Medi's BBQ in Enfield

I ordered with Uber eats, the driver mistake the order. The guy from the restaurant called me straight to tell me that he would have cooked again and delivered by himself of payed by him the order in 30 mins. I've waited 1 hour, tried to call . No one is answering the phone and the food never arrived. Is 1.30h now. Don't lie to costumers or possibly costumers. I would have eaten by now.

I went in to use the loo and buy a drink but the card machine wasn’t working the kind man behind the counter let me have it for free! I never had enough time to have some food but will be going in future to try the food!

Medis always has such welcoming service and they are always so friendly. Feel so comfortable when I’m there and don’t even get me started on how good the food tastes for such a good price. They always have good quality food and it doesn’t taste greasy. I always end up going to Medis even though it’s quite far from me. :)

Bought a wrap and a large mixed kebab they gave me 2 wraps and stated the large is the same as wrap which wasn't they just stole my money no matter I explained it 2 times they printed on the order 2 wraps but we paid for a wrap and a large...

Got a takeaway on Friday 13th just gone. We got Lamb souvla.. Unfortunately the souvla, was pure bone and fatty meat. We couldn't get one decent bite from it. This was our first time ordering from Medi's and I doubt we will ever order again.

Very disappointing to receive chicken cubes on a pitta bread and that’s it, no rice or bulgur which it clearly states the chicken shish is served with bulgur and salad.

The food is so good the people are so polite and friendly they make the food really fast as well and the atmosphere is so beautiful it’s such a modern place.

Not only was the food late, it was in bags that were broken and seemed like the containers were just chucked in. The bags were broken and the keftedes we ordered were not even delivered (possibly fell out of the bottom of the bag). Food was cold.

Great food , chips were cold though and food was super late!! The restaurant however did call to let us know as just eat wasn’t helpful!! Not sure what it’d be like if we ordered food that requires to be eaten hot!

The portions was too small for price. Lamb ribs were cut in half but full price charged. All of the food arrived cold.

Used to order from here a lot then remembered why I stopped. Only good if you eat in!!! Their walk in and order to eat out is rubbish. Low effort, chewy meat. Barely any salad. Rip off. There is far better around. Avoid! Never had some chewy meat in my life. Still starving after the tiniest meal ever for a large fee.

The decor and the welcome was wonderful. But the main highlight: the food and service!! I had a chicken shish to eat in. The utensils were very clean, the appearance of the food wonderful and the lady serving very friendly. I began to eat to a wonderful experience. I can strongly say that I have NEVER had a more soft and juice chicken shish in my life! The meat was so tender and delicious! Im pretty sure everything else they have must be just as delicious, cos im sure everyone knows how hard it is to get a chicken breast to become succulent regardless of how its marinated! Great thanks to the chef!

Visited this place multiple times when it first opened and still do on occasions, but often will be my go-to takeaway for a delivery/ cheat day. Owners are really friendly and accommodating. The food is rich in flavours. I often order the lamb souvla, which i would say isn't traditional in terms of cut but nevertheless never has disappointed with tremendous flavour and portion size. Burgers are lovely, as are all the kebabs and sides I have tried. Service is second to none and prices more than fair. Highly recommend over flames. it's not even a question

Small lamb shish had 5 small pieces of lamb with no salad smothered in garlic sauce-a sad looking price of meat & bread all for nearly £13.00- Absolute bargain!!!!!

We got a mixed plate on our last day of vacation here and it was amazing. Very friendly staff, the food tasted amazing and the portion for only 35£ was HUGE. Can definitely recommend it to anyone. Really cheap compared to any restaurant we have been here in London 5/5 on everything!

Why have I not found this place before!! Food smells great, prep area looks clean and service was great. Deliver to the Enfield area as well so what’s not to like. Will def use again.

Food was great, the usual weekly spot. The new people still make the same food but not the workers. A young girl at the till had an aggressive and rude attitude not one of the normal previous staff. Felt underwhelmed, other than the service food is nice.

New restaurant, family run, everything cooked fresh with quality ingredients on site. I was able to watch the chef make several of the items from scratch. The meat is cooked over charcoal which gives it that unique BBQ flavour. Well worth a visit. Fully refitted out with dining area out to the rear, tastefully decorated and kitted out. Garden area to the rear. Table service. Licensed to serve alcohol Takeaway also available. Functions catered for. The service is always faultless. Terrible takeaway tonight. It’s been going down hill for sometime. Pitta like rock, forgot to put in 2 salads. The Greek salad was pitiful, basically a salad with 8 squares of feta thrown on the top. £42 I feel like I’ve been robbed. I will never go back. What a shame as it started out so well. I’m giving the 1star for the chips. I’ve never seen such a sad looking pork shish in my life. I could do better at home and I’m not even Greek!

This is the best Cypriot food I have tasted in the Enfield area in the past 30 years! As a Cypriot myself, I can vouch for the authenticity and quality of Medi's food. Succulent meat, sheftalia with just the right mix of mince, onion and fat, home-cooked crispy roast potatoes and chips. Also great value.

Forgot the salad with both kebabs

First time visiting and from reading other reviews was expecting more. Ordered a lamb doner and the meat was all hard and dry, as if it were leftover scrapes. There were no sauces with the meat which made the already dry meat even less moist. Overall disappointing.

If you want traditional Cypriot mix then this is the place for you! The seftalies are the best I've ever had, even better than the ones they make in Cyprus. The pork souvlaki soft and delicious as well

Had a chicken shish kebab from here today and it was excellent.. only down side for me personally, as ultra fresh as it was found the salad could have been cut finer. But that's my preference apart from that will give it another go..

There is no shortage of Greek / Turkish Kebabs (Souvlaki) in the area but this place stands out. The food is delicious, decent quality and cooked very well. The sheftalies are a favourite, real classic Cypriot flavours to them. Prices are fair and portions are fantastic. Along with Quality they have hit this balance perfectly, please don't change :) !! Always friendly. My new go to. You have yourself a regular.
