Terrible service – took the money, no order received, no real support I placed an order through their website and paid £33.35 using Google Pay. No order confirmation was sent, and I never received the food. When I contacted them, they claimed the payment was "incomplete" and then later said they refunded the money on May 30th – even though the money was actually taken from my account on June 2nd. So the so-called refund happened before they even got the payment – clearly not possible. Their website shows no order history under my account, and I received no assistance from support. I tried calling them – the woman who answered barely spoke English, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he told me there was "something wrong with their system" and that they were "too busy to deal with this." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to raise a dispute with my bank to try to recover the money. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went to UK and stay at Romford for business trip and first time try their original Pizza made from their kind boss from Italy. He is very friendly and his wife or workers ( not sure ) from Albania and she treat me a cans of drink after my food. Total I stay there 2 weeks and I went there 3 times to try. Worth to try this shop and I'm sure you will like it so much.

Service is extremely poor now, food quality not edible at all, they don’t apologise nor any refund is given. I’ll start off with the food. I have been a customer since they opened! Since last year I have been ordering non stop, I spend too much money on here as I was unwell and this was concurred the only “fresh cooked place” but I was wrong! Read on! Don’t even bother ordering. Try Tarantino, Ciao Bella or the new Napoli in Hornchurch even Zizzi and Pizza express, Prezzo is better!!! Food is always late! Not sure if it’s because ima regular customer and they know I won’t complain? I feel they deliver my order right at the end. Despite knowing my kids will eat. They don’t appreciate years long customers. Like me, I used to order from them at least twice a week and spend £60+ Previous post: I've been a loyal customer since they opened, ordering twice or four times a week and spending minimum of £25+ for one order a week.but the service has declined. Recently, I ordered 3 Milanese dishes, and the portions were tiny—just a few spoonfuls of spaghetti and 3 leaves of salad. I called the owner, who claimed it was a "standard portion," but I know better from dining at Michelin-star restaurants. I even ordered again that same day and paid £14.50 to make up for the small portions. There was no apology, and delivery times are often over an hour. Very disappointed with the lack of care for regular customers. Unfortunately my children love the food.

Oh my God, I checked this Italian pizza place.PizzeriaDiNapoli It is unbelievable. The staff are unbelievable specially Alex he’s a great help honestly he’s very good at giving advice on what foods he knows. What are very nice. I tried the pepperoni. It’s unbelievable and the barbecue chicken wings. it’s phenomenal. Please come to this place. It’s nice and peaceful and it’s very good.honestly Don’t take my review over it look at the rating when you order and you find the place. There’s a reason it has that 4.7 Rating it’s unbelievable

The Food made in front of you and super delicious, the shop owners are very friendly and cook delicious pasta and pizza. We've been here twice and taste different pizza and pasta. I personally love the creamy sauce spegehetti and the vegetarian pizza. 😋 😋

Absolutely fantastic service and food, as I lived in Italy for many years I can testify that the pizza tastes exactly the same. I am really impressed as it is very difficult to find places like this in London, this is definitely my new spot and I strongly recommend.

This little cafe-style eatery in the middle of Romford is a real find. The atmosphere is homely and welcoming, the staff are attentive and friendly, the beer is wonderfully cold, and, as for the pizzas, they are to die for. They have that authentic continental flavour that is so hard to find, even in London. If you like real pizza, it's a must-try. It's near many bus routes and the Elizabeth Line, so not living in Romford shouldn't put you off going.

Small restaurant where you can see your pizza being prepared and cooked in the pizza oven. It also does take out and delivery. Had a great chicken pizza, plus I ordered a side salad with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Loved it

Classic stone baked traditional Italian pizza at a decent price. Nice cosy set up and lovely hospitality. Minus someone who had their phone plugged in for music and having a notification go off every 2 minutes as loud as possible. Great place for a pizza and maybe afew drinks or a coffee but found the rest of the food pretty average. The basic sauce on the ravioli was just like the water from a can of tomato’s but with no taste. Ingredients were questionable and I felt this after. Price is fairly reasonable so can’t complain on that part and would say give it a try.

We really enjoyed to eat in this restaurant! We enjoyed it so much we came back on the next day. We tried salad, pizza, pasta, the tiramisu and everything was just perfect! On the second time we took the profiteroles and it was one of the best we ever had!
