Tbh I wish I could give 0. Had an awful experience with 2 friends at a bottomless brunch just before Christmas. One of which was pregnant and served an alcoholic drink. Sent an email with all of our feedback to which it was forwarded on and after 2/3 times of chasing… ghosted! Appalling! So shocked given Shoreditch branch were amazing and couldn’t do anymore for a previous booking earlier in the year.

Had a lovely time! The cocktails were delicious and the brunch was phenomenal!

We really enjoyed ourselves, but our only critique is that the drinks top-up was very slow, we had cocktails in pitchers for 4 and only one pitcher allowed at a time, perhaps 2 would be at a more relaxed rate for the servers and wouldn't make patrons feel cheated? We asked for a last pitcher towards the end but was told that last orders already finished, that was pretty sad

Would never normally leave a bad review but was really disappointed by the brunch yesterday. Booked it for a birthday with 16 guests and am a bit embarassed. Cocktails served in jugs and entirely juice (not even tipsy after an hour so had to ask to swap to pure Prosecco, we were then told ‘not serving bottles of Prosecco anymore after 30 mins’. Had to drink out of one tumbler for the full event which is gross. And as nice as the main act was at the end, we had 15 mins of entertainment and the rest of it she was sat scrolling on her phone. Also I received an email saying we’d get a free megatini cocktail tree for the birthday event, then got told that we’d actually have to book again on the day to get that promotion which seems ridiculous as we were already there for the birthday! Also the venue is not pink and fluffy it just looks like a nightclub inside. Staff were very hit and miss on service quality. Again sorry to complain but was really rubbish for £40!

We went to a bottomless brunch show last night (4pm-6pm). The singer started off with first Abba song which was great. Then there was maybe another 3 songs for the rest of the evening, wich was disappointing. I was expecting 2h of Abba experience with singing and dancing but unfortunately that was not the case. There was a lot of background music whilst everyone was having bottomless drinks but not a lot do with Abba. We ordered porn star cocktail jug which was very good, so we definitely enjoyed the drinks 🍸. As for food- order chicken salad - it arrived very late and did not look like a salad. It was just deep fried chicken with chips so food was disappointing. Over all experience 3 stars for me.

Visited for bottomless brunch, Mamma Mia brunch. The drag Act was really good the vibe in there was amazing, however the drinks were awful. You all have to drink the same drink on the table as they serve bottles of prosecco and cocktails in jugs. We ordered a pornstar martini and it was so sweet and not drinkable we asked to change the drink and they said no we had to finish the jug before we could order something different...so we poured it down the loo (little tip for anyone visiting in the future). I questioned why the pornstar martini was so sweet and they said they mix with apple juice. Never heard of this before. Food was OK, I had the vegan nachos, it wasn't too bad to be honest, but the portions were tiny. There's much better brunches available in London I would probably never go to a brunch again at tonight josephine due to the poor drinks. Not value for money.

Dead atmosohere and empty on a Friday night Vs busy neighbouring bars. Overpriced average cocktails and unfriendly bar staff didn't help at all

Came here for bottomless brunch and ordered chicken Caesar salad. It was the saddest thing I'd ever seen and the other dishes were pretty bad too. Everything else was great but food was awful. Not worth it.

I booked a celebration for Wednesday 21st August at 6.30pm with my work colleagues and when we came the venue was shut despite me having a confirmed booking. When we checked on Google and it was meant to be open however when we looked on the door of the bar it said 7:00pm opening time. We came back at 7:15pm and the bar was closed. No phone call to say they wouldn’t be opening or anything. Very disappointing and my celebration was ruined. I will stick to the Waterloo branch.

Came for a mama Mia brunch and had the best day! Didn’t drink Prosecco so we switched it for cocktails, never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a jug. Staff were great and joined in with the vibe. Whole night was great and can’t wait to come back.

We came on a Thursday and met Will. Absolutely lovely individual. Great personality and fast/interactive service! Definitely would recommend here for a night out, great vibes. <3
