Bottomless brunch was great, really great service from Gemma, brilliant value for price, great drinks and food!

Damiah was our waitress today and I must say she would bring us straight back in. The service she offered us was 5*. She was so accommodating and the fact that she managed the place on her own when we first arrived in, she managed the floor on her own due to staff shortage and was 10/10. They are so lucky to have her as a staff member. Thanks to Damiah we had the best experience!

The best cocktails, best music and best service! Special shoutout to Ryan and Poppy. Their hospitality was immaculate, and they made us feel so welcome. Definitely recommend!

Best Bar in Romford, had amazing service from Rhys and Poppy and could not fault them at all. food was amazing and cocktails equally good. Prices were just right for the location.

Went for a lunch, ordered a smothered chicken with fries and rocket salad. Did not receive the salad, chicken was barely cooked had an odd texture. The appetiser we ordered arrived after we finished our mains, my daughter had a burger meal, but neither her drink nor ice cream showed up. It wasn't even busy. The bartender was very pleasant but it seems the kitchen is haphazard.

Harvey was the best person ever, he was very consistent and very kind. He was definitely very understanding of our drunk preferences, which is why I would absolutely recommend this spot.

Only place I would go to after a long day at work and dealing with public transport! With a large selection of drinks and a decent sized food menu, it is the best place to go to with a warm atmosphere and staff who go above and beyond.

We visited today and had a server named Ryan he was such a laugh and made us feel so comfortable and made sure we had plenty of drinks and checked on us every few minutes. Definitely a great place to visit for bottomless brunch. 5* to Ryan/Jason/Barry/Keith and whatever else we called him whilst there.

Incredibly rude and aggressive security stuff !! Just witnessed a lady having the glass of wine snatched from her hands just 2 seconds after being told she's not allowed to bring it outside. That security lady must have some really bad anger issues that make her to overreact like that. We've been told that we can watch the euro finals game there only to have the tv turned off just 5 minutes before games start. That place was completely empty only because of them. The management should check their cctv recording at around 8pm on 14/7 and do a employee performance review of their RUDE and AGGRESSIVE SECURITY STAFF. They are losing business just because of them.

We booked the bottomless brunch last night and it was fantastic! It was very busy (as expected) but the lady who was making our drinks was excellent. She was attentive, always asking us if we would like anything else, and she did this for all the tables, I think she did such a good job seeing how busy Fridays are! The drinks and the food were lovely and for such a good price, I will defiantly be returning and recommending this bottomless brunch to others!

The slug always gives good service and the bar staff are good at their jobs and friendly as well..I eat and drink in there fairly regularly and have never been disappointed yet by the service.. Well it's over a year since I wrote the review above,it's still the best pub in Romford, great food, great drinks and great music.had a lovely Asian noodle salad lunchtime, very tasty ,looked good to.well done slug 😊
