The driver gave me the wrong order and said that was what he was given. Only for him to go back to him bike and find my correct order without the coffee and told me there wasn’t any coffee. I opened my order to find most the pancakes drenched in coffee and now cannot eat it. I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated.

The chips was cold, white and like cardboard the burger was soggy, burnt and the lettuce and onion was all brown and was freezing cold and the garlic dippers were freezing cold and rock hard absolutely disgraceful meal

nugget meal stale nasty dry tastes like cardboard fries under cooked n stale

Hi there, When I ordered my meal I specified no onions in my burger and there was onions in it and I am not very happy with this service if I could give it no stars I would my milkshake had leaked in the bag and all over the cup terrible experience

wrong coffee delivered and food was cold

A shame one of the drinks was spilt

The hot chocolate was not properly packed and it spilt all over my floor as the driver tried to hand it over. The driver said he would be back with another cup of hot chocolate but he has not returned.

I went there for breakfast. It was a clean and tidy restaurant, and the food was what you would expect. However, the service was a bit slow, which was surprising given that it wasn’t particularly busy at the time.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ignored when first getting in as seems they focus more on drive through customers. Then simply requested another drink from a staff member who rudely walked off as she said its not her department. Then when I told her she didn't need to be rude and I wanted to make a complaint I was told you can do that if you want but nothing will be done. Its clear from the reaction of staff that there is no consideration of great customer service nor any concern of customers being dissatisfied or complaining. Sad to experience for such a large establishment

I only go there for wrap of the days, whoever makes the wraps are really stingey with the sauce and half the time contents of the wrap sit all at the bottom.

Order arrived an hour and a half late, tried contacted the restaurant and driver was not english so did not understand me. Food arrived cold and undercooked. Will not be using this app anymore. Go to the restaurant if you want quick and hot food! Don’t waste your money or time

Me and my family went to McDonald’s on Wednesday 8th and my little brother got a chicken nugget happy meal , as he was eating there was brown stuff in the nugget we immediately told the manager and they had no clue what was in his nugget and didn’t do anything about the situation. You should not be serving food unless you can serve good quality food absolutely disgusting

Good place to eat and meet up. Service is good and there is room for improvement. Quality food and busy atmosphere. Altogether, a great place.

DO NOT order from here! How the staff can misplace the same meal TWICE within the same week is beyond me. How can we order 2 meals and you forgot to put one of the meals in the bag? Will be putting in a formal complaint. Before anyone says anything. We never order but I’ve had a tooth extracted today and thought it’s give them a second chance 😒

ordered 2 breakfast and only got 1. this isn't the first time i have had an order missing and probably won't be the last. think they need to double check that everything is right before sending the driver off it's unacceptable.

Hi, we dropped by for a drink and a mixed berry muffin just 20 mins ago . It's a grey miserable day..you all brightened up our spirits with cheerful , friendly service, drinks and muffin were great. THANK YOU!

Drinks went all over the food and in the McFlurry

One of the newly refurbished Mcdonalds sites. Not that large a car park . Ordering was easy and the food actually bought to the table. Friendly staff and an exceptionally clean restaurant. Food was what you expect , if not a touch better. A great place to have a break. Used drive through and was served swiftly.

Ordered breakfast got home and was missing so much food. If the staff spent more time working and less time chatting and playing games this wouldn’t be an issue. What disgraceful service. Won’t be coming back to this joke of a restaurant again.

Every time we come here the machine doesn't have paper..... every time. Considering wr sat here for 30min and no one changed it after I told them the machine is out of paper shows you what to expect from this Mc Donalds. Chips were cold yet again. Told the lady behind the counter when she gave me my fries and all I got was a blank look when she dropped the sauces onto the tray from height and turned her back and walked away. Mozzarella sticks cold and hard not warm and gooey like they should be. How hard is it to give your customers fresh warm fries and warm Mozzarella sticks. Customer service is shocking from 50% of the staff. Big tasty again came with hardly any sauce so not tasty, bacon cold like it just come from the fridge. Lettuce and tomato added by slingshot from the car park. This Mc Donalds should be shut down.

Never even showed up, really upset and angry at this as I’ve waited patiently ever since my order was confirmed at 19:20 and I waited for it only not to show up and say “Delivered”? That’s absolutely absurd and dumb.

Tracking the driver he went 20mins away to come back to me, when I was only 2 mins away from the resturant. When he arrived with my meal it was stone cold and unedible. Also there were no napkins or a straw for my drink
