Manteniéndome civilizado con todos los lugares circundantes, precios tontos, no es el mejor sabor, no es informativo, me puse en contacto con Wilton. Pedí un cupé de muestras, donde Andy decidió darnos toda la selección, elegimos, elegimos, pedimos, pero por favor tenga en cuenta a todos aquellos que se casan *** VENÍAN ENVUELTOS, FRESCOS, SE QUEDARON Y TODAVÍA ESTÁN SUAVES, LO QUE SIGNIFICA COMO LO HEMOS HECHO, TODAVÍA COMIENDO, ENVIANDO A CHIPRE CON INVITADOS QUE REGRESAN, ENTONCES TODO LO QUE NECESITA HACER ES PEDIR CAJAS PARA ELLOS ***. Lo siento por el bloqueo de las tapas, pero algo que debe saber que ahorran un montón de molestias. Nos dieron el pastel de bodas en otro lugar que era encantador de todos modos, pero estoy seguro de Wiltons sería excelente, al igual que sus cosas frescas de crema lo que obtenemos en Chipre, pero realmente feliz e impresionado con la Pastichia. Éramos clientes habituales de Wiltons pero después de hoy no volveremos. Los desiertos que ordenamos no eran frescos. Pequeño bagel redondo cuesta £ 9. 55 - ¡extorsionado!

No se puede negar que hacen pasteles increíbles, pero hay elección de salado, no tan grande. Su servicio deja algo que desear. No hay sonrisa de bienvenida o una bienvenida verbal. Más a menudo no te ven esperando pero no te reconocen y cuando es tu término nunca hay una disculpa por hacerte esperar. Nunca hay suficiente personal sirviendo. Si su servicio al cliente fuera tan bueno como sus pasteles, iría allí con más frecuencia y no solo por desesperación.

The best birthday cakes in U.K. - fresh , delicious , fair on price .Just never seen them anywhere in uk.I am not sure how it gets tha miserable ratings- probably it jealousy.

So disappointed with the savoury & sweet pastries I bought for my mother who is unwell in hospital. I asked if the pastries were freshly baked today and they replied yes!!!! What an absolute disgraceful lie. They were stale!! Never going there again.

I bought cakes to takeaway but was a little disappointed. Firstly the lady serving me was very stroppy, although another staff member told her not to be rude so I appreciate their attention to this. Also the Black Forest cake seemed quite flat, then when we cut it open it was all cream with just a thin layer of sponge. The cakes are normally better quality and the portion sizes (especially the galactoboureko) used to be much bigger. Prices have also risen a lot! It’s a shame as it’s normally our favourite patisserie.

For the last 5 year I have bought all my family birthday cakes from them,but unfortunately today was the last Cake.For people became ill with vomiting and diarrhoea approximately four hours after eating cake at my birthday.You can tell from test that cake was not fresh Half of the cake still in my fridge.Mr Wilton if you wish to become ill,you can come and get the spoiled cake from my fridge,free of charge.

Amazing place, the biggest selection of pastries/cakes I have ever seen. The queue was out of the door, people happy to wait. Boxes of New Year orders ready for collection piled high. Staff friendly, professional, speedy and helpful. The owner happy to sit and chat. Disabled friendly and can eat in.

Very disappointed from Wilton. The customer service is very helpful but the management is very rude and unprofessional. We do every year cakes for prices more than 100£. We wanted to take some cakes, and asked for boxes (cause the cakes didn’t have boxes) and they said to us that they don’t have boxes, and keep them for customers? But the funny fact is that we are the customers??? So excuse me?? So after begging for two boxes, we also paid for those! This is ridiculous. Disappointed.

My son and I went to the Wilton to pick up some desert. When we entered the shop the first thing the mature lady behind the counter said was “Don’t touch the glass, no fingerprints.” We proceeded to wait in the queue and then we heard the ladies voice again as she said loudly “Why is there a queue.” She then asked what we wanted. I said “I think this lady is before me,” as I didn’t want to overtake, however she totally dismissed my comment and demanded to know what I wanted. I asked her how much the Baklava cost and she barked, “The price is at the front,” However there was no price tag. When I told her this she barked again “Well it’s roughly the same price as the other products near it.” When I explained that I wished to know exactly how much the price was before I asked for the item to be boxed up she seemed agitated, frustrated and annoyed by my request and then said loudly to a younger girl at the till “This customer wants to know EXACTLY how much this item costs.” She then started to ask a customer behind me what they wanted, despite her not having finished serving me. When she eventually wrapped my items there was an extended wait for someone to serve me at the till. I remained polite throughout the experience but the customer service was terrible and the whole experience left me feeling shocked at how they treat their paying customers.

