Take away was wrong food was terrible no taste what a waste of money sorry to say this is the second time now never again really need to up your game

Very nice Fish n' Chips. Food is lovely. The only negative thing I would say is, you really do need to adjust your opening times on your website when you go abroad. I came down to your shop on Saturday 29th March at 4:45pm. You were closed with a handful of customers outside thinking you were open. I find it quite disrespectful. I hope you had a great holiday. We went down to Pablos on St. Peter's Street instead. Just as good but a bit more expensive & a longer walk. I don't find it a problem if you go on holiday...... what I do find a problem is you don't tell your LOYAL customer's what you plan to do.

Phoned up booked a table, told them my nan was gluten free, they said just let them know when we order and they will accommodate, we got in for a table booked for 7 and did not get seated at our table till 7:15, we then informed them of allergies (gluten free) and they said they could not make a single gluten free dish. We left quickly. Staff were confused and unorganised, there were young children (looked around 6 years old) pulling pints of beer. Some staff looked to just be children who’d been forced to work due to the place being busy, it was a saturday night and they were understaffed and rude. Will not be returning.

Just relocated to Lowestoft - food was amazing and had a lovely chat with the delivery lady :) A+ (and never EVER stop doing the won tons - they were incredible!)

We went out of curiosity because of the revues being mostly positive. However it turned out as I had suspected with nothing authentic Italian in sight. The menu is a confused mess of dishes that you would find nowhere in Italy, in homes or in restaurants. We decided to play safe and had only a Marguerita pizza, it was ok but someone ought to tell them it should not have cheddar on it. The most original and basic pizza should be simple and include fresh basil with the tomato and mozzarella to represent the colours of the Italian flag. The service was fine but when asked what was authentic the wait staff could not give an answer. Having lived in Italy for several years and travelled all over I have never felt so conned. It seems obvious that the reviewers are unaware that e.g Carbonara is not made with chicken and Halloumi and tzatziki are Greek , to be honest the menu might as well have been written in Greek.

The last time I went here was when I went on a date with my other half and I was heavily pregnant and all I needed was a good burger I was craving a delicious burger when my burger came out it was burnt. It was more than burnt it was unable it was disgusting. I have never been back since I mean you could throw it out the window and break the glass. That’s how burnt it was and how hard it was. I was still hungry afterwards I hate to complain about stuff like this. It’s embarrassing to cause the scene but it’s unacceptable trying to give burnt food to a pregnant woman. or anyone really

Full english breakfast. The best breakfast ever. Top quality products cooked to perfection. Nice ambience. Spotlessly clean.

Checked breakfast menu, no gluten free options shown. Tried to ring to check menu but got recorded message. Vegan, vegetarian catered for but not GF.

Me and my fiancée came for date night, we loved it. Staff are very polite and food is amazing ❤️ all fresh and hot. Highly recommend. Great priced too

The pizza makers put SO LITTLE TOMATO base sauce...and put MINISCULE topping...to make profit. I paid £ 2 extra for mushrooms and I counted 6 mini slices of mushrooms..I certainly was not happy. The pizza base was DRY not even fit for a dog. I did call back to complain and Neno got another pizza delivered with LITTLE bit better topping but this time there were ONLY TEN chicken slices to count...a bit edible compare to the dry dough base they send. Would NEVER order from Fominos again!!!

Well I'm gobsmacked how anyone can hike their prices so much. I understand that prices have gone up but crafty as they are they try and bulk out what you order with veg or more sauce and to crown it all the actual containers it is served in are smaller. Seems we are living in rip off Briton

Smells like sweat inside and grease outside..

Went specifically for a donner kebab after having many in an around Lowestoft over the years, I have to say that this was by far the worst one I ever had, most of it went in the bin as even my dog wouldn't eat it. The sliced donner meat was old, tasteless and hard due to being over cooked on the spit. Go to better takeaways and pay a quid or two more for a proper kebab.
