Burger King in Thurrock

Fries hasn’t come i order big one ,,The diet coke is super hot not even normal,,

Food cold and fries clearly had been kept warm over a long period of time. Even with microwaving they were tough and inedible. Burgers cold too.

My old time favourite, It never fails to deliver top quality take away food, Bacon Double Cheese XL with Large Fries were perfect, Even the burger was perfectly made and wrapped, Everything was hot and the fries were nice and crispy, Just perfect

The burger was under cooked overall the food was cold.

Worst customer service my hsuband went there with my son for oder plant burgers and manager said he is not giving him he stopped to serve plant burger wopper of the day very bad customer service unkind and very rude

Was in there Friday (10.01.25) and saw one member of staff rushing about doing everything at once. trying to serve customers and delivery drivers all at the same time. I also only saw one person making burgers at the back. While this was happening I could see who I think was the manager at the very back sat down on his phone.

Drinks was placed with the food and with it being -2 outside the food was stone cold! the lady said something as she was only handed one bag, she was told they was inside the bag smh.

ŵasnt delivered courriervextremely rude didn't have a code so wouldn't let me have the food my emsil playing up so now I have payed the money and have no food cant speak to anyone I'm so mad had someone b from just eat rudely put the phone down on me I will never ever use your service again

Food served in is different from the food delivered. Recently ordered chicken nuggets for delivery, and they were at least twice fried, actually deep-fried, crunchy to the core! If you don't face the customer, should you serve him leftovers?

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this branch and like the last two things mes my order arrived looking like something out of the trash 🤢 Every other branch seems to serve their food looking delicious so why is Grays branch always serving crap?? Never again It’s not giving me an option to add pics but I’ll be sure to add it to Google images

Order never arrived with no update on site just showed preparing for over 2 hours

Today, I walked in and then straight out! Why? Lots of kids sitting there on the tables! smoking/vaping looking threatening to other customers. They were not even eating there. I don't understand why they were allowed to be there. Not a nice atmosphere.

Very unhappy. Delivery driver refused to come to my door so had to go outside to them and collect my food

I was in a hurry so chanced a visit to the town centre. The doorway was blocked by some wannabe gangster types who it seems had just been inside making everyone working there glad they hadn't phoned in sick. Once past them..the food was nice, the staff were surprisingly chipper all things considered and everything I ordered was available. It was clean but felt very dated.

30,09,2024 at 1.30 I was racially discriminated against. I was stood there at least 5 minutes before anyone else got there I was not greeted or welcomed, then as soon as someone of the same race as the employee comes along they are served instantly and I am continually ignored. I have walked out of the burger king and will never step another foot in there. Terrible.

The burgers we ordered were nothing like the size shown in the image. They were tiny compared to what was advertised, the burger also didn't hae any sauce on it and was completely dry, same with the onion rings. Overall, the meal was not very good other than the chips

I think this was my first Burger King restaurant that I give a bad review And I wouldn't go there again,the fries and the drink had a bad taste the burger was ok , Even I used the 5.99 deal without getting anything extra I was charged 6.15 and when I was asking for mayonnaise it cost extra 30p which I find it weird as in other burger king restaurants you get free mayo/ketchup

I requested plain chicken fries as my son has an eating disorder. This was ignored and the chicken fries were not plain so ended up in the bin.

Ordered at 13:03hrs and was at least 2nd delivery on the route. My food had to be reheated in the microwave. Not what I was hoping for…

My son chose Burger King for his birthday meal. Although it arrived on time, the food was cold, and reheated, the fries inedible, nuggets rubbery and both burgers were given to the dog, at £50 that was paid for this meal, I would have expected more. Extreme prices for fit for the bin food.

Whenever I order food from Burger King in Grays shopping centre I never complain. The staff are always polite and serve my food in quick time.

Our order wasn’t delivered but in the app is shown like delivered. As well very annoying and stupid people are working at customer service, they can’t talk normal. I am unhappy with this.

Usually this place is nice but as of recent april 2023 they hired new staff who have dropped the standards of the service. Now you might aswell just have a morrisons meal deal, tastes the same

Visited Burger King in Grays. Located in Grays Shopping Center next to Costa Coffee. Spacious seating facility. Clean, well organised shop floor with friendly, excellent customer service. Coffee machine was not working which can happen, friendly staff offered me alternative drinks available. Very good experience- if you like Burger King, then this Burger King at Grays town center is a must visit.

Have eaten here a couple of times. Last 2 times the uns on my burgers were stale nit good at all !!! Always s chool kids blocking entrance or just sitting inside that haven't ordered anything.

Ordered from here, food was cold, tasteless and small portions Seemed like it had been sat around for a few hours and cost over £28 for two burgers and 20 nuggets. Never again!

Not much help with dietary needs but the server did try her best to help us.
