Hi Weronika, I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to you and all the staff at TEN for making my 30th birthday an amazing night. From the day i enquired all the way to the actual event and even hours before you were nothing but patient, kind and so accommodating. I can't thank you enough. The endless feedback people have given and reviews on how good the music and food were, simply topped the night. The staff are so amazing they literally went above and beyond to make my night so special. I can't wait to come back again! Credit to the chef for all the great food too! Thank you again! I was on the wait list for tickets, and they called me the night before to let me know 2 tickets available. Very helpful guy called Tom arranged everything so I could gain entry. Seating good on several levels, so no heads in the way of the view. There's room to dance in the aisles and rows. Musicians and singers were very good, but they had a few technical problems with the microphone in the beginning but soon got the show back on track, and we enjoyed very much. It's a quaint venue that makes it more personable. We would visit for future shows. Thank you for a wonderful night.

I’ve been a long-time loyal customer, since they have opened. I recently used to order 2-3 times a week for my family (2-3 meals minimum a day and that twice or thrice sometimes even 4 days a week) I do at least twice weekly, due to my busy work schedule and health. Recently, I’ve been disappointed with the portion size. On one occasion, I received a side spaghetti for my Milanese that was only 2-3 spoonfuls, with chunk pieces of Parmesan instead of grated and a side salad with just 3xleaves. All same on 3 meals of Milanese. When I contacted the owner, he claimed this was the standard portion, I offered to send him a photo but he said he’ll look into it later! I’m not stupid Napoli is not the the only restaurant I order from!! I have dined in Michelin star restaurants and I know what 1 portions looks like. Anyways, he was very adamant and also told me I received extra in the past. While I appreciate his gesture in the past, I let him know I’m happy to pay for extra! I mean if I can spend so much money in a week paying little more for a “standard portion” of spaghetti is not a big deal!!! I felt this was unacceptable, and I did not appreciate the owner justifying it without an apology. I then ordered 1 more meal which cost me an extra 14.50 there was no offer from him, refund or extra on the house, unlike other restaurants specially knowing I order so many times from them. 2-3 times or minimum once a week for 2 meals! I did continue to order from them after, but only 2times and it was back to normal. I’ve now switched my Italian takeaway from Napoli too as after this behaviour the love for them isn’t the same anymore! I now order from two local restaurants where I get excellent quality, taste, and quantity for a better price. The owners of these places saw how much I order and told me if I order directly I can pay only £7.50 for lasagne and 11.50 for Milanese! Because I at least order once a week or sometimes 2-3 times! I don’t expect the same from Napoli, but he could have apologised that day or looked at the photo! I feel disrespected . The new takeaway owner knows Napoli’s owner and expressed disappointment in how loyal customers are treated. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with including a past incident with a burnt pizza that was only acknowledged after I posted about it online. Many times the chicken was half raw or pink but we never bothered to call and complain or leave a note! Additionally, I’ve noticed the prices have gone up, and given the overall experience, I now prefer dining at restaurants where I can pay a similar price for a better quality experience. Both of the new restaurants I’ve started ordering from contacted me directly after seeing my order history and offered me half price as long as I order once a week which shows they value their customers. I don’t expect the same from Napoli, but honesty and genuine service are key. Please don’t call to follow up, as I’ve already shared my feedback. If you can’t handle honest reviews, perhaps consider removing the review section from your site or paying for fake reviews, as many others do nowadays. --- Let me know if that works!

HISAR [meaning fortress in Turkish...] A ten minute walk for us. I'd been here before but only the once, was great but I didn't bother to review. Tonight we went for a really good mixed grill, hot off the coals for under £20 and my partner had the lamb shank, similarly priced... It was fantastic and great value. We were served by smiley and attentive waiting staff. Delightful place, very pleased with it and my GF and I have decided tonight that we will be back more often in 2025. See you soon!
