to use the restroom but they denied with rude behaviour very disappointing and disrespectful

Excited to celebrate my birthday and chose to eat on this restaurant. The place looks great, foods taste good. Service is beyond worst. Tzanin makes us feel unwelcome. He is so rude and gave us the feeling that he doesn’t want to serve us. He never once asked us how are we doing and how’s the food (waited for our food for an hour). And when he cleared our table he just took upon himself to give us our bill in a way that he throws it on the table. Would recommend for food but don’t expect a good service!!!

Food was overpriced for what it is. Starters had the arancini, calamari and burrata. All were very average but expensive. The burrata was served on its own, literally no garnish or salad, unlike the numerous photos posted on google which are fake. The lamb comes in 3 small pieces, the steak is a carpaccio style and on its own. Seafood pasta and gnocchi were not worth the money. Much better places nearby.

We went for a small dinner with friends. Although the restaurant was nearly empty, the main dishes took ages to arrive. The food is overpriced for the quality and comes in small portions. My husband ordered the lamb (£30) and received three tiny ribs with a few fries. We also ordered a salad, specifically requesting tomatoes with green leaves, but were served two tiny bowls of tomatoes and lettuce (charged separately at £8 each). The aubergine pasta was disappointing!! The aubergine peel was tough, and the pasta itself didn’t taste good. Overall, not a great value for money

Such mid food that took forever to arrive. No where near worth the money. We paid £30 a pizza when the sauce wasn’t as good as Pizza Pilgrims…

We arrived at 7:30 p.m. to order 2 pizzas, they were not served until 8:50 p.m., plus it was not worth the waiting time

Lovely Vitello Tonnato, and a good atmosphere, but that’s sadly about where the good stuff ends. My wife is gluten free and we waited about 2 hours for her pasta to arrive - we were told it was because they were being ‘extra careful’ in the kitchen - how long does it take to boil a separate pan of water?! They’ve got 2 kitchens so food comes out sporadically, very strange, and when it did arrive it was chopped up, dry spaghetti that looked like a child’s meal. My beef cheek in Barolo with polenta sounded great on paper but was tasteless, not seasoned, and small (you expect more for £30 for the dish). The manager didn’t come over once to apologise or offer us a drink, and our waiter didn’t really know what he was doing, or why things were taking so long. All in all disappointing, overpriced, and there’s far better spots on the Kings Road.

Dreadful. I drive past Mucci’s a lot so thought I’d have my birthday meal here. I had to pay £25 per head for a table for 6 as a deposit towards the table to be taken off the bill which wasn’t a problem - however for 6 people to be placed on a table for 4 was a poor start. Dinner was booked for 7.30pm and it took 2 hours for the starters to arrive. After enquiring as to what the delay was, it turned out the head chef had done a runner mid way through service. The manager said they were waiting for a previous chef to come back to finish the service, but recommended we swap to pizzas given it was a ‘safer option’. We finally left the restaurant just before midnight that’s how long the service took. We weren’t even offered desserts for my family to enjoy whilst I had a small cake Mucci’s provided. When it came to the bill, offering two shots of spirit, and a complimentary bread to apologise for the terrible service was all that was offered as an apology. The bill came to £550 for 6 people. Minus the £150 deposit and it was £400 on the night - no discount offered for the ruined birthday meal. And to top it off the bill came with service included and not automatically taken off given how much of a car crash this was from start to finish. I understand that unforeseen events can happen, but the way the evening was handled was poor all round. Will not be coming back.

Stumbled on this place a few months ago. The service and food were so good that I vowed to come back. Tonight is the night I came back. So glad that I did. This place is needs to be the blueprint on how to run a successful ristorante. God bless Giuseppe Mucci and all his staff!!!

An amazing Italian on a Friday night! This is the second time I’ve been to Mucci’s and the food and service AND ambiance is 10/10. Tuna tartare and arancini to start, carbonara and the Nduja pizza for the main. *chefs kiss* thank you for taking such attentive care for to us and our fur baby Saka! We’ll be back soon! :) xx

So good. The food and the service excellent. Everything is quality except the prices. Even table cloths are starched linen, and a lovely terrace for outside dining. The steak and seafood pasta delicious. Didn’t try the pizza.

The risotto was phenomenal, with the Parmesan foam on top! The tiramisu was also delicious but the rumbaba was the perfect dessert! This was the perfect place to end our trip in London.

We had a great experience in Mucci’s regarding the food. We had the garlic Focaccia and the tuna tartare as a starter and the focaccia was delightful. As a main, I had the steak sirloin and my partner had the Alla Norma pasta which were both 10/10 - potentially best Alla Norma I have ever tried! As a sidenote - service was a bit strange. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, but they didn’t offer to hang our coats on arrival (only at the end, when they needed the chair we used for our coats). For our starters they brought the tuna, then the focaccia, and 5 minutes later our drinks. I found that very strange - it requires little effort to make sense of a table service. However, great food, so 5/5

We visited this place several times now with our 2 young daughters . Very family friendly place I can recommend with small children . The employees are very patient and polite. And the food is really tasty and top quality ! You can’t go wrong here . Thank you and looking forward to our next visit .

Honestly very pleasantly surprised to have come across this place, pizzas are ridiculously delicious. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating, we had a small dog with us and they brought us a little water bowl and a blanket without asking. 10/10 experience!

Astonished. The beauty of the food literally took my breath away. And then the taste: that made me travel back home, to Italy, in its best places. And this was also thanks to Andrea. His gentleness and kindness were the rare little gem that makes an ordinary day become a little bit of an extraordinary one. I felt so grateful to have met this team of adorable people. Thank you for feeding me in such surprisingly beautiful, delicious, and delightful way today.

The lunch was excellent and imaginative. Creative Italian at its best. The Service was polite and attentive when necessary. The atmosphere was OK as we had lots to talk about but the restaurant was very empty - probably lunch on a weekday is not so popular. I will certainly return. Thank you.

The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. As for the food, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. As girls who grew up in Italy, and living here in London, I have to say that it is really good pizza that they make in the most traditional way possible. Impeccable service, I have to say that even the first and second courses are very delicious and tasty, above all good quality. I will definitely go back again.

Mucci’s is an extremely mediocre restaurant in the Chelsea area, and you can find much better. First of all, there was arrogant staff who ensured us that our starters would come before our mains but for some of us that was not the case. Our side of green beans never showed up, and it was by the point that we had finished our meal that one of the waiters had brought it to us, but we refused. The food was bad, the carbonara was awful and tasted of sick after the waiter had praised a lot, probably because it was quite expensive. Don’t come here!

The most overpriced average Italian food I’ve ever had.

Good food , one of best pizzas we’ve had in London. Waiters forgot some of what we ordered, then tried to charge us for something we never ordered.
