Absolutely love it here - food brilliant and staff so lovely. Best place in this part of London for vegan munch.

Beyond burger is amazing!! Bowl with some rice, green mixed, sweet potatoes, peanuts having lots of toppings.

Lovely vegan burgers and weird but wonderful sticky rashers. Love the Red and Green bowl with Farmhouse Fresh a close 2nd. Came back to try the Mac Bar (L) with Shiitake, Onion, Broccoli. Next time will go for (M) with all toppings or maybe Loaded Nachos…

Stopped here for lunch. As unable to eat certain things at the moment ordered from the counter. The assistant could not have been more helpful in guiding me. The food was delicious too and a good size portion. I had the farmhouse salad that came with rice and a mint tea. Awesome staff. If I'm back in the area again I shall return!

Definitely one of the best burgers in Farringdon! The bun was fresh and the meat was properly cooked as ordered. Price was acceptable, too.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I had two delicious breakfast sandwiches. Each are small but for less than 4 pounds, it’s a great deal! The hollandaise sauce is such a nice touch and I highly recommend adding avocado. Both the bacon and sausage options were very delicious. Would love to visit here again!

Visited FlipSide, a fantastic vegan restaurant offering 100% plant-based burritos, bowls, and burgers. The service and food exceeded a perfect 10 out of 10. The owners were incredibly kind, even surprising us with complimentary burritos for both my companion and me. A delightful experience that deserves all the praise. Highly recommend! I love that this place exists because it’s like having a costa or a Pret and as a vegetarian I don’t have to think about what to eat especially because I have some lactose sensitivity.

I've had breakfast here today and I liked this place a lot! Really nice to have an affordable fully vegan place in the area! Good prices, my muffin was tasty and my very generous cup of coffee was also really good! The lady who attended me was super friendly! I'll definitely come back :)

I love this place and go here most days for lunch. Usually get a freshly made salad bowl or wrap. Their cookies are AMAZING but out of my lunch budget. Also sell smoothies, burgers, prepackaged sandwiches, snacks, etc. Fully vegan.

Very bad food, little taste. If ice could be be served warm in bread, that’s what they serve. Better food elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would - leaving a review mostly as the restaurant chain hasn't got back to my email. I found plastic in my burger (photo attached with the burger in the background in the bag) which I had partially chewed and choked on - it was a good job I didn't swallow the whole thing. I've since emailed the chain with feedback and asked for a refund and they've totally ignored me. Will avoid this chain in future and also would recommend everyone else does the same!

Fruit salad was mouldy. They refunded voluntarily, but it was off-putting

Agreed with the hospital across the street to offer staff and NHS discount. On 16/6/23 lunchtime staff refused to honour it.

This is the second time I have eaten at Flipside, this time choosing one of their absolutely delicious salads. Everything is made to order using the freshest ingredients. If you didn’t know it was vegetarian you wouldn’t realise. Everything is so deliciously tasty. Highly highly recommend a visit.

Good option if you are in the area , much better value than the majority of nearby restaurants with an interesting selection of vegan takes on typical sandwiches and lunch items. Nice chill family run feeling and friendly staff .

I am a PA for an autistic teen who is very picky with food. They absolutely loved it here!! and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They kindly turned down the music for us as well which was very thoughtful. We will definitely be coming back here whenever we visit London!

I get my lunch salad from a FlipSide almost everyday. A fantastic local 100% plan-based shops with friendly staff! The FlipSide Club salad with vegan chipotle mayo is by far my favourite!

Great place to get a vegan burger. We were able to check which protein was used as we have a soy intolerance and pleased to say there is a tasty pea protein burger on the menu. The fries are air fried and delicious!

I'd passed this place many times but wasn't really interested, being put off by the lack of meat options (it's 100% vegan). More fool me. After finally relenting – hell, I'm doing veggie January and need to eat something, after all – I'm a total convert. Let's go in at the ground level. The fries are top of their game, and the chipotle mayo is one of the best I've tried. Then there are the burritos. The chicken substitute comes close to chicken but not that close – that said, it's pretty tasty with a great texture. In the ranch burritos, it's perfect, accompanied by great dressing, slaw, beans and rice, all in a perfectly toasted tortilla. And that's just one example. There's pretty much something for everyone here and if I had a gripe, it would be that there are some great options that are only available in the evening. But that's a minor criticism. Veggie January will end in a couple of weeks, but Flipside is staying firmly on the agenda.

Great for takeaway, a good alternative for fast food veggie and vegan options.

Super slow service every time, over 30 mins for a lunch takeaway for one burger

Food was really interesting and tasty, just very slow. We got there as a rush started and I think they were overwhelmed. The staff were incredibly lovely though and we did enjoy our food

Been walking past them for a while and on a whim decided to go in and try one of their burgers for lunch. Was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was; will definitely be making a return visit to try other items on their menu

Love that this is a vegan place. I ordered a burger and was happy with the meal I had. It was made fresh to order, accompanied with vegan ketchup & mayonnaise in plastic free pots. I'll be back again.

