Always great service, whether busy or not, katsu curry chicken burger was absolutely immense. Highly recommend for a good bit of pub food and nice pint. And always got the sport on (10% off drinks with the Green King app!!) legendary pub with great people , I’m always coming back!

Had Christmas Lunch on Wednesday the meal was excellent also the service by Donna and Lisa was excellent

Food was lovely and Cheryl was amazing and accommodating, great for sunday lunch.

Guiness is on point, sport is viewable from every seat, by the staff is what really make it. Wow what a place

Have been coming to the Archers for many years to watch football and have to say it is always a warm and friendly atmosphere. All the bar staff are very friendly and attentive. Food is very good value for money and there is a good choice of beers, ciders and spirits to choose from. Always enjoy coming to the Archers, would highly recommend to anyone!

Good atmosphere great prices friendly staff

Recently started coming to The Archers and have to say it is such a cosy, welcoming and friendly pub. All the bar staff are so lovely and attentive, especially Luke. Food is very tasty and there is a good range of drinks to choose from. Always enjoy my visits to The Archers, would highly recommend.

Lovely old school pub. Low ceilings and friendly atmosphere. Busy but quick to get served. Booked a table which turned out sensible as pretty full on the night.

We regularly visit The Archers and always enjoy our visits. The staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and always smiling. It’s easy to get a drink and the food is always delicious. Booking a table is easy via the website and the table always ready. Definitely worth a visit! Thanks for the great service.

Great pub, good atmosphere, and helpful staff. Freya who served us was really bubbly and friendly. However all the staff (sorry didn’t catch their names) were really attentive, and made our visit really welcoming.

George and Mary are the best landlords you can get, and they and the team do a fantastic job of making everyone welcome, and there’s always a friendly atmosphere in the pub.

Staff friendly and professional. Drink Aand food lovely. Pie crust bit too thick. Needs more meat and less crust. Otherwise all well cooked and presented. Will come again. Clean and nice seats. John and Mags

Still plays second fiddle compared to the ship opposite. Trys hard which is a shame......think its just too plastic. Needs a local hand to run and being a chain shines through. Beer......not kept well.....again its a chain.

A great, classic, traditional pub! Staff are all super friendly and helpful, there's a great selection of beers on offer, and the menu is really good too, all cooked to a great standard! The small but high quality outside courtyard style seating area is nice too, and even though it's on a pretty busy road it still seems like you're out of town a bit!

The atmosphere of the pub was really nice. Freya was an amazing server. She was really quick and prompt with the drinks. Would go there again.

Excellent, engaging and enthusiastic are three words that describe the service I received from Donna. Having spent a laborious day in the City and worried about finding a place to eat on my return to my hotel, particularly as there was live football showing that night, I was assured by the lovely Donna that a place would be found for me and so it was! I was afforded a warm welcome and enjoyed the atmosphere complemented by a real log fire. The food was hot, served quickly, and the portions a good size. There was a good selection of drinks and the prices were very reasonable, certainly compared to the City. I very much appreciated Donna checking in from time to time to ensure that my dining experience met my expectations, and so it did. I do hope that the management will therefore find itself in a position to pass on my appreciation to Donna and her colleagues. Hope to be back when I am next in the area.

I had a great evening out with a friend. Sophia was our go to bartender and she had great communication skills and was so friendly. Food and drink are a good price and will definitely be going back.

Great pub especially for sports fans, there is always some form of live sport on the TVs. The pub has a very homely feel especially with the log fires. The food was very good value especially the lunchtime meal deal. Thank you to Freya who served us today and was really helpful, attentive and friendly.

We are visitors from France attending a funeral at Havering Crem and needed somewhere to unwind, relax and enjoy a good meal and a good ambiance as well as a friendly place, Archers filled the bill in every respect.

I didn’t eat on this visit but it is a very cute pub. Cosy and comfortable. Friendly staff.
