Delight Cafe in Havering

We have a good time, usually go in for a breakfast but today ended up for a lunch time date.Staff so friendly and welcoming. Always good no issues food comes out in good time. Very relaxed atmosphere, you can even pull your laptop out and work. Well worth the visit

People have rated Britainia across the road higher on average because its cheaper - how sad. Also they have falafel here so plant based eaters finally have an option in Rainham. It's just a better cafe in every way.

Good well cooked breakfast decent price

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, sausage tastes cheap and undercooked. Beans tasted old and hard. Lamb chops didn’t taste of lamb and the veg that came with the meal was just saturated in water so it turned to mush. WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN used to be lovely gone down hill horrendous worst £25 I’ve ever spent

Found this cafe as we needed somewhere to stop for a pitstop enroute to family. Very friendly staff served up a very high quality breakfast. Highly recommend

Without fail always friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. If I could give it more than a 5 star review I would. Every Sunday we take a trip to this cafe for lunch and everything is freshly prepared and tastes amazing.

Good food, just a bit noisy at times

It's been established in the village for some time now I had the spaghetti bolognaise very tasty also tried the cappuccino proper one from an expresso machine great flavour and all at reasonable prices inside and external dining local parking outside

Our usual cafe in Rainham is closed on a Tuesday so we looked around and this place looked popular. It was busy which is a good sign. The menu is very varied so everyone is bound to find something that they like. I went for a jacket potato with cheese and beans which was huge and served with a very large and delicious side salad. The potato was too big and I couldn't eat it all. It was great value at £5. Service was very efficient and the toilet was spotless. This is my new favourite cafe.

Nice little cafe with a good choice on the menu and quick service with attentive staff, 1st visit today and could not fault. Chefs breakfast no.2 was actually better than equivalent at Jack's Cafe.

I think that it deserves five stars for the beautiful bar staff, alone.....

what an amazing place to have your breakfast/lunch. Ham cheese and mushroom omelette was the best I ever had, portion was really big but it was so amazing I finished all. Really helpful and frendly staff. You won't be disappointed for choosing this place.

A great cafe just round the corner from Rainham Hall in the village , With a varied menu to eat from Breakfast to Lunch (lamb chops, Pies , salads ) or just a sandwich . Or even just a pudding , All of the staff were lovely as well ..And very reasonable as well ..

Excellent menu and service. Friendly hearty staff, always welcoming . Brilliant ambiance and by and large the best food in the village . The coffee is excellent especially the espresso. I have about 3 a day . Their Friday fish and chips is outstanding. The menu and service plus cleanliness is excellent.5 star cafe .

Been using the Delight cafe for the last four weeks now. Tried four different set breakfast so far, not been disappointed yet. The Breakfast's have all been well cook and enjoyed everyone so far, looking forward to this Friday's breakfast, you would not be disappointed when you visit. Good quality food.

Come in every Friday, the service is top notch, served by some wonderful waitresses, especially Banu, her warming welcome everytime you walk in the door, you feel like a long time friend. That smile says it all, the food isn't half bad either.

The food here is excellent and there is plenty of it, too much some times. The service is first class with waitresses who are very effiicient and very welcoming. The prices are almost unbelievable the length of the menu is astounding. It is frequented by a mixed clientele and can get very busy around mid-day due to its popularity.
