We had another fantastic lunch at Cacio e Pepe, and it keeps proving why it's our favourite Italian restaurant.
We started with the tuna tartare and focaccia, both fresh and full of flavour. For mains, we had pasta, and once again, it was perfection. Cooked al dente, packed with flavour, and clearly made with love and care.
Everything was delicious. This place nails the details, from ingredients to service and never disappoints. If you're looking for real Italian cooking in SE London, Cacio e Pepe is the best. No question.
I came here about 2 weeks ago and I will definitely be back. I live in a European country where there is no Haitian restaurants so when I came to London and saw Tiki Bar I had to come!!! The food was delicious - reminded me of home! The staff were so kind to me as well. I sat down to eat and I also ordered a meal to go! I was so happy to find out they offer their rum punch to go! Highly recommend!
the other reviews are correct. Had no expectation coming here. When we walked in the place was dim as there was no one else but us. We were greeted delightfully by who we think was the owner.
We had pizza, lamb and dessert. Everything was delcious and the right price
Amazing food with great customer service . We went with few friends. It wasn’t very expensive. Met my expectations of good Thai food. Wasn’t too mild nor too spicy. Great ambience

Terrible service – took the money, no order received, no real support
I placed an order through their website and paid £33.35 using Google Pay. No order confirmation was sent, and I never received the food.
When I contacted them, they claimed the payment was "incomplete" and then later said they refunded the money on May 30th – even though the money was actually taken from my account on June 2nd. So the so-called refund happened before they even got the payment – clearly not possible.
Their website shows no order history under my account, and I received no assistance from support.
I tried calling them – the woman who answered barely spoke English, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he told me there was "something wrong with their system" and that they were "too busy to deal with this."
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to raise a dispute with my bank to try to recover the money. Avoid this place at all costs.
Scully is hands down one of the most unique and exciting restaurants I’ve been to in London. The food is packed with flavour and you can really tell how much thought goes into every dish. It’s a mix of influences from all over Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and somehow it all works together perfectly.
The menu changes often, but everything we tried was amazing. The artichoke dish and the mutton rendang were standouts, and the rice with curry leaf was something I’ll be dreaming about for a while. Portions are generous enough to share, and every plate felt like a discovery.
The atmosphere is relaxed but still feels special cool without trying too hard. Staff were super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and made great recommendations for both food and drinks.
If you’re into bold flavours and want something different from the usual London food scene, this place is a must. Already planning my next visit.

The staff are always so hospitable, especially Luca. Everyone is accommodating, warm, friendly anf welcoming everytime. Amazing menu, with the most amazing tasting food everytime! Compliments to the chef today, as always, the most delicious authentic Italian food. Grazie
Staff are very rude. I was not informed they increased their pricing, I tapped my card soon as I realised I asked for something to be taken off the bill. They refused to give me a refund and told me I was in the wrong for tapping my card. The lady who served me told me the manager would come resolve the issue he came and told me i can’t get a refund even though u hadn’t even received the food.
Good food, but shockingly poor service — not kid-friendly
We were hopeful given the menu, but the experience quickly soured. It took over 20 minutes (and a reminder) just to get menus. Staff then seemed irritated that we needed a few minutes to choose. The real issue came when our toddler accidentally bumped her head and started crying — instead of offering any understanding, we were abruptly asked to pay and leave, even though two of us hadn’t finished eating. This is clearly not a kid-friendly place. Disappointing, as the food was genuinely good.
EDIT (following owners' response): I can confirm that I did visit your restaurant on the evening of 2nd May 2025. I understand this may not reflect your usual service or values, and perhaps it was an off day — but this was our experience, and it felt dismissive and uncomfortable, especially given we chose your place thinking a family-run business would be welcoming to young children. I hope future guests are treated with more care.
