So stingy with the burritos, very slim, more wrapping than burritto so should at least be cheaper

I ordered from here using Uber eats yesterday. Well what can I say. My food was all stone cold. The delivery driver was clearly not female and didn’t drive a bike. But anyway you must have let my food go cold on the side. I only live like 6 mins from lakeside so no reason to go cold. am not happy with your service at all and will never be ordering from yourself again. I don’t wast my hard earned money to buy food that i would have to reheat. Worst place I have ever ordered from. People should only eat in no order delivery

Imagine making something vegetarian not vegetarian because you “don’t have the fryer space”. Do better Taco Bell. Please.

Quick service, friendly staff and a good value for money.

Is understandable that Saturday’s are busy days, but more than 20 people waiting for their orders and the staff having an laugh in the back is just not acceptable. Bad experience!

Both my children had lunch from here today (01/10/23) and they been unwell - one with tummy ache and the other has been sick a couple of times - they’ve not eating anything since eaten there so definitely down to the food they had as my husband and I ate something else and are both fine.

Fast and scrumptious great service, come here for good tacos

Completely a ripoff with little to no meat inside the taco. The whole box meal is like me having one cheese burger at McDonald’s and it’s absolutely not worth the price too

I never write one star reviews normally but am infuriated. Order 3 meals and only two drinks arrive and this has happened 4 times now. On the third time I called to inform them of this constant error. Then this 4th time called again and they don't want to listen or speak to their packing staff to solve the issue and instead blame on uber eats driver which is impossible as the bag is sealed and 4 times isn't just a coincidence. Regular customer has been lost as they took no responsibility to sort the issue out.

Absolutely ripped off, and costly asked for cheesy chips, cost has been raised from 40p to £1.40 and my daughter asked for no salad on her taco, and this is what got served up...that's it now, done with your overpriced skimpy servings, put your masks back on you robbing gits...

Once again, Bailey showed amazing customer service, she deserves a raise! Very friendly staff overall, but Bailey goes beyond. A very nice girl, wish her all the best!

Stupid unfriendly staff. Came across 3 staff members yesterday each and everyone of them is rude and unfriendly. Never going to taco bell again

Taco Bell at lakeside was lovely, as was the service, but the atmosphere was not great

Poor customer service, asked for extra sauce when paying. He said he added it on. When the food came, it wasn’t there. I told them that it was supposed to be added. They made me line up again to pay 99p for a sauce. And then when the food came out, they forgot another menu item I’d ordered. Poor service overall with attitude.

Wow, what a rip-off. I paid £4 for a quesadilla that was 99% cheese and 1% chicken. My wife had the same but hers was 2% chicken so I was jealous. It was just undercooked stodgy cheese. The burrito we shared also had miserly abount of meat. Bland slops. Won't be returning.

The manager here has absolutely shambolic customer service! We came to get some dinner here at about 8.45pm as we saw online that it shuts at 9pm. I was told by the staff member on the till that they are no longer serving food. Just drinks. I asked to speak to the manager who came out and repeatedly told me no. He had no customer service at all. I asked him why he is no longer serving food, to which he replied “we have run out of meat” but yet his colleague had only just previously said to me “I don’t know why we aren’t selling food sorry, I was just told by my manager”. Having worked in fast food in the past, I know that you should be serving food until you close. I told him that I would be leaving a review and he sarcastically replied “Okay perfect, you know where the website is?”. Putting shame to the Taco Bell brand.

Tasty taco's 🌮 or what, definitely going there again.

You specifically ask for a deconstructed meal and they just chuck everything in the paper box leaving the tacos soggy and the whole meal quite unpleasant.

Cant beat a Taco Bell now they are popping up here in the UK hopefully the potion sizes and cups will catchup with the USA. The gentleman that served us was helpful and prompt.

