Great place food good friendly staff been several times for birthdays.

We had a bottomless brunch for my daughters birthday . First time at Ten . Great service, food and atmosphere.. would definitely recommend. Thank you !!!

Ten is a lovely restaurant but we came as a party of 6 and were all pretty disappointed. As we were about to order, we were told that there were no steaks available and no tuna steak. We then ordered drinks and the waitress came back and said they had no rose blush wine (their house wine) so offered us the next best one which was obviously more expensive and wasn't that nice. The men in our group asked for Peroni but that had also run out as the waitress said there was a big party in beforehand. Not really much of an excuse for a Saturday night, I would have thought they would have stocked up on plenty of food and wine seeing how busy it was. They also advertise that there is a DJ on Saturday night which we were all looking forward to, but no DJ only background music. Seemed really short-staffed so felt sorry for the waitresses running around. Would not go back and wouldn't recommend.

Lovely place and the music was great.

Visited on Friday 28 June 2024. I didn't know what to expect. I was happily surprised. The atmosphere was mellow, good background music, the decor standard is high. The drinks, a good selection of cocktails, my friend thought that they needed a wider selection of bottled beers. We had the stuffed chicken breast with mushrooms and spinach, with truffle fries and sweet potato fries. The quality of the food was good. I would definitely return.

Absolutely excellent brunch at Ten Restaurant, Jordan, Weronika and Nevi were incredible hosts, very attentive, and so friendly. Food is divine, drinks are strong and flowing!! Will 100% be back! Edit 06/2024: Back again to Ten, and another amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond, 5 star service from the waitress, beautiful cocktails from the bar tender, and delicious food from the kitchen. Can't beat it!

Cocktails were amazing! Food was delicious, a little pricey but generous portions. Lovely place to go if your celebrating a special occasion. Think my only disappointment was it was mentioned twice we were there for my birthday and it wasn't acknowledged.

Been here twice now. Both times fantastic, asked for a large calamari and they gave it. burger was bussin good potion size for chips. Left full. Dont get me started on their 2 for 1 cocktails, so so good. First time I went I had a seasosnal special long island ice tea, second time I went i wanted it again but the bar tender didnt know the recipe, he made 3 drinks until he got it perfect. ALL ON THE HOUSE. Love this place. TEN? you get a 10/10 from me. Great restaurant and lovely staff.

Amazing atmosphere with a plethora of cocktails to choose from, all of them being delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious, the chef really knows what he’s doing! Really big portions filled with lots of flavours. The haddock fish is the best fish i’ve ever ate its packed with so many flavours and cooked perfectly as well as the steak and lamb. The drinks were filled right to the top, tasted and looked incredible😍 The restaurant looks so beautiful and cozy and has this unique atmosphere. The waiters/waitresses were so kind and friendly the customers service is on point👌🏻. Definitely coming back!!

Oh dear what a disaster it was to go here on Mother's Day. We waited 2 hours for our main course luckily 2 of us had a starter which were very nice. They eventually offered us a free drink to make up for the wait but they muddled the free drinks up on the bill. So l don't think they were free. The main course arrived and were only ok, very overpriced for what we got. Some items weren't available from the menu which they didn't tell us about before ordering. I went for the pork and the meat was nice but the gravy tasted burnt and the mash definitely tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time. I don't know why they put parmesan on the chips, it adds nothing and even though the chips say truffle is added also it definitely was missing. Dessert was ok but again overpriced. The vegan member of our group asked for sorbet knowing it was dairy free but it included a scoop of strawberry ice cream! When we asked and found out it wasn't vegan she gave us a plate to scoop the ice cream out of the bowl and left it. No real apologies l would be really worried if someone was lactose intolerant because it would not be safe to eat here. No vegan starters either. Terrible service, not great food and definitely a restaurant to avoid. As we were leaving the chef apologised and said it was a learning curve!

Fantastic food and the service was top notch! The place looks great. Only negative, which isn't really a negative, the aircon could have been turned down a touch!

Whilst my friends and I had a good time, we went to the earlier sitting at 12 noon, therefore felt a bit empty as there was only us and a couple of tables there. Felt the staff were a bit slow on topping up our glasses. Been to many Brunches and the drinks service is always very attentive. The music was also extremely loud, again perhaps it was because it was quite empty and there wasnt a vibe for dancing, but the volume didnt match the ambience. I would go again, but perhaps to experience the later sitting.

If you're looking for a classy venue with top tier food, drinks and service then look no further! I celebrated my birthday at Ten end of March 2024 and all I can say is everything was beyond my expectations. The staff, location, food, cocktails and atmosphere were all 10 out of 10! My guests were also very impressed and we are all planning on checking out their bottomless brunch soon. You guys were simply amazing, Thank You.

