Upon our arrival the receptionist Ali was very kind and helpful! We ate at the restaurant, and the staff were very welcoming, especially Jelani and Ray. The breakfast was good, lot of choices, the waiter Cole was kind also! The hotel is bit far from the center but you have a bus station nearby! It would be nice if the hotel offered the transportation tickets! Good experience in general

We loved our stay at nhow London. The service was fantastic, the team at reception were welcoming and helpful. And I absolutely love my London mug!!! The design of the space is quirky and colourful, and we absolutely loved it. The room was super comfortable, very good size room with great amenities. Absolutely loved the kettle that was shaped like a tea pot! Location wise it is a bit out of the way from the city however it’s walking distance to the tub making it very convenient.

This was such a cool hotel. Sometimes the front desk staff was short staffed but the restaurant team were amazing. Cole, in particular, treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience.

Had a fabulous staycation at NHow. The rooms are lovely and the bed is soooooo comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food too. I definitely recommend the fish and chips. Ray was very welcoming and helpful. We were also served by Ridoy and he was an absolute star! Would love to stay here again!

Excellent hotel with amazing staffs. Cole was exceptional

All of the staff are delightful! Cole was so attentive and just a pleasure! He made breakfast a fun adventure. Pamela was also lovely breakfast.! Carolina the housekeeper was absolutely amazing! And Ray was an amazing server and bartender, as was Ifty and Ridoy. The front desk staff was also amazing under the leadership of Milan! I didn’t get everybody’s name, but I can say Chiragh was particularly engaging. Perfect location and cool iconic and artsy hotel decor!

If it wasn’t for the superior service I got from Cole and Ray, my stay here would have been average at best. They really made us feel well looked after. Pedro was also very helpful.

Stayed here a few nights and loved it. The decor is vibrant and fun and they reward you with free drink for every day that you choose to be eco-friendly and skip the cleaning. Cole made me and my friend awesome mochas.

Loved the hotel. It was reasonably priced for the two nights I stayed in May. The room was clean and had a nice decor. The staff was helpful and check in and out was very easy. I would like to stay again.

Probably the greatest service I’ve ever received, if Pedro and Tomas opened a cardboard box I would stay there. Book a weekend just to have a natter with them, and their team is absolutely awesome.

I had an amazing stay here! The rooms are cute, quirky and everything was brand new. The service was amazing, especially from Rey and Jeylani. The neighborhood is excellent and I easily walked everywhere from the hotel. I will definitely be back.

Great retreat to explore the city from. We really enjoyed our weekend and our stay at nhow London with the kids. Great food at Guilty both for breakfast and lunch. Rooms were really nice and spacious; thank you for the interconnecting rooms! Loved the trendy and funky design. A big thank you to the front desk and restaurant staff; nothing was too much trouble. There was a small problem with the bathroom The way Mr Villachica handled it was exemplary and should be used as an example of excellent customer service He was calm, polite, personable and friendly In an ever increasing digital world this friendly human approach is becoming a rarity. It was our first time in London and we loved this hotel. All in all a modern hotel. The staff very friendly and competent. The breakfast is really extensive and everyone can find their own delicacies here.

This eco-friendly, pet-friendly, vegetarian/vegan friendly hotel is the right choice. There are hundreds of places to stay in London. After weeks of searching, this great, beacon light of hope shone in a sea of indecision. Mr. Pedro and company at reception answer every question and have whatever you have forgotten – tissues, shower cap, tooth brush, American electric adapter? They’ve got it! Use of mini fridges, slippers, and bath robes sweeten the deal. 24 hour gym access is great for NY jet lag. Need help finding the bus stop? They’ll point you in the right direction. Just bring your Google Maps app with you to the front desk. Don’t be scared! The bus system is so easy, efficient, reliable, and those double-deckers are fun to ride in. Just tap your phone – no metro card needed. The breakfast Maître D, Mr. Cole, in the bustling lobby and busy restaurant makes you feel like the only person in the room. Mr. Cole goes out of his way to make sure that you have everything you want and need to feel welcome and sated. Breakfast is delicious! There’s something for everyone’s tastes and dietary needs. The wait staff is warm and welcoming. My compliments to the chefs. The pasta dishes on the Guilty by Oliver restaurant menu are decadently delicious! I highly recommend the Comforting. I ordered my meals to the bar. The talented bartender duo, Mr. Rey and Mr. Jahlani, barely break a sweat under pressure. Watching these masterful mixologists at work is pure magic. Even when they are super busy, they make work look EASY. Shout out to the housekeeping crew. The hotel is Impeccably clean. The unique style, the cleanliness, the large rooms, the safe, central location, the interesting locals, and the intriguing visiting travelers they attract is the basis for an amazing trip. I celebrate the diversity of their staff – hailing not just from Great Britain, but also West Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and beyond. Don’t break-up the band – this is an AMAZING team. Very good hotel Well located and very quiet

Absolutely amazing! The decor is super cool- I wanted to stay somewhere unique & quirky, and this was just that! The bedroom was surprisingly big & the staff were so thoughtful to do such sweet things for my birthday. Bed is very comfy, lots of great amenities & very cosy. Only slight thing to note is that it’s not completely soundproof & walls seem a bit thinner. Staff were friendly & warm, also in the bar. I’d definitely stay again and can highly recommend to anyone visiting London. Thanks again for everything!
