I recently visited German doner kebab at lakeside shopping centre and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious and the service was top notch, was served by a lovely guy who was incredibly friendly and helpful Highly recommended!

I love German Doner Kebab . It has been first time I had a chance to visit Lake side shopping mall’s German Doner Kebab as usual great experience.

First time of having GDK I had the chicken doner it was very nice and I liked the different pita bread I will come back again. Service was very good 👍

1- there’s no mark wish one without onion. 2- One of the orders I choice Yogurt signature pot and one Spicy I received 2 spicy.

The was very rude lady who give me the order I told her I need to eat here with family she’s said no only take away then I ask her for hot sauce and she gave me one and she’s throw it and I spent lots of two meals I was there today evening I don’t think I will go back and I will tell my people who I know the food was okay but the service was horrible

ordered 18:15 delivered 19:50. terrible service when delivery originally estimated at 39mins. driver eventually picked up food and drove somewhere else first. so food arrived cold. never again. want a refund

Should say, Salad Kebab instead of Doner Kebab. Meat kind of non existent but full of salads!!

2 years ago I would have given 5 stars, yesterday I was disappointed 10 pounds for a piece of bread and some meat and almost no vegetables

I went to the gdk at lake side shopping centre and was tiatally shocked to see food being prepared and not one member of staff was wearing any gloves , please gdk have a word with the staff , I ordered a mixed doner wrap , when I got home I was picking little burned bit of something off the wrap , so I don't think staff are cleaning down work surfaces properly, the place should be checked once a week by senior management , food tasted ok but I've had better , won't be eating from their again .

Ordered a kebab sandwich with extra meats but hardly any meat!. Was in delivery car so long, watched on tracker, the sandwich was cold, the salad made the wrap/bread soggy, chips were cold. The image online made the portions look huge. misleading.

Very happy with the service and food. Reg was very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen staff were fast. Food was cooked and packed perfectly. No complaints on mains. Generous portions. Satisfied cravings. (Wasn’t into the new donut bites)

This place failed to provide all of the food that I ordered. They only told me of this issue as I was taking the food away. I was begged by a staff member to accept a different product that I had no interest in. Dreadful service

Rahnuma was great host. Feizan was kind to listen to my order with precision also whilst cooking Took my order with no hesitation. Portion was perfect with the extra onions.

I've never visited this GDK but decided to today whilst shopping at Lakeside. I really wish I hadn't bothered. Had a bit of a wait for the food as we arrived just after it opened. Not a problem even though it wasn't busy. I ordered 2 kebabs and a doner meat box. The meat in all 3 were like old shoe leather. I managed to eat some as I was hungry but most of it was thrown away. Won't be visiting this branch again. I've been to the O2 arena branch many times and will stick to that one as the food always tastes fresh.

So rude. It was busy but that doesn’t mean you can be rude. They missed 2 fries in my order. When I went to asked for it they were acting like I was lying. The employee there then said just give it to him what he’s asking for. It was like I was a beggar asking for food. Had worst experience ever.

i quite come to this place with wife. always had great experience here. doner box are our favourite. when i was feeling light then quesdilla is worth it to have. Always smiling staff

Paying for a box of doner salad and fries and all you get is chips and salad in a box they fill up the box with salad so you can see how much meat they put in when you look underneath there is only a few bits of meat in the box. They have done this many times as i thought might be once as i went there but its now every-time i get food its like that. I think its a rip off and won’t go back there. And god forbid you tell them about it they will raise their voice and make embarrass you !! Waste!!! The ladies behind the counter all moody and the guys in the back staring at woman customers like they have never seen one.
