Priyanka brought out us our food and we forgot to put table service 💪👍💯

The staff here exceed great service especially Priyanka, from my first time arriving there is never a time that I come in and do not feel welcomed and well taken care of

Priyank was so helpful with everything, she was polite and kind and brought our food out even though we had not ordered table service. She went above and beyond to make sure our kfc experience was exceptional. She is a brilliant member of staff

chicken was delayed in coming out, but the taste was good and priyanka was polite

the food is cold. I don't know if its the drivers fault or restaurant, but the fries are cold and stale, the corn in the cob had condensation and is so cold. it looks like the order had been left out for a long time

I had a great experience at KFC recently. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always classic KFC quality that hits the spot every time. What made the visit even better was the helpful service from a staff member named Siva. She was kind, professional, and made sure everything was in order with my order. Order was good but did not receive the hot wings

You need to order your food own your own at kiosk( computer ).staff was good and polite. But on week day it's hard to find some parking. Cheers

Shocking service, server didn’t bother to put the drinks in a cup holder expecting me to struggle with a bag of food and drinks. Mixed up order firstly then continued to talk to his coworkers in their own language while I waited for the correct order.

Unfortunately food was stone cold after delivery time was pushed back by 5 minutes everytime it was due to be delivered

Best food ever had, I ordered a BBQ chicken rap and it's the best I've had. I recommend it and the watermelon and lime fizzy drink, its a wonderful go to drink to have. Food was fast and efficient and the staff are really polite. Coming back here everytime I have the money

I’ve visited this particular KFC branch a few times and I must say that the staff are very efficient and polite. The food was served quickly and arrived warm. The toilets are well kept and are always clean. Overall the experience is good and I would recommend this branch.

Driver rode his moped over my neighbours and my front patio to make the delivery even though if he parked on the drive it is a 3 second walk???

We ordered a family bucket for different chicken options, we received 10 pieces of chicken with 8 pieces being leg. The chips were also hard and the legs were all soggy and through it all away. We called to complain and the aragant person on the phone said they mainly cooked leg and more or less accused me of lying about the chips. The meal was disgusting and will never order from Grays again. They should have offered a replacement or a refund

Food came, and every bit of food was cold and or mushy and very poorly made. Physically couldn’t finish it even after warming up. An abysmal rating is very generous considering how bad it was. Never ordering again

Messed up order leaving 2 of the family without dinner. Got a refund for the 2 missing meals but refunds didn’t feed the children so had to order elsewhere resulting in significantly more money. Just get the order correct.

Order a dinner for kids after school. They send me all the foods is hot but tasteless. It was so disappointed ☹️. Meals come with Pepsi they gave me cherry Pepsi,hot wings doesn’t hot spicy and tasteless.