Very disappointed… I ordered craving meal for two and I’m very disappointed , taco beef was tiny, crunch wrap beef I barely had beef on it, was mostly salad I ordered a can of Pepsi and it was hot the only good was the fries but it was a tiny portion… definitely won’t order again

The staff left my food to sit there without calling my number. 3 customers took it upon themselves to open my bag and check the food opening the packing. I told the manager I was unhappy and would appreciate my food again but he just gave my money back and told me to join the back of line after waiting 20mins already. When I confronted the manager the manager told me he didn’t send me to the back. Saying I was a liar in over words. Don’t appreciate the rudeness and lies and not following basic hygiene rules.

Dirty tables, disgusting toilets, youngsters behind the till with an attitude, it's not a good look for a chain just starting out in this country.

A go to when you are in a budget, best affordable meals/snacks when hanging out with family and friends. Not the healthiest of options but they offer not so huge calorie mini wraps/buritos.

Knew the name and thought I'd check it out. Wasn't overly impressed...but it's not expensive so I suppose it's not too bad for the price.

Poor service. Ordered 3 meals. Two of which we wasn't given the churros and was given cinnamon twirls instead. When I questioned this they said we haven't got any. Nothing was said to me during ordering. How are some crisps a replacement for churros with a chocolate dip. I would of order a completely different (cheaper meal). When I said to the guy he just said we haven't got anything else sweet so what do you want me to do about it. I won't be going there again and I will be telling the people I know not to bother to.

Lakeside is very busy. However, my lunch with taco bell was fantastic. Pretty cheap at approx 5£ a meal. Beats McDonalds. Love their fries too! I'd recommend.

100% my go to when visiting lakeside, brilliant for the price, good portions and always hot.

We ordered delivery from Lakeside branch and the food arrived soaked in our drink we had ordered the bag had disintegrated and the food was wet and cold. Also the quesidda was half empty and Spicy chicken berritta was filled with too many jalepino’s. We wish we had not placed the ordered. We tried phoning the branch and no one picked up

Decent tacos, there should be more meat compared to the salad. But overall as expected.

Great taste, value for money. Their food is better than German doner and Chopstick food places. Reasonable price, their spicy chips are fabulous. I will use only this place while going to lakeside shopping.

Sunday service. Waited half hour for my small order. Some people had been waiting 45-mins - 1 hour! Hardly any staff working, or they at least need more to keep up with the people in the queue and delivery orders. If I could give it a 0 for the speed of the service I would

Useless staff have no idea how to read an order from the app. Got it completely wrong when I opened the bag with half the order missing and they even argued with me about drinks that came with the meal. Terrible staff

UK franchises are not worth the money. Your better off at Chipotle or tortilla for a good burrito/taco

Just had a takeaway connie served me she is the best great service so full 5 stars as the food was good too! price not expensive average . Defo one of the best overall !

If you want to wait for half hour for your food (when they said it’ll be 15 minute wait), get treated like a slave, get served your food like you don’t deserve it, and then find your food either being wrong, or cold as fu€k.. then go down lakeside Taco Bell, Cause they’ll do it all for you.. and charge you for it. This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the world like Taco Bell does take long for the food usually, but it’s always worth the wait, lakeside on the other hand rips ya gizzards off and shoved em in your mouth :) hate you lakeside Taco Bell x

The quality depends on who has made it. Usually the nacho Belgrade is warm and a reasonable amount of toppings. In my last visit they were served completely cold, including the cheese sauce and so dry due to a Grinchy amount of topping. I left half the nachos as I had run out of topping and they were cold and dry.

Taco bell is great, especially when it's freshly made, the chalupa supreme is my favourite and the staff are helpful.

Gutted as today spent a fiver and got a totally inedible chalupa.. Was mingling.. Sad as I really love taco bell and its a treat for me as don't go out often

