Lovely pub with fantastic food. They do brilliant roasts and kids menu. Dog friendly. Also do great BBQ food in the summer. Recommend

We are really happy to have found this place. The food was outstanding - we will be heading back as often as we can. Staff were friendly/welcoming, and there was a really nice atmosphere. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Back again this time dining on there delicious smoked meat menu. Amazing turkey, ribs and pulled pork! Booked a table for mothers day and was delighted how good the service and food was and mum loves it here now! Firstly I was a bit surprised by the artwork for sale but don't let that put you off the delicious food here ! Starters was a lovely French onion soup and BBQ pork burnt ends, pork was a little tough We went for the Sunday roast sharing board which happy serves 3 people, it comes with turkey and 2 other meats of your choice! We went for lamb and gammon. The turkey was amazing, gammon delicious and the lamb was unfortunately a bit fatty. The roasted potatoes are amazing here!! Yorkshires homemade and fresh vegetables with some excellent gravey. We did order pigs in blankets, be warned there massive!! Obviously we can't manage dessert but they look good. Service was impeccable food was served quickly and piping hot and drinks served at the table. Also loved the country background music. Small downstairs bar area with more seating on the 1st floor. Parking available out the back. We definitely revisit and recommend

I have only been here once and that was around 4 o’clock Might be different in the evenings but it was just an ok pub when we went and we didn’t eat

Great friendly service. Amazing BBQ food! Had two of the sharing platters and tomahawk steak between 8 and was plenty. Will definitely be visiting again.

Probably my favourite place to sit and chill with a nice drink. It does help that it is a five minute walk away from my home! And that's not even mentioning the absolutely incredible food on offer too!!

Ordered a tomahawk steak and my son did the 50 wing challenge and smashed it. Food was absolutely delicious beautifully smoked and well presented. It was a Thursday night and we also got £10 smoke boards which were great value.

Good quality burger tomahawk steak was banging. Chips were out of this world and the best bbq sauce ever definitely be back again

We initially visited this pub, as it was located opposite the Delta by Marriott hotel, where we were staying in Bexleyheath. We were really glad we did as it was a lovely atmosphere and the food and drink was also very-well priced. We were served by Olivia, who was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The food was delicious, we all had burgers and would highly recommend them!

Such a lovely pub. The staff couldn’t do more for you. Menu is excellent could eat here 3 times a week. The only pub around with something different to offer.

Hired the upstairs for a surprise birthday, and we had an amazing time. Staff were so helpful and chilled in the lead up to it. We had the American house buffet and some kids bits, price was fairly reasonable. The space is really generous, and you get your own bar staff too. Highly recommend! Olivia is particularly amazing.

Had the Sunday sharer for two and it was delicious. I like smoked meats and too have it as a Sunday dinner is even better. We will definitely be back! 😃

Had the most delicious sharing Sunday roast with smoked Chicken and turkey, all the food including the trimmings was perfect. Was too much to eat so we took home a box. I Would definitely visit again as everything including the staff was perfect. Totally recommend this.

Absolutely stunning barbecue and Sunday lunches in a friendly pub. They do incredible smoker style barbecue platters, absolutely laden with delicious, juicy, tasty things like pork belly, ribs, and chicken thighs, pulled pork, chicken wings, and corn on the cob. Piles of homemade slaw and french fries alongside pickles and beans make for a mountain of food to share!

We came for a last minute Sunday roast & honestly it was so so good. We’ve never had turkey or beef like it. We had a sharing platter which was more than enough for two people & we even got a box to take home the left overs. Everything was beautiful, cannot fault the food, service or ambience at all and we’ll definitely be back. Edit - we’ve been multiple times since this and can confirm the food is 100/10. Every meal is stunning. Service is always great & it’s always so friendly. I’m scared to have a Sunday dinner anywhere else 🤷🏾‍♀️

We’ve lived in Bexleyheath a couple of years now but had never been to this pub! We popped in last night for a drink, saw they had an offer on wings (£1 wings on a Wednesday), ordered a few and because they were so good, ended up adding more food from the menu for an impromptu meal out! The food was really excellent, and the customer service, and the menu looks incredible. Really looking forward to returning!

The food!! It's delicious, well priced for how tasty and filling it is. If you like BBQ food you're spoilt for choice. Share with a friend and it's perfect. We shared three bites or halloumi popcorn, chicken and chorizo skewers and hogs in blankets. Also shared a sharing fries. The beef gravy was just beautiful and the sausages were so juicy! Atmosphere wasn't bad for a Tuesday, main thing was although it was quiet everyone was friendly and enjoying themselves. Bar maid was lovely.

Came here for Mother’s Day and had a nice Roast Dinner and a lovely starter to begin with. Very pleased with the portions of the food, would definitely recommend to others aswell, I will be coming back.

Wow! Heard so many great things and they were all true. Even better than expected! Not only is the decor and the atmosphere so calming and friendly but the food was out of this world! We had the Sunday turkey roast and hogs in blankets, my brother had a chicken roast bap with roast potatoes and gravy on the side. Every last bit tasted incredible. The turkey cooked on the smoker was a taste like no other! Excellent value for money too. Will be returning time and time again. Thank you! Freya

I've recently moved back into the area. I've been feeling that Bexleyheath is a almost a desert for excellent food... Thankfully, the Prince Albert has that! The BBQ is amongst the best I've tasted. A Well balanced rib rack; smoky not over smoked, the rub and sauce not too sweet, not too chilli, and generous and excellent meat quality to begin with. Will be returning, with friends that also love decent BBQ!!

