This place is my little comfort spot :) the girls are super sweet and it's one of these places that has actually continued to serve good chips when most places start selling soggy ones :( Highly recommend if you just want something simple but is super satisfying

I bring my son every week after his swimming class and he loves the freshly cooked hot chips. The portion sizes are great and you can taste the freshness in the chips. A regular visit for us that doesn't disappoint!

The chips were cooked to perfection and the customer service was brilliant. They have a wide range of sauces to choose and the nacho cheese was exquisite! Would highly recommend if you’re in the Romford area

I’m a very loyal Ilford customer but was in Romford today. The girl who served me today had the worst attitude, I ordered a nacho cheese portion of fries and it was cold and the fries were all brown. Tasted gone off, very unsatisfied. WON’T BE RETURNING!

I loved the chips , very nicely salted and fresh but they added too much sauce, my chips were drenched in bbq and it was too sweet, make sure if you don't like a lot of sauce then I recommend telling them about it because I did not expect that much.4

Today indian lady served me chips, i asked for medium n cajun seasoning, there no cajun seasoning,she just sprinkle like nothing. And she gave me half of the pack. And on top there was chips but on bottom just crumbles of chips,I am regular buyer but i had never experienced this ridiculous service which that indian lady did. Not worth the money.

Chips are basic actually prefer chip shop chips tbh and prices are extortionate £3.00 for a small and 50p for sauce which isn't advertised anywhere they just try to slap those add ons when your paying definitely not worth the price and I won't be buying again

Great place for a quick bite to eat. The chips were a good portion and served with the perfect amount of sauce - they have a decent selection of sauces to choose from too. Definitely recommend this place if you love chips!

We have visited here before and it’s been okay. On Sunday , the woman that was making the chips was so rude , I saw the vinegar and went to put some on my chips , she snatched it off me, it spilt onto my watch and said “ your not allowed “. I said put signs up! They also messed the order. It was terrible , for a business that could be good , needs more customer service training .

I'll be honest I do like this company. I was first introduced to them at the one in Gallons Reach. However this one in Romford is another level. The lady who served us didn't listen when I said don't put too much sauce and what did she do? Yep you guessed it she put too much. So much in fact that the chips which were crunchy were soggy within a matter of minutes and I just ended up drinking sauce! You got to listen to your customers!

Most expensive chips ever and nothing special about them. They were okay if paying a fiver but not nearly £8 with curry sauce bought for £1.
