Absolutely loved my visit to Tortilla! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly—just the way I like it. The burritos were packed with delicious fillings, and the portion sizes were generous. Big shoutout to the lovely people named Costantino and Eugenia who were not only super friendly but also made the whole experience even better with their warm and welcoming attitude. Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious food, safe environment

Tried to order myself a naked burrito, the time was 8pm and was watching the staff dish me up scraps, the last of everything left in the bottom of the trays. Place shuts at 9pm yet I was told when I questioned the lack of food it’s as they are shutting soon? Why bother being open until 9pm might aswell shut at 8pm

The old lady that works their needs to sort her attitude out, and needs to take her crown off as well feisty women, needs to get off her high horse what does she think she is, first of all I was originally perfectly happy getting served by an Asian lady when I always always order Tortilla I get half n half of everything rice beans n the meat however this time the old cow decided to bump into my conversation and my order and said that’s extra so in the end ended up paying another £3.50 for the tiniest bit of extra bit of meat which was meant to be free anyway as your allowed to ask for half and half on meat with no extra charge. The women needs to GO and ASAP

Bag was packed so badly, split and spilt some of order on floor on delivery. Maybe get stronger bags, or pack drink separately.

Feels rushed to decide if you haven’t been very many times before. Server speaks harshly as she barks out the choice at you. Portion sizes vary from server to server I won’t visit again. I feel that McDonald’s drive through has better service. No smile from anyone here. felt like a prisoner at meal time as they slop the food in to the bowl. Weird experience Absolutely no customer service here whatsoever I’ll spend my money somewhere else

I came about 30mins before closing and didn’t realises until after I started selecting that most the option were gone. I wish I was told before I started that we are missing ‘X’ options. The guy tried to over charge me, and seemed grumpy when I explained I didn’t have guacamole. Was a bit disappointed.

We placed our order via JustEat at 19.45. After waiting over 3 hours, someone who identified himself as the delivery driver called and asked us to cancel the order; apparently he had received our order at 21.15 and when he got to the restaurant it was closed. When I refused to cancel the order, the food was marked as delivered but we've never received it. Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude!

Tiny portions. I mean tiny. It’s painful to watch them prepare your order. Don’t go if you’re hungry and want to spend a lot of money on a small handful of food. If you’re rich and want a spend up or you’re on a diet of 50 calories then this place is perfection!!!! Also everything is extra. Beef is extra. A teaspoon of guacamole is extra. Extra money. 💰 It’s a total embarrassment of an establishment. Was once a regular customer. Not going back again

Food was okay, delivery was rather later than stated and in turn the food was cold

This was my first time at tortilla and was specifically excited about trying their new beyond meat steak. First, the service was super rushed and confusing, and they couldn’t give me enough time to check what was vegan and what wasn’t. I asked if one of the rices were veggie (as it look like it had chicken in) to which he went “vegetables, okay” and put the fried veg in the burrito, which I wasn’t planning on getting. They then passed the burrito down the line, rushed again, to go and write “V” on my partners burrito which contained chicken, and leave mine blank. I was unaware of this mistake until I bit into the wrong burrito, assuming the one they marked as “V” would be the vegan one….I’ve been vegan 9 years and this is the first time someone has cocked it up for me…disgusted. When staff came over to ask how it was, he could see that I had spat the food out onto the napkin. My partner explained the mistake they had made, to which he laughed and replied “yep, that’s the chicken one”, and then walked off. In terms of the food, the fillings and sauces weren’t distributed properly, therefore it was plain until the last quarter, and it wasn’t that tasty either, considering I had almost every filling in it that was vegan. Never eating here again. Food was mid, service was crap, and they couldn’t care less that by eating meat after this long, could make me very ill.

Really disappointed for the money. Small portions, staff really not paying attention to what they are doing and then argue about what you've ordered (and paid for). Overall, I'd give it a miss.

Tortilla is a great burrito restaurant. fresh ingredients, flavorful fillings, and that perfect balance of spice! That’s serves up generous portions, has a variety of fillings to choose from, and wraps it all up in a warm tortilla. Also tasty sides like chips and salsa or guac!

after paying 29 pounds plus for two small meals, we were a fanta drink missing! not a happy experience.

Ordered a chicken quesadella and watched the lady put a tiny spoon of chicken in then once it arrived it was a tiny potion. When I quiered how small it was compared to before they said they had a new machine but I believe they just folded it differently with tiny bit of filling. Won't waste my money in any tortilla restaurant again. Also annoyed it's cash only

Awful. I had asked for a burrito with rice 1/2 chicken and beef with lettuce cheese and sour cream. Was pricey just for it not to taste good. The beef was chunky and it was full of joins and the workers are horrible. The beef doesn’t even look like real meat either. Not returning. Rice tasted off and expired. I’d expect a refund because this is disgusting

Staff rude and not the first time experienced this here but gave another chance as had voucher. Rush through order even though no one behind me don’t listen to what asked for. Was told don't do corn until after 5pm so opted to have chips and drink instead. Then tried to take the chips away from order even though was paying for them as meal deal. Gave me the wrong drink even though said twice what wants when asked. Got order but had to back and ask for salsa to go with chips. Got told again bluntly have to pay another charge for some. Had to show them says chips and dip on the receipt but still continued to argue. Asked for mild salsa but was given medium one also. Why are such in a hurry. Was not. Busy. Not really good service. Or value for money Never experienced at any others. Tortilla. Store. This had put off coming back.

COMPLAINT OLLY - lady with black T-shirt and black hair was so rude about sauce and did not explain what the sauce was. I asked twice she’s like I TOLD YOU WHAT IT IS when they are 3 different flavours. Does not have any respect or customer service. She needs a new job if she’s not happy. Outrageous. Never coming back

WE received an incorrect item, we ordered a large Burrito and received a naked salad bowl

Food was lovely, service was good but staff didn't know about common allergens. They have removed some classic menu items so if you have a specific order check before you go to make sure it hasn't been removed.

First time trying Tortilla and my burrito was delicious. I like that you are able to choose different options to fill your wrap or go bread free with the burrito box.

The burrito wrap was fresh and so tasty, I’ll definitely order them again. But The churros tasted like they were deep fried in the same oil as fried onions. Not nice at all

My first time visiting tortilla yesterday and I can happily say I will be visiting again. The two women who greeted me were so welcome , and helpful as well when letting me know the options available. The food was so tasty and flavourful, I will be recommending tortilla to all my friends and family!

Really felt like eating something healthy but filling and this was it! The chicken is halal too which is always a bonus! Was a little busy in the seating area.

One of the staff did not give me the time to think about the choice, and she indicated to me that there are different kinds of meat in a very rude and quick way, the food it's ok but the service.............

Beef extra although only chicken and beef as an option. Something else was an extra I couldn’t understand the girl. Over £11 for a wrap and Diet Coke. Bland yuck flavour. Soggy mess. I ate half and put it in the bin Overpriced and I would not recommend.

Very generous and tasty burritos

First time visiting here and quite liked it. Found one of the servers a bit blunt/rude which puts me off places but besides that, no complaints. I really enjoyed the food.

Food is value for money, but the burrito I got was quite soggy, and I wish I'd ordered the naked burrito. Also the bench seat we sat on was loose and slid off when my partner stood up. At least there were seats during a busy period.