From booking to the day your communication was perfect, food was delicious, staff was great and most of all the atmosphere of your room upstairs was big enough to celebrate with my family and friends, yet still felt intimate. If you have not tried this place then I highly recommend that you do!! The food is delicious. And you won’t walk away hungry. Got to be the best Sunday roast in Bexleyheath.

Stoped by as we were staying opposite, great food and great beer as well. Landlord was great and the locals were friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit, I’ll be stopping by again soon.

Great house club night until 2am with DJ, strobe lights, bar, smoke machine and seating too upstairs. Had a fab evening for a birthday bash🎂🎉🎁🎊💐🍾 🥂. Bar and smoking area downstairs with a large bar and fantastic Christmas Dec's. 👍 😁 Thanks

Came for a Sunday roast and it was excellent. The food was really tasty and well made. The portions were a good size as well. The cosy environment and the friendly service from the staff was also great.

Had my mother in laws wake here. Phil and Zoe were excellent and great staff too. The food was phenomenal and everyone said so too. Would highly recommend the Prince Albert for any kind of function or just for lunch or dinner. Thank you again you made our day very special x

Lovely place for a drink and meal

Great evening, private function... music, food, reasonably priced drinks... popped into the main bar, staff lovely and attentive. Well decorated for Hallowe'en

Amazing venue for private functions but also very good for watching football or just chilling with your friends and family. Staff were lovely and very efficient at keeping everywhere clean and tidy plus making sure serving drinks was quick and easy, thank you all!

Nice pub great food do lovely party food

We came here for a meal for 4 that I had won in a raffle that The Prince Albert had kindly donated, and what a great meal we had !! We all had different meals and each one was cooked perfectly and the belly of pork that I had was absolutely delicious. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly and chatted to us throughout the evening . We would definitely recommend The Prince Albert and we will be back soon to try one of the roast dinners which look absolutely delicious !!

We have eaten at the Pribce Albert several times whether it was the pub classics, a selection of bites from the menu or the Sunday dinner and have always been impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. Thursday is BBQ night at the pub so we gave that a go. It was fantastic. We went for the sharing platter and it beat us. A really enjoyable experience and the barvmember of staff was helpful and helped us in our choices. Thank you and we will be back.

Normally I don't get issues in this pub however on my last visited we were shouted at with abuse from one of the bar staff, accusing us for just using the premises for the toilet even though we all brought drinks and asked if we could go outside which we was told by yes we could. Out of nowhere, one lady who was staff, comes outside and shouts at us all telling us to go to a park and that she hasn't seen us all night, even though we came inside for multiple drinks, we were also accused of drinking our own alcohol on the premises!! We are being respectful whilst outside.This behaviour was very unprofessional, and the last time I shall be returning to this pub. Do not go unless you want to be accused and shouted at about something you didn't do!!

Great service!!! We visited for the Sunday roast board. We shared 2 boards between 5 of us + a small person and it was plenty! It was all cooked well and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We are looking to return one evening to try food from the normal menu.. the bbq meats look yum!

Absolutely gorgeous home made food, exactly how a good pub lunch should be! Amazing portion sizes for great value! The atmosphere and decorations are so welcoming and cosy, especially the well kept fireplaces! The staff are friendly, easy to talk to, make you feel like you have been friends for years! Service is really quick and prices for drinks are good! 10/10 experience

Really great food. We both had the pulled pork and it was really tasty. Had never been in this pub before and will certainly visit again. The people in there were really friendly and the food was good so why wouldnt you go there. Have heard the Sunday roasts are well worth having too so look forward to having one of those when we are next in the area

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. We came for lunch and it didn’t disappoint! Food was lovely, well presented and tasted great. We will definitely be back to try the roast dinner which looks amazing on the reviews. This pub is also dog friendly which is great for us as we combined a walk with a lunch date.

Best Roast in Bexleyheath, delicious fresh meat cooked on the smoker, with great selection of vegetables. Great staff and the landlord and landlady couldn't do anymore for you. We have been multiple times for Sunday lunch now and it has been fabulous every time. 100% worth a visit on a Sunday!

OK pub, but such a shame all the unique pots have gone from the ceiling. Now it just like any other pub 😔

Popped in for lunch with a friend. The menu was very good; we chose three bar snacks to share between us - very nice too! The chap behind the bar was excellent and couldn't do enough for us.

I booked a table for 10 people a week in advance, with a follow up call in mid week - always got a confirmation from the staff! When booking I told them that we will watch UFC (two times). When we arrived, they didn't put UFC on the screen and kept promising that they would put it but in the end it did not. Staff nor management could help us or didn't want to. So the worst place I have seen in the UK so far!! Never coming back or would recommend it. I will make sure everyone in the region knows this! Very bad management and staff!!!

Went for a 21st birthday party in the function room upstairs. Service was very quick and friendly but watch what you drink. A glass of draught soft drink - lemonade, diet coke,. Coke zero etc is £2.25. which for London pub prices isn't too bad....

Lovely freshly cooked Sunday roast. Lively veggies huge yorkie pud. Only thing that let it down was the roast potatoes. They seemed reheated and some were a bit hard. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious. Staff very friendly.

Staff are always friendly and serve quickly. Beer is always good and food looks amazing.

Next to the Civic. The karaoke dominates over everything else - so would avoid a Thursday evening if you want to talk to the people you’re going with.

A very warm welcome with hot, plentiful food, of great quality and excellent value for money. A typical English pub with good old fashioned hospitality. You can’t knock it.

Very helpful staff, it is a bit dark inside and could use some lighter colours. They have access the to the sports channels and don’t have fit worry about someone blocking your view. The bar set is, has a 360 view to see customers, to you can serve the quickly. Toilets are clean, plus they have neutral scent
