Tilbury chicken in Thurrock

Love ordering food from here .the peri peri burgers really good definitely recommend this place

Food is showing delivery but has not shown up contacted restaurant to be told that I just have to wait unhappy with this and also food food finally turned up and the food is cold really not happy

My order never came and I had £16.75 essential stolen. Tried phoning the restaurant but noone picked, U lot are straight up thiefs

Waited over an hour and when my food did arrive my pizza was missing

They only serve one person at a time no matter how long it takes. Only one man saving the planet on his own. Food is decent. Just need to upscale the customer service

Although food was delivered only 5 mins or so past the window, I watched the driver very slowly pass my house 3 times in the space of 15 minutes looking for my house. The driver denied this. As a result, the food was stone cold and I needed to reheat it all. We'd already waited an hour. Not happy as this is our first order from here. Doubt we'll use again, all because of the driver.

The food was good however I did not receive the BBQ Pizza

Never arrived just talk in there own language to each other and hang up the phone

The service is not that great, takes a little while till they get the food right. As a delivery driver to pick up an order from here it is a nightmare, waiting time is huge.

I wasted my money whole chicken was expired and smelly It was stale and the chicken wings as well red and smelly. Never ever I am buying aguan from them. I want my money back

Alhamdullillah a wonderful establishment in Tilbury, RM18, London. The chicken were very fresh and tasty and large chicken pieces from a large chicken. Not like most places who do medium to small pieces. The wings is delicious a KFC 11 spice dupe. I would definitely Collect my order next time as you get double the food. Well worth it. Thank you 10/10

all the food was great but the 1/2 burger had cheese on it and we asked for plain as partner don't eat cheese so that ruined the burger for him

Careful what you order,asked for no mayo on chicken burger ,they don't bother to read the added notes,got mayo ,had to throw away dinner

Missing items. Spicy wings with variety meal. 1 piece of chicken was dry. Everything else was good. Normally don’t have issues with them as order from restaurant often however this let them down

Driver didn’t knock on the door saw the neighbour and gave them the delivery drove away

Food has not been delivered and was marked as delivered! This was 18:50pm! fearing I would not receive my order I was trying to call the restaurant and could not get through, this caused panic and worry! This is not fair and the store trying to make it look like they have delivered on time when they have not delivered at all, I would like a full refund please! Food has not been delivered but your options do not cater for that!

Love every bite of their peri-peri chicken. Staff very accommodating. Will always patronise this place. Though the wait for the food was a bit long due to number of customers. But I was when taken care of. Highly recommended.

I have ordered food yesterday for the first time it was so cold and looked old plus there was a very weird smell in the food very disappointed waste of money

Honestly the food is so so delicious. Best wings in the whole Grays/Tilbury area. Ordered several times on Ubereats and never had issues with inconsistent quality. Keep it up guys!

Before you order the app says 20 to 30min so I ordered cause that is not a long time. They only approved the order 10min after i ordered it. Then 40min later the order said food on its way. 20min went passed and I called the take away and it turns out my driver was taking someone else's food before mine so my food arrived 1 hour after i ordered. Chips came half cooked and soggy along with both burgers soggy from the steam in the bag they use to carry it. Shocking. Peri wings were nice rest nope.

First time ordering . My grandson recommended to me , I must say the food was piping hot and delicious. We also got extra wings and gravy . Well worth a try . And great prices too in comparison to other shops around . We will definitely order again .

Well we ordered a box meal and our chicken wings was not there also beans were cold . Phoned the shop and was told he will send driver back with them but 22 min later still no chicken wings .

This is our new chicken place! We've been looking for one to replace KFC and this is it. Everything arrived hot and it was all delicious. The wings were the absolute highlight for us both.

Rude motorbike delivery drivers are extremely cocky , arrogant and DANGEROUS , driving with high speed on the pavement almost hitting and making serious damage to someone !!!! With this type of people working there I'm not interested in anything they are selling ! Moped then , happy with that correction ?

Just casually browsing food places, came across this place, it's also been highly recommended by people I know. And I have to say the food was absolutely spot on. Lovely & hot, tasty & very good portions. Will be back that's for sure.

It is a clean restaurant, the staff is friendly, the menu is very varied, delicious and the price is very reasonable, and the restaurant has a halal certificate. The only negative point is that there are only takeaway meals, there are no seats.
