Love the customer service and quality food

First time eating from here after being recommended by the owner of lollies sweet shop opposite. Wow wow wow the burger was by far one of the best I’ve eaten in a very long time, the Cajun spiced chips were amazing, daughter had a fried chicken wrap with lab chips & she said that was awesome. We would normally just walk past this little shops but glad we checked it out, will definitely be going back & recommending to family & friends, the guy serving us today was very polite & patient, as we took our time ordering lol

Ordered for take out, loved there choice in foods offered ... arrived promptly and as described ..... thoroughly enjoyed my chicken sticky bbq and chicken and chicken gravy chunks and loaded fries, made nice change from doner/pizza n chips

Food was affordable, very tasty and the staff was friendly. Would highly recommend. It’s just off the high-street next to Greggs. If you can’t find it give them a call

we ate at their stall in Box Park Shoreditch. best chicken burger i’ve had! i got the double chicken lab burger and fries. The chicken was juicy and had amazing toppings on the burger to complement it. The staff were great too

Honestly its rare to find good customer service that matches good food. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful and they actually go the extra mile. I forgot to take my chips and they tried calling me but i realised i didn't take it after i got home. So when i called back they said come back and we can compensate you for the troubles and then i went back the next day and they gave me free nashville burgers with the chips i forgot. Honestly amazing customer service. The portions are good and the taste is good. I definitely would recommend the lab sauce loaded fries and the nashville burger, the wings were also on point even their dessert kinder brownie with icecream was good. I had to go back the next day to get another meal because it was not enough!

First ordering from here and not a good experience but not the worst. I don’t understand how this place has a high rating on Google reviews. Nice and clean packaging. Quite overpriced for the bad quality burgers and the portion sizes they offer. The food arrived below warm borderline cold which was disappointing, maybe because of the lack of drivers around or their own fault but I heated it up again and the food tasted very average, not great considering how much just a burger and fries cost £12.99. Their loaded fries were very good, but their burgers were below average - they tasted soggy and very rubbery and lacked flavour. The butter chicken burger was rock hard and over fried, barely any chicken in it. The smash burger was again, soggy, lacked flavour and had no taste to it. Overall it was very average and overpriced and disappointing first order. Not ordering from here again.

GET HERE ASAP if you're after top food If you haven't had their butter chicken burger, you're missing out. Nashville burger? My gawd, keep coming back for them both. Smash burgers slap Wings are crispy and juicy. Fries? Hand cut goodness. The lads running it are lovely genuine people, and you can tell it's a passion project.

Good quality burgers and fried chicken. Their beef burgers are really nice and generous portions. However, it's worth noting if you order it through Uber Eats when they have the buy 1 get 1 free offer, the patty tends to be smaller than usual. The chicken burger is also very nice. Crispy, flavoursome and nice size. Their lab sauce is a nice addition so be sure not to miss it. The chicken lab chips are very nice and compliment the burgers well. However, their Beef lab chips are disappointing. They literally just cut a smash burger patty in half and put it on top of chips. Their chicken chunks are also a good choice. Nice little snack.

Ordered for the first time on Friday night as the menu had so many delicious looking choices. We ordered a chicken burger, a beef burger, 2 lab fries, a butter chicken taco, and a chopped beef taco. We were also kindly given one of their new burgers to try on the house! Everything was cooked to PERFECTION! The burgers were juicy and full of flavour, the lab sauce on the fries is an absolute game changer, and the tacos...well, I wish we'd ordered more! The staff are really friendly and helpful and to top it off everything was freshly cooked and ready to collect in a timely manner. Our new favourite burger spot for sure!

I've ordered from here before and it was nice. Today the food was terrible. The double beef burger was overcooked. The chicken burger was ordered but the sauce didn't taste like garlic parm like it was meant to. The fries were overcooked and hollow inside. Overall, was really disappointed as have heard very good things about Cookin Lab and previous order was nice.

