Debo de haber pasado este pub tantas veces, pero nunca hemos estado en hasta hoy cuando estábamos buscando comida en un pub. No estaba muy lleno y la decoración es peculiar y colorida. El pub es algo un poco diferente en esta zona.

Fantastic food and wonderful service. Went after our swim and inzy took great care of us and was wonderful with my 4 year old.

Comportamiento repugnante, irrespetuoso y agresivo de un individuo de bar, en Walnut Tree, Leytonstone. Jueves 13 de febrero de 2025 Anoche fui a tomar una bebida y una comida tranquilas. Estaba disgustado por esta actitud de las llamadas personas del bar. En observación, parecía que tenía problemas mentales reales y una mecha muy corta. No estaba concentrada en su tarea y parecía enojada. Pedí comida y pedí una catadora de cerveza que ella ignoró y comenzó a servir una pinta. Quizá no me escuchó, lo cual estuvo bien. No fue gran cosa, ya que esto puede suceder a veces. Cuando dije que siempre tengo un catador antes de decidir y que no pedí una pinta, se volvió extremadamente grosera, usando un lenguaje sucio y abusivo. Su rostro cambió a una mirada maligna. Cuando le dije que no me gustaba su actitud y que me calmara. ¡Ella se volvió loca y caminó desde el área del bar, diciendo que te mostraré actitud! Luego se paró en mi espacio personal, diciendo que fuéramos y estaba lista para golpearme. Me retiré. Es una mujer bastante grande y me sentí muy amenazada por su comportamiento inaceptable. Le dije de nuevo que se calmara y que no iba a pelear con ella. ¡Soy un respetable hombre maduro, mayor y todavía me siento muy enojado, humillado y afectado por su comportamiento inaceptable! ¡Quién diablos se cree que es! Ella es solo una trabajadora de bar que no tiene habilidades de personas y un matón. Luego se alejó usando un lenguaje abusivo frente a otros clientes, que parecían sorprendidos. Hablé con la gerente, quien se disculpó por su comportamiento y dijo que hablaría con ella más tarde. El gerente la gritó para que siguiera sirviendo a los clientes. He estado yendo al Nogal desde que se abrió hace muchos años. La mayoría del personal siempre ha sido amable, accesible y dispuesto a ayudar. Esta es la primera vez que me encuentro con un miembro de la barra grosero, agresivo y repugnante. JD Wetherspoons realmente debería tener un mejor sistema al emplear y capacitar a su personal. La atención al cliente, la escucha, la comunicación y las habilidades de las personas son primordiales. La verificación de antecedentes de los empleados también es vital. Los clientes no deben sufrir acoso por parte del personal del bar. Habrá momentos en que los clientes no estén contentos con el nivel de servicio u otro y elijan decir.

Amazing lobster rolls, absolutely delicious and thank you to the host for squeezing us in! Great service, and would definitely visit next time I’m at the theatre.

Freedom Bar es una excelente opción si buscas un ambiente amigable para LGBT+ con un ambiente relajado y no demasiado agresivo. La decoración es suave, llamativa, y los niveles de ruido le permiten escucharse a sí mismo pensar. La comida y la bebida tienen un precio razonable y ofrecen varios eventos divertidos.

Had a great time being served by Dennis and lovely coffee and eggs 🫶 Lovely quiet surroundings to enjoy before heading into Harrods - recommend!

......By the looks of it. They're taking their time though. I've tried to find out from the onsite guys if going to re-open as a pub with same owners, but they are all foreign and don't seem to understand much English. Been closed over a year now, and still at it. When and if re-opens, I'll visit and review. Wasn't a bad pub I thought, never ate there, only in for drinks.

Visitamos bastantes veces en el último par de semanas para comida y bebidas. El personal era muy agradable, pero no parece tener ni idea sobre las mesas de limpieza que están llenas de platos sucios. Cada vez que hemos tenido que pedirles que despejen la mesa y luego pedirles de nuevo que realmente la limpien. Tal vez se necesita algo de entrenamiento básico. Aparte de eso la comida y bebida estaba bien.

Sargeant's Mess is a British restaurant just in front of the Tower of London and adjacent to Tower Bridge. Created by celebrity chef Mark Sargeant, the restaurant serves unmemorable food in a fairly bland atmosphere buttressed by one of the most spectacular locations in London. The food concept behind Mess is to offer traditional British fare at a high quality. Frankly, it is just average. The food is the weakpoint of the restaurant. The concept just seems to have fallen away with for instance the only vegetarian dish in the main course even using the American name Mac N Cheese. It is ok but it is just macaroni cheese so there's a clear ceiling to how good it can be. A large part of the menu is burgers. Not exactly traditional British fare. The vegetarian burger was not bad because it had an avocado in it. Otherwise not the kind of a quality a specialist upmarket provider might generate. Dessert options are fairly limited though the Eton Mess is ok. Service was not that great unfortunately. The faux accent was jarring in its articulation. Chips as an accompaniment to a burger were served without question as to whether a condiment could be offered then an over the top response was generated to a question asking whether such a thing could be provided. Price is high considering the fare. The location does demand a price like that but the food does not. Sargeant just has failed to generate interesting eating. One real shame for a December lunch was that it turned out the Christmas menu was not on offer. It was a real disappointment and made the whole place feel like a let-down. The plus is absolutely the magnificent location. Nestling in the shadow of the Tower and next to Tower Bridge the views are incredible. Looking out at the Thames is beautiful here although the number of window seats is quite small. However, going outside while waiting for food for instance offers a terrific perspective on some of London's finest buildings. Admittedly it is perfectly possible just to walk along the Thames and get the same view. Sargeant's Mess is ultimately a disappointment. The food is flavourless and too simple. Nothing interesting about it at all. No creativity or flair. The price reflects the location and so is too much for the quality of the eating. Service is not great and it was such a shame to find the menus advertised on the website did not exist in reality. The plus is the magnificent location, one of the very best anywhere in London.

Closed down - no communication from hotel even though had confirmation email day before arrival. You’d think an email to say so isn’t too much to ask

La peor pinta singular que me han vertido. Solo me di cuenta cuando me senté de lo mal que estaba mi Guinness y luego estallé a reír y tomé fotos para amigos. Increíble. Aparte de la cerveza estupendamente terrible, me encantó el ambiente de costo del pub.

Their was no ketchup at the kitchen door when my American burgers turned up. I was going to order a stake but no peppercorn sauce. The rude women in kitchen shouted her mouth of all because I asked for ketchup and said go to the bar and ask. As bad staff to busy chatting about their weekends the service is a joke and would recommend not to come as quietly of food is very poor and the only people you find are n here are the ones barred from the moon and stars. The staff think it’s their second choice to serve customers. First choice is to chat to each other. Burgers not worth the money but the drugs are cheep in here. Plenty of room to snort your lines over the crap covered toilets. I would rather eat dog than eat in here again 🤪🤔😂😂😂😂 🤔
