Love this place, i come all the way from Walthamstow for the salt beef loaded panini, and the coffee is amazing too.

The place is spotless, friendly and pleasant staff and the food is excellent.

All the food is fresh and tasty with good portions. My favourite is the breakfast... It's the best hreakfast in the area.

As ward councillor, it is a delight to visit Cafe Shot. I feel confident of a warm welcome whenever I visit. I don’t hesitate to recommend it. The food is freshly prepared, healthy and cooked with love. The coffee is my particular pick me up. Claire and Yos, the proprietors, provide a valuable community service; customers are more than customers, they are friends.

I am a local hairdresser , and myself and my friend a beauty therapist have coffee and food from Cafe shot virtually everyday, the guys running the place are amazing…They know our orders of by heart and know exactly how we like things! , the customer care is 10/10! Popped in for a coffee whilst car was being sorted nearby and decided to grab a plain tuna Mayo sandwich. Service was okay but the sandwich was very bland, ordinary Tesco bread nothing special. I was surprised at the cost £6.90 coffee and a basic sandwich.

So, my friend had made a complaint on Facebooks Havering community page about this place after they served her wrong food or something and they shouted at her when she called the owner! - the owner of this restaurant feeds some of the aadmin on that group for free and therefore an active member who posted jobs for others was removed. I’m surprised to see that she hasn’t left a review on Google. Anyways, I have tried the food myself some of it really good, however the pasta that was made for my child was disgusting. We ate at the place and have also ordered from the before. Many people on that Havering community page found it quite strange that this person was removed for leaving a review and sharing her disappointment. Yet the owner claims to serve halal, well to the owner: you can’t expect rewards from your lord by just serving halal food. Your behaviour has to be halal too stop bribing people with free food and requesting them to be removed. I used to come all the way from Dagenham and this person was my neighbour

I had salt beef it was truly superb so tasty that i order more for takeaway for later, the coffee is premium, place is very clean and service is outstanding, no wonder everyone pass by say hello, definitely recommend and will be coming again and again

The food is nice but the owner has some communication issues and is unable to show respect to employees, using rude language in front of the customers...

The food was lovely and hot, and the portion sizes were great. Sometimes, it's hard to find pork alternatives at cafes, so it was nice to have turkey rashers instead of settling for a vegetarian alternative instead.

I am happy to recommend highly Caffe Shot shop in Hornchurch. As I’m local, know the place since it was opened, being their guest on a weekly basis they always served us with the best food and proper coffee. Beef bagel 🥯 are the best I ever tried in London ! Great team, tasty food and good place to have your breakfast or lunch 👍🏻

Cafe shot has an amazing atmosphere, and wonderful food and the best coffee. They also deliver when I’m unable to pick up my order which is extremely helpful, I have made friends with other customers when going there,. I highly recommend you try for yourself, I see it more as a friendship then a service, where I can have a laugh in a busy world. The coffee with coconut milk is first class 😀

Arrived Hot and Freshly cooked, salad was equally fresh and all well portioned.

I order for my company Alloy Fix in Romford every Saturday for breakfast and are always satisfied. They deliver to us directly and we’ve been loyal to them for over a year! That should tell you how good their service and food it. Highly recommend

Firstly food which arrived was wrong and had contained pork items which i do not eat. My actual food never even arrived. Called up the restaurant and kept insisting the driver left but the food still was missing.

We have been in love with this cafe for four years The food is great and always made to how asked by customer For a certain period of time I was on gluten and dairy free diet as advised by doctor and they always ensured they respect my dietary needs Claire and Yoss are very friendly Yoss has a great sense of humour We have now moved further away so no longer at walking distance from the cafe but we now order via Uber and food always arrives as expected

First time ordering from here and I was really happy. They paid attention to my instructions and even wrote on the bag with a smiley face, which really made my day to be honest! Food was hot and tasty and a good price. Will be back :)

I ordered a cappuccino and i did not get it

Tuna Sandwich was very nice. Flling was good had to ask them to make sure. Hot dog was delicious but the bun was soggy. Bagel was not nice - a massive bagel that is toasted flat with salt beef. The beef amount was not enough for the massive bagel and the gherkin was not sour enough. It fel more like a slat beef sandwich. If it was the right bagel size than probably the salt beef amount would have been perfect. Bareley any mustard.

I went the with my daughter yesterday, the lattes and the food we had were lovely. Very clean and although the owner was working alone and it was fairly busy we received quick and friendly. Will definitely go back again and will have the salt beef bagel next time.

I found myself working in Romford and was so pleased to find this little cafe at the top of road. I’ve been eating in cafes with the lads for many years and can honestly say this is one of the best for food quality, coffee and friendly staff. Sad the job ending soon.. Quality is there, quantity, not so much, at least, depending on what you order. Their sandwiches are decent, fresh, and packaged as you'd expect from a cafe in cardboard triangle packaging, but they are made fresh with quality ingredients. The Bacon-cheese Croissant was the best of the 3 things i ordered, being made of a fresh croissant and thick sliced bacon. (quantity, and quality). Sizeable enough for what you pay, and the quality is there. The Ham and cheese toastie was a let-down. For almost £4 (£3 min) you get 2 slices of bread, a slice of ham, and cheese, squashed together to make a single flat toastie. For the money, I would avoid. For what you pay, you should get 2. Don't get me wrong, when you compare to a sandwich, you're still getting 2 slices of bread, and filling, (cut in half), but considering how little filling you end up with in the toastie, you're not getting £3+ worth of edible value in that single toastie. You could easily eat 3-4 of these things and still be pretty hungry. I could anyway. Overall the quality of the food is on point, but I won't be ordering another toastie.

I recently had breakfast here with my husband. We ordered the Big Daddy Panini, acappuccino and a tea. I was really pleasently surprised. The food Panini was delicious and the coffee and tea were too. The atmosphere is inside the coffee shop is lovely and cosy, with comfy chairs and tables. It is also very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this little hidden gem. I will also be going back!
