Great find while doing the London Loop. Good choice of food from small plates to classics and very friendly and helpful staff

Walking the London Loop and needed some lunch. Great place with fantastic staff. Very hospitable.

Spent a lovely pre Christmas evening at Tanyard Lane. Once again we enjoyed good food and drinks in comfortable surroundings. I’d highly recommend the cocktails and my husband enjoyed a very nicely pulled pint or two of Guinness. The team at Tanyard’s are excellent; they’re friendly, welcoming and provide really good customer service. Tanyard’s is ideal for a drink, food or both. A nice mix of customers of all ages so they must be getting it right!

Always have a lovely night in the Taynard. However, last night I went outside to have a cigarette, when I went to come back inside, the security guard would not let me back in and said I hadn’t been in there. I said my two friends were inside and why would I leave without my jacket and bag? He could clearly see I was on my own outside and would still not even let me back in to get my bag so I could get a cab home. Finally I got my friend’s attention through the window and she was able to get me my bag and coat. Next time if a young girl is stuck outside on her own before you refuse to let her in, you should at least check this with the other security guard/ staff who in the end confirmed I had been there all night or walk her in to get her coat, instead of leaving her outside with no way of contacting her friends, which was unsafe. Security guards should be there to make you feel safe and he was rude and seemed to be on a power trip refusing to let me in. This ruined a perfectly good night as I went home after, as did not feel comfortable going back in after I was rudely spoken to and left outside on my own for no reason!

Came here for a bottemless brunch. I wasn't too impressed with the limited food menu, although the food was nice. There is not a particularly large vegetarian selection, which was slightly annoying. The bar staff were friendly, but the waitress seemed frustrated with all the drinks being ordered even though it was a bottemless brunch! The cocktails were very nice, though. It's a nice smart pub, and I'd come again, but just for drinks as I don't think the money you pay for a brunch is worth it

A very nice bar with a good selection of beers, wines and cocktails. The food here is nice and reasonable priced. The staff here are friendly helpful and they was patient with me when I was taking too long to decide what to have.

We just had drinks as a group of 15. They weren't able to offer table service, and we were in a space at the back, which was a bit cramped, but as a groupd we had a great time. I don't remember the music.....too many bubbles!!!

I've been to Tanyard a few times & every time the experience has been lovely & the service brilliant. Unfortunately Saturday's Brunch was not good, had to keep asking for drinks & because we were sat in the corner it just seemed that we were forgotten about. It does make me hesistant to write this post, but we even asked for the service charge to be removed which was hard as I would usually have no qualms paying. Thank you & sorry 😞

Thoroughly recommend Tanyard brunch. Georgie was the hostest with the mostest. So attentive, looked after us all night. Great value for money. Love the marmite chips. Have to say say Georgie made the night for us! Xx

Out of the five pubs and bars in Bexley Village, this spot is definitely in the top two for a Saturday night out. The venue has a contemporary ambience with a DJ playing, though you may need to request songs. There’s a cosy dance area to the left as you enter, which adds to the lively atmosphere. Having been a resident of Bexley for 21 years, I’ve noticed that the crowd is becoming more mixed and mature, which enhances the experience. There’s a good selection of drinks available, including Champagne, though they don’t serve Chardonnay.

Celebrated our anniversary on Friday at the Tanyard, as we’d been several times before and loved the experience. We took advantage of the Happy Hour and the cocktails were fantastic. The staff were so friendly and accommodating & the food was delicious!!

2/3 hours spent here,fabulous all round. Great attentive staff, great atmosphere. Been several times now and will return

Great atmosphere for a Saturday lunch family get together. The staff were very accommodating to our needs and couldn’t fault the waitress’s service - just the right level of attentiveness without being too much. Would visit and eat here again in the future, given the opportunity.

A lovely place in the prime Bexley village area. Staff are great, the atmosphere is lovely, toilets are very nice , overall a great place for a good, drinks and a good time. Maybe a little pricey as the bottomless brunch is £40-£49 pp which lasts two hours.

We didn't eat, just had drinks. From entering to leaving, the service was great. Didn't have to wait for a drink as the waitress was very good and on the ball. Would definitely go back!

Staff were polite and very helpful kept the drinking coming. The food however was very disappointing my eggs Benedict tasted like it was fried and was hard boiled. Then we went for the cheeseburger but had to send it back as it was just burnt and tasted burnt. Ended up with the chicken in skewers and they was really nice. Shame the food wasn’t up to Standard as everything else was lovely

This is the first time I’ve been to Tanyard and it did not disappoint. The food was lovely and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We went for a bottomless brunch and I don’t think our drinks were ever empty. The atmosphere was good and I’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s a go to place, good cocktails. The manager (I think) was very welcoming and knew! The service a bit slow but did not spoil the experience.

