Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was almost close but my children found nothing from ice cream machine. The manager refilled the ingredients in the machine for them within 1min.

Constant displays & evidence of anti social behaviour (direct) encouraging & allowing anti social behaviour (indirect) loud music, shouting, car violations & utter disrespect for anyone who lives in the area. If you value your neighbourhood - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. ignorant owners ignorant staff - & rinding their privilege to the utter detriment of their neighbourhood. Time they went. And the locals will be making sure do.

Can't believe that on a Saturday evening they haven't got a sausage in batter ready how about cooking one when you sell the last one .

Manager unhelpful with regards to my buy a gift booking. Just keep telling me I had booked it wrong even though I had a confirmation email & unique code. Was not interested in helping brought over laptop in front of other customers to show me I had booked it incorrectly & kept repeating i had done it wrong then asked his waitress to deal with us and thank God julianna took over I had infact booked it correctly and had the unique code the manger needed. Manager just did not want to know & came across as rude Julianna however was brilliant & we received excellent service from her I have emailed head office about this too

Family and I decided to order a takeaway from the Voujon tonight and we are so glad that we did. The food was absolutely delicious!! We all enjoyed our meals very much, especially the Chicken Biryani. The service was also great and the staff were very helpful, despite only getting a takeaway. I highly recommend The Voujon, Orsett. Thank you very much 😊

The food is amazing, the staffs are professional, the environment is clean and tidy and the ambiance is top notch.

They treated the customer in an impolite way . Food taste is not indian just they use indian name . Carpet smell so bad nothing like a restaurant.
