This is such a wonderful spot for authentic and local Italian cuisine! The service is excellent, and it truly feels like a hidden gem in the area. If you love Italian food, you’re bound to find something you’ll enjoy here. I even had a chat with the owner, who mentioned they’ll be introducing more specialties soon. I’m excited to return and try other dishes. Highly recommended!

While staying in the Kensington area of London we happened upon this lovely Italian restaurant. We were a walk in and got a table straight away, however it was early evening midweek. It was a fabulous find and we had a great meal with a glass of wine. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere really good and the service second to none. Highly recommend.

Excellent all the way around! Food was delicious. Salmon perfectly cooked and broccoli was best I’ve ever had. Yes, I mentioned broccoli! Cooked perfect and very tasty with olives, capers and slices of cherry pepper. Service was very attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

As an italian there are many restaurants in London but finally I found one which can be called Italian with a capital I. The food, the atmosphere, the service, everything has exceeded my expectations. I ordered a dish of spaghetti alle vongole and it tasted just like Italy. Rocco and his sister are two extraordinary people who are running the restaurant preserving the amazing quality of ingredients and the exceptional service Italy is known for which I have seen too many restaurants lacking unfortunately. I recommend paying San Pietro a visit if you are in London and want to eat proper Italian; I will definitely come back many times! Grazie mille e a presto!

This restaurant is delightful and truly captures the essence of Italian dining. The highlights of this experience was the definitely the food. We ordered the mussels as our starter and the roast chicken as our main with a selection of desserts after. The seafood menu was impressive as they had a lot of variety and all the ingredients were fresh. The service was impeccable with attentive and friendly waiters who were knowledgeable and eager to make recommendations. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu!

Dined with my family yesterday. First time visiting definitely will be my Italian to go place. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout the whole service. We ordered the tuna tartar which was amazing, fresh the flavours combined worked really well. The Lobster pasta was so fresh and delicious; I recommend this dish. The food in general especially seafood was of the best quality from the taste. Overall the experience, atmosphere and food was 10/10 would definitely be coming back again.

Place is smelly and feels dirty. Loud and brusque service with waiters stomping their feet around and banging the plates on the table.

Lovely place. Lovely staff. Great food. Perfect for a take away pizza on a Friday evening, after a beer in the pub next door.

Food was impeccable; so perfectly executed from the pasta to the specialty fish dishes and even down to the dessert. To top it off, the warmest welcome and hospitality are extended by Angelica, Matilda and Emmanuel, who are so gifted in making their guests feel comfortable and special at the same time. We are repeat patrons and will continue to return for the quality of food and service.

Very good restaurant but it was a little expensive

My partner and I stayed in London for the evening, we love our food and we spent a while trying to choose a decent Italian restaurant nearby. After whittling it down to 3 restaurants we chose San Pietro and it didn’t disappoint us. The Street that it is situated on is so picturesque and pretty - very instagrammable! The restaurant was very quiet however our table was booked early @ 5:30pm - midweek too! I think the restaurant a lot of takeaway orders too. The staff were very accommodating and polite with Italian chefs. Straight opposite was an Italian deli which I noticed shored the same staff which was nice. Our food was really nice and authentic I would recommend the breaded mozzarella starter and a spaghetti main. If you like your Italian dishes with great staff l highly recommend San Pietro.

This has been on my bucket list for a long time, Great halal options across the board, our waitress was fantastic she managed to make a cocktail into a mocktail which adhered to our needs. The pizza was thin and light packed full of flavours, the meatballs were nice and meaty however felt light which was great. Mixed seafood pasta was amazing and fresh, Would recommend for sure

Great linguine alle vongole and agli e oglio pasta. If your local to Kensington its a must. Nice casual restaurant which is more my vibe on a daily than most restaurants in Mayfair that overcharge and have very average food. They have some nice new desserts really recommend the pistachio cheesecake, its brilliant and the new tiramisu. Ask them for the new desserts they are making and their specials. I recently had the pleasure of dining at San Pietro, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Special thanks to Giova, who was an incredible hostess—warm, attentive, and made our visit truly memorable. The highlight of our meal was the delicious seabass with samphire, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. Every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!

