Poor customer service, when I was served person on the till used a gesture like they were trying to get rid of fly, or something similar, when I was done; had to hand them my phone to get barcode scanned since scanner outside didn't work. Food was below average, not many ingredients inside and didn't feel fresh either. I like the brand, used them a lot at Paddington when I worked there but this branch didn't deliver at all. I don't mind if people don't smile or being polite, hard to do that when you earn most likely minimum wage in London, but rudeness is still too much. Maybe it was cultural difference, don't want to judge. Anyway, stay away, use different branch.

Very proud of myself for choosing the right place to get food. The Avacado baguette was absolutely delicious, and the handmade brownie was way better than those I had in 80% of cafes. Definitely amazing quality for a 🛤 station food. I especially like the service and tidiness of the shop all credit goes to one man Kartik Patel only. i really appreciate the team.

I go here every morning for my coffee, and it’s always a great start to my day! Tahmina and Adil are so kind and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The coffee is excellent, and they have all kinds of milk options to suit everyone’s preferences. Their food is delicious too, with great combo deals that make it even better. Highly recommend this place for great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

Pretty good baguettes for the price. Loved the salmon baguette as well as the ham and cheese one. Decided to try something new and got the baguette with berry jam and bacon (I believe), which was also pretty good. The man taking orders threw in an extra baguette as it was the end of the day.

Great & welcoming hospitality. Hemal & Chirag were two guys who spoke friendly and served efficiently & quick.

Hemel and Chirag demonstrated a flair for customer service and satisfaction. Very lively and enthusiastic. Would return just because of my experience with their hospitality.

Sanzida and Tehmina with good customer servive. Friendly approach to encourage me to buy a pastries which i opted for. Tehmina always with a smile while Sanzida upselling. While waiting for my coffee, Tehmina did two great customer with add on. Good vibes with friendly approach.

Staff were extremely unhelpful in resolving an issue with collection. I was literally 90 seconds late. They literally didn't care. Sent me away without the food I'd paid for.

I ordered fiery chicken sub..and oh my god it was amazing. 🌶️ The spicy kick was much needed in my journey. They even offered me a free green tea to soothe my ongoing cough. Delicious food, moreover amazing team!!!

There is a special offer for a croissant and hot drink for £4.50. That’s great! I didn’t notice the sign promoting the offer, when I placed an order for a small flat white and a croissant. I paid £6.39, and then noticed the promotion. I asked the sales assistant why I wasn’t charged £4.50. She replied that it was because I ordered a small coffee but the offer was for the medium size! Doesn’t really make sense as she explained it. I replied that it would have been helpful if she had told me about the offer. She blamed the issue on me and replied that I asked for a small and she gave me a small coffee. She completely missed my feedback regarding good customer service. Better staff training is needed if this special offer is continued. The croissant and coffee were fine.

I just went to upper crust and i find the staff is very amazing their service and communication is very well . I would like to mention one of the staff name - Tahmina she is really good and i find like she is very good in well behaving and greeting everyone so its been lovely visiting their.

I honestly don’t understand the 5 star reviews. Baguettes looked decent size through the window but are in fact smallest I have had with minimum filling for almost £7. What a way to make money in one of the busiest places in London

I’ve been going there for about a month now every single morning to get food before work. The staff are all amazing and friendly people especially Tahmina and Reem (apologies if the name is wrong). The food is really good it’s the best quick food place in all of Waterloo station highly recommended!!

I am vegetarian and so There are two options one cheese and tamato and second bhaji turmaric humas so That guy suggested me bhaji one and it was so delicious Also I choose ice latte and Wow Thank you so much Hemal and keya for your suggestion. I will visit again. But i want to suggest you one thing that you add more vegetarian items in your menu because most of people want to eat but less choice they get. But thank you one again Hemal and keya you are start.

I have had the most disgusting latte served to me at this outlet. It was more like a diluted water with a smattering of coffee. Did not taste like coffee at all. In addition the lady who served me tried to serve a gentleman behind me and I told him to wait as I am in the queue. She took my order and gave everyone their drinks first who were behind me in the queue and only then did she serve up this awful coffee. I also noticed she mixed the decaf coffee from my packet which was about half a packet with the normal coffee in the coffee grinder. I was not able to complain as I had to catch the train and only tasted my coffee in the train. I had to throw it in the bin. Disgusting...