Really, really good food. But the service is quite slow and seems unorganised. Also keep your receipt in case they get your order wrong.

Food is very good but it takes really to much time to gets served, even for taking away…worth considering how to train staff better to speed up the process

This restaurant is the best example of having a detailed list of ingredients so that we could check uncommon allergens easily for my colleague. Loved every bit today! Delicious I came here on midday for burger fries and a for dessert cappuccino and oat chocolate cookies it was so good that I came back in the evening for burrito and hot chocolate for dessert. I loved everything. Best place ever! 😋👍👍👍

100% plant based food. Have good number of vegetarian options to pick from and the portions and the taste was good too. Prices are reasonable and good amount of seating space. Very close to Farringdon station.

The staff were extremely lovely and thoughtful, we felt very welcome and it was nice to relax after a busy day around London with some food and recharging to go home. The food was reasonably priced for London and was satisfying. Would definitely recommend :)

The food is excellent, and so is the service - I highly recommend. I asked for a salad instead of chips, and the friendly man behind the counter made one of the best salads I've ever had. The woman who does the morning shift is also super friendly and I've had great chats while ordering my delicious breakfast bowls. I will absolutely keep coming back here.

I eat work lunches here fairly often and it is a better option than all other places nearby, even for omnivores (everything here is vegan). Very good salads and burgers especially. Prices are very good for Central London and portion size is generous. Service is fast and you can also pick up premade salads and sandwiches. The staff are very friendly and happy to explain things. My favourite dish is the naked cali salad bowl with Chipotle mayo, pictured 😋

Waited 25 mins for some of the food, which meant the rest of the food went cold and gross. Then when we got the food there was still some missing. By the time I got my wrap home it had turned into a gross blob (I live a 5 min walk away)

This place is amazing The customer service is second to none, so lovely. The food is AMAZING very fresh, tasty and healthy! Also a very clean environment. Worth every single penny, I’ve been here a few times and will continue to do so. Blessings

Delicious little gem of a place !! I found it by accident. I’m vegan and this was a welcome breath of fresh air. There is too much emphasis on “dirty vegan” food at the moment and Flip side had fresh and delicious salads which were creative and nourishing, filling and satisfying 💪👍 thumbs up from me!

Incredibly good food! I had the caeser wrap and it was so so good and really filling. No skimping on filling either it was packed! Staff were also so lovely and friendly. Thank you for the recommendations 😊 super happy!

Love this place. Such nice and friendly folk and even if you’re not vegan it’s a better choice over Pret when you don’t have to eat the same sandwich 400 times. Would recommend!

Visited for breakfast during a short break to the city and what a fantastic experience we had. The food and service was excellent. The breakfast menu has a huge range to choose from and the prices are very very reasonable. If you are looking for somewhere to have a vegan breakfast in London, definitely give this place a try 😋

Can't recommend this place enough. We are in London on holiday this week and were struggling to find a vegan cafe which had a decent variety of breakfast options. We stumbled upon this place and thought we would give it a go. Not only was the food 10/10 but the service was spectacular - the guy serving us couldn't have been nicer. Our little girl was desperate for blueberry pancakes and he informed us they had ran out but they would make some more for her. The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely be back - on this trip and any future trips!

Tried the beyond burger and peanut rock shake. Delicious food and the milkshake was out of the world. Friendly staff and the restaurant is a 2 mins walk from Farringdon station.

Absolutely divine Vegan food in a cool trendy diner style restaurant. Also, couldn't speak more highly of the team there either, sensational service! Easily one of the top picks in area for fast, delicious food - top tip - shoot for the chik'n Caesar wrap and you won't regret it

The Vegan Burgers is amazing and so is the rest of the menu. There are plenty of options to choose from like wraps and supergrain lunch bowls. It's a real treat.

As a meat eater, its decent tastes nice, but it can't compare to a proper burger. The chips are not great, mostly burnt. Quick service, but if you do eat meat, there are like 4/5 better options within 5 min walk for a similar price.

I had an allergic reaction at FlipSide and am currently in hospital. I asked the staff if my dish had nuts or peanuts in it, they said no and that there were no peanuts on site. I took one bite and realised I'd been fed nuts. I went to ask the staff and they confirmed it was cashew cheese. As for "no peanuts on site": there was a jar of peanut butter behind the counter. I hope FlipSide know that this could have killed someone with a more severe allergy. Thankfully I'm able to type this from hospital. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the most incompetent handling of allergens I've ever experienced.

It was a great experience eating at this place, they have great food, and really fast and good service. They even have a separate booth downstairs if you have to talk to someone on the phone while eating. Totally recommend.