Dinner in Kensington. True Italian restaurant, appetizer with grilled calamari and bruschetta with Spilinga nduja served in ceramic nduja warmers. We finished with a sea bream cooked in salt in the oven. We really felt like we were in Italy, congratulations guys.

I dinned yesterday in this restaurant and the food was really amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance. Every dish we ordered was a delightful surprise. The tartare was simply amazing 😋, the scallops delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful balance of flavours and textures. In addition to the fantastic dishes, the service was top-notch. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to to ensure that we had a great time. If you are looking for a place with excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere, I highly recommend giving it a try. It is a true gem, and I cannot wait to return for another memorable meal. We called and made reservations, no problem. The wine and the seafood selection is limited. We ordered the olives,(great )and the oysters (excellent), the Sea Bass filet (good) the ribeye steak (decent). The service was excellent and friendly.

What a nice little restaurant! It feels like we are on holiday! My friends and I had dinner here at the terrace. It was absolutely a beautiful atmosphere and the staff made us feel special. Even though the website said there were no reservations available, I called, and they gave us reservations for 2 within 30 minutes. Our dinner was amazing. We got bruschetta, mozzarella, and the half calzone / half pizza. That was SOOOO good. It had a little bit of a kick, so if you like a bit of heat.... get that! The restaurant is super cute - both indoor and outdoor seating. Alba, who took our order and served our food, is the sweetest angel! ♥️ Everyone else was very kind as well, while not at all over bearing.

We'd heard San Pietro had the best fish in London and it's true. They do. To start we had an Aubergine dish that was to die for, the fish was truly extraordinary--fresh and beautifully presented-- and the woman who served us was not just friendly but helpful beyond measure. We had lovely evening. The clientele seems to be a mix of "regulars" whom the staff knows and first timers who are greeted with the same cheerful care we received. We've been coming to London for years, know it pretty well and this is our all-time favorite restaurant.

Checked out this restaurant for dinner where ordered the linguine fruitti de mare. It was really delicious with large portions and a generous serving of seafood. (Although the mussels were fairly gritty.)

San Pietro is the place to eat delicious, authentic Italian food in Kensington. They use quality Italian ingredients and this, plus the culinary wizardry of chef Carlo, creates magic on the plate. We love their fish, the grilled chicken and the pizzas! The prosecco is one of the best I've ever had! I also absolutely love their fresh bread, which Carlo bakes with pride every morning (thank you so much, Carlo!!)! The interior of the restaurant is cozy and relaxing and the service impeccable. We go to San Pietro for the food and also for the relaxed family-like atmosphere! A little piece of Italy (food and soul) in the heart of London!

We had an amazing lunch, food was delicious, absolutly great chef Carlo did the best seafood linguine, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and the overall feeling of this restaurant is very lovely. 10/10 would recomend! Nice small Italian restaurant. The team is very good and they are very engaging. They would help you to select the mains if you need help. It's a very small place and expect it to be crowded. They got some lovely pizzas and I have seen many people try them. Fried zucchini is a must try at this place. A few things I thought they could improve: it would be nice to serve the bread warm. I hate to touch cold bread in cold temperatures. If the bread is warm, It would have been a nice warm touch as you start. I tried the Tuna, it was cold when it was served. This is possibly because it was cold temperatures. The plate was well presented. They did have a nice collection of wines too. You would see lots of Italians visiting this place to treat with some nice Italian food. This is a nice place when you are looking for an Italian feast at an affordable price. I loved it. Well done guys.

Found this place on tiktok. The quality and taste the food was really good. For the price, it seemed to reflect the quality and authenticity of the food. However, quite pricey for London as we paid over £40 for 2 dishes. It is better for a quiet dinner or date as it gives off a more romantic/ intimate vibe. Some items are halal which they state in the menu.

Excellent experience of Italian cuisine and hospitality. A place where we have returned and where we will return hoping to always rediscover the excellent atmosphere experienced today. Traditional recipes, with a 'homemade' flavour. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to find a bit of Italy in London.
