I ordered the vegan pad se ew monthly special and the automatic machine did not have an option to ask for with or without egg in the meal deal section, but Sam completely remade my food for me and even let me keep the one with egg to give to my friend. Very good service

We ordered the Pad Sew Ew with prawns, and it was absolutely delightful—flavorful and authentic, perfectly capturing the essence of Thai cuisine. I am vegan and today I came to eat green curry for the first time. Actually I forget to mention that I am vegan. Imalsha asked me that I am vegan or vegetarian. Imalsha explained that green curry is not vegan and he explained me about massamam curry. So I feel like to give it a try. Actually it is very delicious and will try more foods from Thai express. I will come back to this restaurant because that guy ( Imalsha) who is very caring about customers and their choices of food. Thai express has lot of options to choose such as vegan and gluten free also. Thank you imalsha for offering me a great and friendly service. He is very caring, polite,nice guy who has a very good knowledge about the menu.

Very disappointed with the service I received today, after placing my order on uber eats to collect with my 25 % off promo I was waiting for 25 mins only for Thai express to cancel my order. I then went to the desk to be told I had to pay extra under £30 because they aren’t running the promotion in store, so I suugested to order again on the app in front of them to show them that my initial bill was £19. Upon telling the server what i paid he went on the delivery tablet he said try again and I feel he blocked the promo as he done something because the price went up. He refuse to honour the promotion as he said they were having a quiet day no customers, this isn’t fair as you can’t offer promotions and then change it whenever sales aren’t going well for the day. This isn’t the first time I’m having this issue with this store. Im very disappointed and feel cheated. I asked the server for his name but he refused to give it. Response to your explanation: To clarify, my order was placed as a collection order via Uber Eats, not for delivery. After waiting 25 minutes, my order was cancelled, leaving me no choice but to reorder in-store at a higher price. If, as you say, you do not cancel orders, then why was my original order not fulfilled? Are you also stating that your store does not participate in Uber Eats collection services? I would appreciate a clear answer as this situation was frustrating and unfair