Had an amazing 40th birthday at This restaurant last night! The vibe was excellent with the resident DJ putting down some tunes whilst everyone was eating the beautiful food that was served to my 41 Guests. The manager Julia was so attentive and nothing was too much for her! All the staff were very friendly and made all my guests feel welcome. I would highly recommend having a party meal here! Good energy, great food, excellent cocktails..we loved every minute of being at The Ten Restaurant!💃🏽🍸🎂🎶

So disappointed I’ve visited here quite a few times and the food normally blows me away not this time it was cold. Waitress got the beef changed but the veg was cold

Came for Bottomless brunch with a large group of friends and had such a great time. Food was lovely and the service was so efficient and attentive. Really welcoming, relaxed, friendly staff. The music and vibe were spot on - perfect volume and great for those who love a fun party vibe. I felt like I was in central london! Just what Ruislip needed. I will definitely be back for more brunches and date nights

Lovely restaurant. Less atmosphere than during the day but it’s a quieter crowd. Shared starters were lovely and a large portion. Fillet steaks and accompanying dishes were all cooked to perfection. Friendly attentive staff.

Awful. Would not recommend. Service is despicable. We sent back three of the 5 orders. Drinks were so slow we even took Off service charge. Apparently knew chefs were the problem. It was empty so not sure why service was so bad. Do not recommend.

We came to Ten for my grandsons 12th birthday as a big treat. I cannot fault anything from the moment we arrived and were shown to our table and an initial drinks order was taken. The staff were so attentive and we were not rushed at all. with 3 children in the party of 7 everything was allowed to take the time it did. I have to say 3 of us had the rib eye steak and it was delicious as was the lamb. The kids had a good selection on a really nice kids menu. Overall a brilliant night and will be back for another special occasion in the future.

What a great place - the food, service and atmosphere are all top notch. We had the sharing stater - which was wonderful. And then opted for the Sharing Steak Tuesday Special - Chateaubriand cooked medium-rare exactly how we asked with very tasty sides and sauces. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you.

Been here on a Tuesday and get the special offer share stake plus a bottle of wine free. Totally worth it, food was good looking and very tasty! The waiter and the bartender service was impeccable! Even we don’t live around probably we will return on a weekend when the vibe will be high.

This was not my first visit to Ten. We booked for a 60th birthday celebration. Food and service was excellent, could not fault it and the choice was good. Atmosphere was really good, loved the choice of music being played. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back.

Service was slow, but they still charged a service charge. Wine menu did not have the red Merlot that I ordered and they gave me something else without telling me it was different. I would have appreciated if they just said, at the start, that they did not have the Merlot on the wine list or just simply update the wine list. The chicken burgers were very dry. For the price, I expected much better quality chicken burgers. On a slight positive note, the steak and fish cakes were satisfactory.

It was my Birthday and we were a table of 5. I came at Christmas and the atmosphere was so much better. The DJ at Christmas was excellent. We thought it would be good for a special occasion but we were disappointed by this. The food took an awful long time to come and unfortunately one of the meals wasn’t good. 4 out of 5 meals were good. I would definitely have a DJ with personality and that could read the room.

Nice bottomless brunch. Attentive staff. Music far too loud. When asked to lower the volume, within a minute of arrival, was told no, it would only get louder after 3 pm. Struggled to hear my friend speak. Shame I cannot recommend.It may even a health and safety issue!

Fantastic place for a great night out with friends and family

Food was really good and a high standard, although pricey. Great range of cocktails and with bar staff willing to make those not on the list. However, as the evening went on the music got louder and louder. Really couldn't understand why a nice restaurant with good food menu would have a loud DJ from so early in the evening. Service got slower and there was such a long wait for our dessert order that we just asked for the bill. Most groups seemed to be there for a quiet dinner. We had travelled quite far but the ambience really put us off returning. Even though we were completely at the other end of the room from the music we had to shout but still couldn't hear each other speak.

Sirloin is the one. Mrs had the lamb rack.. decent Can't lie in ruislip, best place for a steak

My first time visiting Ten, had a fab time, food atmosphere and service were all great. Would go again.

Food was good. The halloumi was very , very salty, so those with health issues just watch out. The tiramisu was not tiramisu it was full of sugar and not creamy with little coffee taste. It got served in a glass so not what it shows on the website. We filled in a food order form as we went for celebration for two bdays. No point in doing that. They didn’t put a candle in to mark this event. Veronica said we will do this with a small cake. It was a special 18th bday as we mentioned on the form. But overall the main course food was filling. We asked for fries instead of mash on the order form they forgot to do this, but the waiter did give us the fries . Which was nice and hot. The brownie with ice cream was enjoyable. Thank you ten!