Came here Easter Sunday for bottomless brunch with some friends, 3 of them were drinking and 2 of us weren’t. I’d called up to check that the alcohol free version was £25 even on Easter Sunday (as they were doing an even more expensive “Easter price” of £55 because there was a DJ present, the DJ was a bored looking bloke with his laptop) and they said that it was £25 still for the alcohol free version. When we got there, they told us that we were all being “automatically upgraded” to £55. When my friend and I went outside to call and see if we could get lunch elsewhere, as we weren’t going to pay £55 for 2 very small courses and some juice, they said they’d “honour the price” of £25. The place was pretty empty, so I imagine they really needed to squeeze money out of that Easter Sunday. Friends cocktails were really watered down, courses were tiny and very average tasting. Iced Tea was decent. Nothing special, I’d like to try their food on a normal day as I have heard good things, but this experience has put me right off. Staff were nice, apart from the one guy that greeted us to tell us that we couldn’t have the alcohol free option, but he didn't come back to our table after that.

Had a great afternoon with the family today. Ambience 10/10 Food 10/10 Drinks cocktails 10/10 and special thanks to Jake who went the extra mile on the cocktails. The other staff were great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would throughly recommend it.

Popular restaurant in Bexley Village. We had visited for brunch. The presentation was beautiful, and the meal tasted well. The restaurant has a good old world retro charm.

I found the food overpriced for what it was same for the drinks. The calamari was the worst I’ve eaten no flavour and just crisp and oily from being deep fried. We were charged for a drink that was for the table next to us which wasn’t great. Toilets were rotten all night so no one checking them and I was surprised how many people were openly vaping inside. Felt like the place had massively gone downhill.

I cannot fault the service. However, the food and drink bill was huge for what we had and we were very shocked. The burger and chips were the size of a bar snack. The bill was that of a more high end restaurant. The music is so loud that you cannot hear each other and it’s so crowded. We wouldn’t go again but if you wanna go and have a pose and a drink it’s the right place.

A warm welcome whether popping in for a quick drink or staying for dinner. Food was fabulous and the cocktails went down very well indeed. Enjoyed it so much went back again this week and had the Nachos & selection of 'small plates' everything was so tasty & beautifully presented. Would highly recommend The Tanyard.

It was Christmas drinks with a few guys from work it's a pleasant bar but a bit ponsy no draught bitter food was ok and it was getting busy as it got towards evening. I expect its quite lively later on.

The service here was the best service I have had in a long time. All of the staff are friendly & come across like they enjoy their jobs. James in particular was very attentive. He was constantly checking the room to make sure everyone was happy. We never waited long for drinks & didn’t need to leave our table once. He is friendly & chatty & makes it very clear that he wants everyone in the room to have a good time. We also ordered food which came quickly & pipping hot. My only negative would be the noise levels. It is very hard to hear the music over the voices, & difficult to hear each other. But the vibe was relaxed & the referb looks great. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our staff Christmas party at Tanyard Lane, Bexley. James was amazing at helping to arrange the perfect evening and was very accommodating with our needs. We all had a fabulous evening and we'll definitely be back next year!

I’ve been here many a time for bottomless brunch ! But the food menu wasn’t great burger which I don’t eat and a poach egg on toast etc for a tier of £49 wasn’t great value to me but my others were better Easter full menu great but I do have to say left disappointed this time ! However left full service charge as the 17 year old that serviced us was a great asset to your company so big shout out to this girl long brown hair and a polite and friendly manner well done that girl! Ps dishes recommended as next question none wasn’t really a 2 course left totally disappointed!

Went there over the weekend and I must say the service was great and vibes too. The staff looked after us very well. Didn’t get his name but he has some great hair on him greeted us and made sure we got looked after the second we arrived. Would definitely be back.

I was so impressed with Tanyard’s bottomless brunch, me and my friend had a great time. Very good food and excellent service. Our waitress was very attentive and constantly checked our glasses. I wish I’d got her name to pass on to the manager/owners. My only reservation was the stool chairs, for a shorty like me they’re a bit of a pain 😂. Otherwise totally recommend!

I done a bottomless brunch today and I can’t express how amazing Ali was. He was beyond attentive, nothing was to much! He had the best smile and clearly loves his job! Couldn’t recommend more!! Zee was also amazing, he brought over the drinks very quickly with a smile! Doreena, came in and hadn’t even started her job however she was more than eager to help as my chips hadn’t arrived! The whole team was amazing.

I have to admit it was a first for me going to a bar and kitchen. Food is great, drinks are expensive, a bit too loud the music. If you wanna meet girls it is a good place. We booked for two hours. Time was up and we had to surrender the tables.

The table I booked had a little blackboard on an easel with my name on it, I liked that straightaway. Because you had to book to get in, I was concerned it'd be jam-packed, but the tables were spaced quite a way from one another which was nice, I felt I was there with just my friend which is what we wanted. So the cocktails were absolutely wonderful, the food was great, but above all, the service was outstanding. Many people served us and they were all so sweet and helpful and could answer all our questions about the cocktails and the food. They were very attentive and very very prompt to bring us whatever we ordered. Between the two of us, we tried five different cocktails and they were up there with the best we've every had. It was a Saturday night so there was a DJ and the music was very loud. I prefer things to be not so loud, but I appreciate that other people will expect a Saturday night to be like this. I loved Tanyard Lane last night and shall most definitely recommend it to everyone and return myself. Finally, after we had paid our bill and were about to leave, they invited us to another cocktail on the house, in honour of my birthday, yay, I did not expect that. Lovely people. Thank you lovely people at Tanyard for a wonderful evening.