Hi I visited Taco Bell at Food Court Lakeside, 426 W Thurrock Way, West Thurrock, Grays RM20 2ZP on Saturday with my family and had a very bad experience. I was queuing like other customers in after 25-30 mins when i got my turn, the person on till challanged me that i jumped the queue therefore wont serve me whereas the 2 ladies behind me also confirmed him that they were queuing but he was so adamont and rude and not willing to listen at all. I said, you got CCTV everywhere and you can check in their if i jumped queue or not but he said - I dont need to see any thing, I have seen you whereas I kept on insisting - No I am not. I was with my 10 years old kid and she started crying due to his rude behaviour. How can he claim without any evidence that i jumped queue. It was such a humiliating experience I have and due to this I could not sleep last night as no one ever mis behaved with me in ever since i moved to this country (since 2005). I felt like he probably didnt like me or i feel now raciallly discriminated by that guy. This incident happend around 18:00 on 11-Dec-2021. If he can prove that i am wrong then I will offer my unconditional applogies otherwise he owes one for such a rude bahaviour. How can he not even listen a 10 year old child who was saying - no we were queying. She started crying because he said you are lying. He does not have any basic manner on how to deal with a child. how can you emplpy such a rude staff. I know he will falsy justify his behaviour now and as an organisation you have to suuport your staff but to be honest I will never ever visit Tacco Bell post this incident. Thanks

Hmmmm yummy Chips and cheddar mixed with spices is delicious I order for 2 and price is fair enough after eat everything from my order I feel fuuuuuly and lovely cinnamon crispy:)) Fast realization in busy time Good idea maybe mount display with numbers of order

Quick service, everything was hot and fresh! Friendly staff and no problem with me changing things such as no tomatoes and extra sauce etc!

Disappointed? Lack of filling in wraps, staff are extremely rude... wouldn't of minded, but mid week and not very busy....poor. go to the other taco place across the way next time

Always look forward to getting one when coming up to lakeside. Tasty food and personally I feel like the meals are really good prices for the amount you get!

Low cost low quality, but ok for a snack

It's Taco Bell. Large food court that currently allows for sit down. Food court isn't monitored by Taco Bell but its clean. Food was prepared in a timely manner and tasted as good as always. Much like any other chain restaurant, the taste is the same.

Full of golf weekenders! The restaurant was very loud due to lots of large parties and felt like a school dinning room. Food very mediocre. No cocktail menu which was surprising. Bedroom was clean and comfortable but both room and bathroom were in dire need of updating. Did not use the spa, but visited briefly and it looked lovely Overall, we had high expectations and were disappointed.

Having placed our order and waited 25 minutes whilst a fair few customers who ordered after us came and went, I asked a member of staff what the ETA of our order was. She came back to tell us it hadn't even been started as it had mysteriously "disappeared "from their screens. At this point I would have asked for my money back and gone elsewhere but my son was really looking forward to his meal. So a further 15 minutes later we get our order, or so I thought. Half of it was missing so they then went back for the rest. Finally got it all, there was a feeble apology for it being late, no offer of anything to sweeten the bad service we were given and to top it all off the food was rubbish. The volcano burritos my son ordered were mere pancakes, nothing whatsoever like the picture on the menu board. The quesadilla was barely warm when we got them and the churros, well, my Spanish grandmother would be turning in her grave at the cold, hard greasy product they pass for churros! I've had Taco Bell elsewhere and it's been fine but this one was abysmal.

Supposed to open at 11am, were late because they were busy chatting. Food was below par even though they just opened. Forgot the nachos and they gave one cheese sauce with the churros instead of the other sauce. plus there was barely any chocolate sauce, barely filled the pit. terrible start to the day

Finally decided to try Taco Bell out and whoever has come here can totally agree with my rant about this place, the waiting time for food (so after you've ordered) is unbelievably time consuming, I mean if you have time to waste, look no further. Here you will definitely kill time. It's quite surprising how relaxed the staff looked after seeing how backed up they were with orders. I don't know whether their equipment is bad or they were lacking in stock or whatever but staff communication was terrible. The kitchen is behind on orders but the cashier person keeps taking in orders and not saying how long the wait is. They was walking around eating and drinking where customers can see and that's unprofessional. But alas my food was ready, and don't get me wrong the food was alright but not for how long you wait. You could be waiting for a minimum of 15 minutes for a fast food place. A very bad representation of Taco Bell. Nothing like it compared to the ones in the US.

Not as good as America but still some of the best fast food in the country.

Try it fist time and it will be probably the last time. You get not that much food for the price. Portion are very small. Good to try for first time but that is about it. Nothing special.