We booked Ten after a recommendation for my Dads Birthday. The booking was for 16 which meant we needed to book via phone. We had to wait a day to get confirmation from the manager because he was the only one with access to the the table bookings. However the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff on the night were super engaging and friendly, Alberto was particularly fantastic. Food was hit and miss. The starters were delish! but I ordered the pork belly and cheek and thought it was extremely average. The mash potatoes had way to much mustard which made it sickly and therefore I could not finish it. Others who had the same dish also agree with this. I can't speak for other mains but I think they all went down well. The wine was good and a very reasonable price! Our main issues with the night was the the sound of the music. There was a Dj who was playing some great music. She really knew how to read the room however the speaker quality is terrible, there is no base and it sounds super tinny, on top of that, because of the acoustics the sound is very screechy and therefore we couldn't hear each other from across the table. We asked to turn down the sound and they obliged but eventually the sound was increased. We also noticed that the sound at the front of the restaurant was much quieter than then back, which is where we were sitting- this also could be down to the layout and acoustics. I would recommend to groups of 4 or less anything bigger I don't think the kitchen can handle the numbers and the sound is a big let down but could be fixed with better speakers and sound cushioning.

I had booked this restaurant for my mums birthday & what an amazing experience we had. The food was so tasty & the service was great. The manager was very attentive. Thank you - We will be returning in the future.

The place is really buzzy and stylish and when it arrived the food is good but we booked a table for 8pm (having pre-ordered our food) but despite several times being told it was 5mins we got our starters at 10pm and main at 11pm. So we were so passed it by then - because we asked we did get some drinks and coffee/deserts on the house but nothing was offered - such a shame as had high hopes but the kitchen just couldn’t cope - plenty of waiting staff who were lovely but sadly would not recommend unless they increase kitchen staffing

Really enjoyed this restaurant the first time I visited, so booked it again for a special occasion. There is an option on the booking for any requests, which I completed. It is obviously a waste of time, as this wasn't looked at and the start of the evening was a let down. The food was OK and the atmosphere is great. Maybe more of a boozy night out place now, than a special occasion sort of restaurant. Don't go if you're not a fan of loud music!

Lovely Italian restaurant with a live dj and hip vibe. Food was really delish as were the cocktails. Service was friendly and very professional. Be warned that the music is quite loud.

Me and my partner went there for a Sunday roast today. I experienced a poor attempt at a vegetarian roast. No gravy or nut roast. Instead a half slab of aubergine?? Ketchup was offered instead of gravy. Avoid this place for roasts, pick a good pub instead! Plus they offered 20% which is equivalent to £4 Orr the meal. In total a very pricey place for the quality of food being offered.

Had a great meal for 2 on a Friday night. Admittedly this was 1st week of January so not busy but service was very friendly and attentive. Food was of a very high quality and generous quantities. Prices are high for the area but given the competition locally this isn’t an issue as you’d need to travel into central London to find equivalent quality. Will definitely return to try their Steak Tuesdays and also when busier.

The best restaurant in the area! Coming back here with a joy. Cocktails and desserts are my favourite!

Drink service was very slow, I had asked my sirloin to be welldone and it came out medium rare and also like warm. The roast potatoes tasted old and chewy. More toilets are needed. The atmosphere and DJ was great. Would have loved an opportunity to get up and dance. Staff were also helpful. We had a lovely night all in all.

Unfortunately the food was cold when it arrived. That was very disappointing. We did enjoy the wine but it ran out.,the service was ok but could have been better. We were given a complimentary shot so that was a nice touch!

We booked for a big group over the phone a few weeks before but when we arrived there was a very loud DJ. We could not speak to each other at all. We should have been advised this at the time of booking or on the email confirmation. Our dinner was pretty much a shambles due to this.

I had booked for Sunday lunch. When we arrived we were told there was no Sunday lunch. We should have been told in advance. We were the only ones there which made the atmosphere non-existent. My food was ok but my father (who was dining with me) was not overly impressed with his main course. Pudding was good. Disappointing overall.

Have been going here since it opened and was the best restaurant around, change of staff and chef and it was one of the worst nights we've had. 1hr to get drinks.. a further hour for starters, main served at 10:15pm, burger dripping ing blood undercooked.. rest of food only warm, sent back twice before properly done so her dinner arrived at 10:40pm! Been there since 7:40! My risotto served on a flan dish, overcooked and only warm. When asked about food told' well the chef is new and young! Had to go up to the bar to ask for wine as no service really at table. Appalling service and mediocre food .. but top prices .. last time we will go there .. shame was great before..