Normally I love wiltons... as a greek it's got a soft spot... but the service is shocking... our table was dirty and we asked for it to be cleaned... the young girl we asked was standing next to the coffee machine talking to another young girl.... she obviously forgot because she then came over with our food and drinks and we said can you clean the table, she replied "what now" we said yes it's dirty... she replied "well we've been busy" Firstly don't talk back with that attitude.... secondly your chatting... if you do your job and keep an eye out now and then for dirty tables we wouldn't have this issue. Need to be on the ball more.

We got cake for our son , normally we buy from Turkish shop that looks absolutely lovely , but really uneatable .so I could not cope with one more cake like that , so googled and this pastry shop came up. So I have decided to try , it was 10£ more expensive however I absolutely loved it . We paid for medium cake 34.95£ that was enough for large 6 slices or medium 8 slices . I have to say cake was lovely and normally I wouldn’t eat , I just try a tiny bit to be polite and that is it . On this occasion I tried and ate all slice and than tried second half as it was half and half cake , absolutely loved it . It melted in my mouth . It was lovely, all of us enjoyed it . Once we entered there was a boy who came up to us and asked if we needed help ( was very young but patient and helpful, I haven’t paid attention to his name , but very nice young lad)we asked what cake would he advised , he showed us one and we picked half and half and he took it to make writing on . I am very pleased, If all cakes are same quality the one we got today than it is absolutely worth it.

The Vanilla Strawberry are not the same as before. The taste has changed. It is not possible to eat. Has gone to the bin. Very Very disappointed.

Always wanted to taste their products. Purchased their hazelnut square chocolate cakes, a strawberry tart and a piece of galaktoboureko. Very naughty but so delicious. Really enjoyed. See you again!

The brief for the cake decoration lived up to expectations and more . But unfortunately the strawberry and cream sponge cake was a major disappointment. The sponge was a bit dry could not taste the strawberry at all and it had a weird cream filling. And to top it all off it was not cheap! I would give a 9/10 for presentation but unfortunately a 2/10 for taste. Upon reading reviews notice another customer mentioned the same problem. Unfortunately I should have read reviews before placing order.

Very surprised at the reviews On here, I've been coming here semi regularly for nearly two years and always had great service. Yes sometimes there is a bit of a queue but that's because its a busy patisserie. One of the best things in Southgate!

I walked into Wilton Southgate to see what kind of cakes they had in display before coming back in few days time to order one for a birthday. I was wearing my face mask when I walked in and headed straight to the display cabinet. I was told ny the lady at the till to go around which was fine as I didn't realise they has one way system. As I made my way, I heard the staff complaining that it was late and telling customers they should be closed by now. I couldn't understand why they were still allowing people in. Anyway, at that point there was one customer at the till and no queue. Only a couple of other customers walking around or waiting to be served. So I went to the cake display cabinet which was at least two meters away from the till. It would have taken me just a minute to quickly see what was on display and then walk out. I was surprised when I heard the cashier shouting at me asking me rudely to go and queue up. I explained there was no queue and I wasn't buying anything and i didn't require any service. I just was looking at cakes on display which will only take a minute or so. So she started lecturing me in a very bad English about social distancing. I tried to explain to her that I was a public health doctor and I understand the rules well and there was no problem here. she was then joined by her male colleague who for some unknown reason felt the need to get involved to back her up while the customer at the till was still waiting to be served. I left the shop feeling humiliated. > This wasn't my first experience of bad customer service at Wilton Southgate. Was really worried about coming here after reading so many bad reviews about the staff so had very low expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes we did have to queue for a while but a little patience doesn’t go a miss. All the cakes look phenomenal. We ordered 10 individual tarts and cakes and they were mouth wateringly amazing!! The staff were friendly too which was even better. I will definitely be visiting Wiltons again. Please don’t be put off by the other reviews