Hands down the best street food locally, we tried tacos, the lab chicken burger and lab fries! All of the food was exceptional but the lab fries were honestly 11/10! Great food, the owner even threw in free wings to try !

Ordered the double beef box meal on Uber eats, didn’t receive any sauces with the meal to go with the salty dry soggy chips. (Sauces was mentioned included in the meal). The burger was too salty couldn’t taste anything other than salt. Poor taste poor food

Ordered a double beef burger, chicken burger and lab fries. Was my first time ordering so wanted a mix of safe things, had a nice chat with the guy working there who was really helpful and he gave me some honey sriracha chicken bites to try too. Must say all the food was amazing and will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. Excellent service with excellent food, cannot go wrong with this place.

Order from Uber eats a couple of days ago and become obsessed. Absolutely delicious burgers, and don’t even get me started on their fried chicken taco 😋😋😋😋. Went there in person for the first time and their staff were so nice and interactive and held amazing conversations. 100/10 coming back again🤍

Such a hidden gem in the middle of Romford. The burgers and loaded fries are amazing. The bun is slightly big but still tasted amazing. The chicken bites were also a good shout. No seating area so you have to be prepared to take your food home or eat in the car.

It does not look like much from the outside but we took a chance. An OH MY! Chips are skin on and crisp to perfection. The burger was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Says it closes at midnight but the shopping centre closes well before that so you cannot even get to the place…

One word, specf**kingtacular, fried chicken burger perfect, The lab sauce to die for, and paid for wings which they unfortunately ran out of but they replaced them with tenders which were out of this world, 10/10 highly recommend, defo will be going back, the guys in there know what they are doing

I travelled accross London to try this restaurant and it was excellent! The food was just like in the pictures and the service was friendly. The guy cleaned his hands and i like that because im a germaphobe. If they open a branch in West London, im in trouble!

The best burger I have ever had! The meat was so juicy and flavourful, the sauce was so nice nothing like I’ve had before, so full of flavour. I would recommend and me and my boyfriend always go here!

Amazing fresh, hot food. It was so delicious, I got the veggie patty with grilled halloumi. There was a lot of good vegetarian options and the price was actually alright considering what they served (with a large varied menu, from meals to sides, milkshakes and dessert). My friends got chicken tacos and they also said the meat options are good. Perfect customer service - patient staff. The portions were on the smaller side and the food took a little longer than expected but we ordered a lot so expected and there was no where to sit though.

We stumbled across this place a few days ago and are so glad we did. There aren’t a ton of non-chain options in town, but this one would be front of the pack even in a crowded market. Super nice staff — and the fried chicken is the best I’ve found since moving to London from Tennessee (where fried chicken is kind of a religion).

A boxed beef double burger, with Lab fries and a drink. I have enjoyed this meal very much. The customer service is excellent and the food is absolutely brilliant.

I would highly recommend it!!! The atmosphere here is great, and much variety is available on the menu. Our meals were so tasty, we will definitely be going back.... The staff were very polite and pleasant, one of the young ladies was a big hit with my daughters as she helped us to decide on our choices, and they were speaking about the cool decor and all the different artwork!

Missed my item on previous order and called to fix the issue in this current order and the person thinks I am lying. Poor service and deciding to give it another try with different items but everything was horrible. 🤢 I was also charged extra for a sauce when the description says it is included.

Would say it's slipped a lot since we first ordered with them. Aside from the very high price point of it coming in at £42 for 2 double chicken burger meals on Uber Eats, the chips for the last few orders have tasted so bland. I don't know what's missing but whatever they've changed it's just nowhere near as good.

This has been our go-to takeaway place for about a year now. Ordered almost everything on the menu and there's nothing we don't like. Labs chips are a must. My favourite chicken flavour is the lemon - a bit of an acquired taste but I love them, very different to anything you'll find elsewhere. Will keep ordering as long as they remain open!
