Absolutely horrible food and not authentic at all. I ordered, and the food came 25 mins later and tasted of hot (temperature) nothing. Literally was like eating hot air Save your time and money and go elsewhere You have been warned

Ordered for the first time. Asked for veg rice and beef. Got plain rice which didn’t taste fresh. Serving was generous but quite tasteless…beef was lacking in quantity and veggies didn’t seem to ‘crunch’ right, like they were a bit raw… You might be better off at Chopstix opposite but I’ve not tried that so can’t vouch for it. £10.80 for the beef meal which isn’t reasonably priced.

Wanted to grab quick dinner on my lunch break. I know Thai Express are quite expensive but have big portions and are very filling so great for me as I was working until 10pm. Went to use the self service machine but there was an error when went to make payment. Rafi spotted that I was having an issue before I did and quickly put my order through on the till for me. He also packed my order when it was ready. He was very helpful and efficient which is great when you only have an hour to get back to work. I haven’t eaten there for ages but when I do it is always a positive experience

Ordered a chicken pad Thai, comes with chicken and tofu (why tofu when I order chicken?) Chicken bites cold and stall with hardly any chicken. The worst pad Thai I’ve ever had. Quite frankly McDonald’s would have been better. Quick service tho

I was serviced by Sam today in the lakeside branch and he went above and beyond for me. I am vegan and I made a mistake ordering rice with egg and he remade this for me and said “I will redo it as I want to make my customers happy” what a great member of staff! Thanks Sam

Food is amazing and they do gluten free and can make it not spicy. The food court is the food court though!

I always loved their pad Thai and was a regular, got pad Thai again today. As I am strictly vegetarian due to religious reasons I had vegetables and tofu as my protein option. While eating, found chunks of chicken in the food. Horrible experience, would never buy food from there.

Really good food. I normally don't eat Thai food much but this one was high quality. Rice tasted superb,tom yum soup was nice as well. I wish they put more broth and shrimp in the shop instead of lots of veggies.

The staff are very friendly :) Vegan options are good and the tofu actually has flavour. The only down side is that there are no vegan sides. With the portion they give you there's no need for sides!

It is sooo good and always nice and hot!! It was closed for ages but I’m so glad it is open again. Can’t go wrong with their Thai fried rice and basil fried rice, they’re both so delicious!! I just wish they always had their desserts stocked up.
