I’ve been going there for about a month now every single morning to get food before work. The staff are all amazing and friendly people especially Tahmina and Reem (apologies if the name is wrong). The food is really good it’s the best quick food place in all of Waterloo station highly recommended!!

I am vegetarian and so There are two options one cheese and tamato and second bhaji turmaric humas so That guy suggested me bhaji one and it was so delicious Also I choose ice latte and Wow Thank you so much Hemal and keya for your suggestion. I will visit again. But i want to suggest you one thing that you add more vegetarian items in your menu because most of people want to eat but less choice they get. But thank you one again Hemal and keya you are start.

I used to buy from Upper crust. But this one is my now favorite. I got perfect latte and cheese and tomato Hemal is very polite. And Keya is very Friendly thank u so much guys now I am regularly buy from here. Superb guys keep it up.

I have had the most disgusting latte served to me at this outlet. It was more like a diluted water with a smattering of coffee. Did not taste like coffee at all. In addition the lady who served me tried to serve a gentleman behind me and I told him to wait as I am in the queue. She took my order and gave everyone their drinks first who were behind me in the queue and only then did she serve up this awful coffee. I also noticed she mixed the decaf coffee from my packet which was about half a packet with the normal coffee in the coffee grinder. I was not able to complain as I had to catch the train and only tasted my coffee in the train. I had to throw it in the bin. Disgusting...

One slice of Proscuitto Parma Ham in my £6.30 baguette. Utter con. Only realised when I was eating it when I left Waterloo terminal via train.

Bought a prosciutto baguette that came to over six pounds. Once opened the baguette had one tiny thin slice of ham in it. When I showed the people working there and asked if some could be added in they said no they can’t. Discustingly overpriced sandwich with one shred of meat

Great place. Here's hopefully a useful feedback to the owner/staff. That 'new cheese melt sandwich' you've got will stick to the take away paper entirely, making it difficult and messy to eat, and obviously no more cheese as it's all stuck to the paper. Probably worth finding an alternative solution (eg. wrap it in Al foil / non stick paper first).

The food is convenient and tasty as well as having great service. The worker Hemal and Keyur when I went were brilliant.

Ordered too good to go app and paid for it. When I went all the food was already cleared and they said no food left and said is nothing to do with them. Terrible service and I won’t be using it again. There is a lot of other places in waterloo. Good luck

The new menu is so bad. The old all day breakfast (ciabatta version) was amazing and I used to get it every single day. The new all day breakfast is very inferior (why are there tomatoes in it?) and the sausage baguette isn’t great either (944 calories yet no sauce to make it actually taste like something?!) I used to visit every day and now probably won’t come again. I do appreciate the rewards scheme though which makes things reasonably good value and the staff are fantastic

Kamal and umang have the best hot chocolate especially the oat milk and normal milk. Its taste is on another level would highly recommend getting your hot chocolate from this place.

The most disgusting tea I’ve ever had! How you manage to ruin a single English tea I don’t know. Maybe the water machine hasn’t been cleaned in ages! Avoid hot drinks here !

Hemal was super friendly! This is my favorite place to get a cuppa tea at the station and the only place to do decaf!

By far the worst bacon roll I have ever eaten. The roll was fine, but the bacon is that paper thin, microwaved stuff which is smelly and tastes horrible. I had to throw it away in the first bin I could find. Service fine though.

Friendly and efficient service from Sapna this morning, who is always very helpful. The Food Stand is always very clean and tidy. Coffee is always good and nice and hot, with a good range of sweet and savoury snacks too. Just right to keep you going on your journey!