I had my birthday dinnee at Ten and it was amazing. Beautiful resturant with a great atmosphere, delicious food and fantastic service. The DJ played all the tunes and was amazing. I has a great time, would highly recommend a visit.

We went here Saturday night for a 60th bday party (19 people) , from start to finish the evening was perfect, the atmosphere was fabulous, the staff couldn't do enough for us, everyone's needs where met and the food was fantastic. Our waitress was brilliant, the DJ was so accommodating and played to his audience including taking requests. The bar staff where also fantastic making sure everyone always had a drink. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you

Lovely experience with exemplary service and excellent food. If there is any criticism, the pasta was ever so slightly underdone but tasty with generous portions. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming but the noise level does get a bit high during busy periods. There is parking nearby and it's directly opposite the tube.

So confused, food was so good, really enjoyed the starters & the mains. Would absolutely return for the food but the music is so loud, unable to hold a conversation & we were on a table in the corner away from the DJ. This place needs to decide what it is, a Nightclub or a Restaurant, the food is absolutely good enough, no question but we left due to the volume & the inability to talk, would not return based on that, which I'm sorry about. Maybe just too old for the target demographic, which is ok.

Been here several times but in my last visit food was not the same as before rest cocktails and rest of the drinks were amazing as usual but food taste and everything has been changed and idk why chef doesn't come out for the reviews and chat like he used to come before. My main sea bas wasnt the same at all like before I hope ten restaurant management would improve the food rest special Thankyou to Vironica for her services.

Food was absolutely tops and cocktails were addictive!! Staff professional, not overbearing but available.

Service was great, decor lovely, rather quiet when we went but that was a Thursday evening and restaurant still relatively new. I enjoyed the food; I do think that there is room for improvement, crispier potatoes, more seasoning on the stuffed aubergine, and vegan dessert options. I do think it’s over priced, and my suggestion would be to reduce the prices to encourage return custom and to ensure sustainability. I think £10 for essentially a vegetable starter is far too much, likewise £25 for stuffed aubergine, and that the £15 cocktails could be £10. The prices were that of a high end London restaurant. I would definitely return, but more regularly if this feedback is taken onboard.

Waited for our table 45mins and then our order wasn’t taken till after 1/2hr and then took another 1/2hr-45mins for starters to come. Cocktails weren’t made properly. Music was extremely loud we could hardly hear each other talk. Eventually moved to another table (as we were sat by entrance) and mains was ok not great.

The cocktails were 😍. The dj was 🔥🔥🔥. The food was ok. Our booking was for 7.30pm and my meal came at 10.20pm. Others in our group was still waiting for theirs. I would definitely recommend this place for cocktails!

Birthday lunch with my sisters. Our waiter Mateusz was awesome he even moved some tables and danced with us. The Head Chef Victor is also a great dancer as well as a super chef. My plate of roast chicken was delicious!!!!

Let me just say this restaurant was an absolute delight to eat at. Every dish tasted amazing, couldn’t get enough of it at all. Came here to celebrate a delayed Father’s Day dinner and glad I made a great choice. For starters we had the prawn cocktail, king prawns, beetroot salmon and fried squid. The prawns tasted so fresh and had a good portion to the bread. I could eat the sauce that was on the king prawns forever. I had the fillet and a side of Mac and cheese as my main. Fillet was divine, it was cooked a perfect medium rare, could give endless praise. I always get a side of Mac and cheese with my steak but this Mac and cheese was just on another level. It wasn’t your typical Mac and cheese, the pasta tasted so fresh being made in house. The cheese sauce and cheese on top was balanced extremely well, nothing was too overpowering. I’ve tried many Mac and cheeses but this tops them all. Definitely worth the price! My family also ordered the summer linguini, the ribeye steak and marinated tuna steak. I also tasted the ribeye and it was really juicy. Sorry, do not know the servers name but he did an amazing job, was so friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant was stunning and gave off a great atmosphere to dine in. Would 1000% recommend anyone to come and dine here!!!

Delicious food, great service and wonderful cocktails. Victor (the head chef) entertained guests at the end of the night with an impromptu dance with the dinner guests. Will definitely return.

My partner and I chose the upgraded bottomless brunch. The food was outstanding, the drinks were topped up very regularly often without prompt. The staff, we’re absolutely incredible.. The Chef definitely needs a pay rise, as kept us all entertained with his dancing and fooling around! A very fun afternoon thank you!
