Not great. Chow Mein had no flavour and the Chicken in the Kung Po chicken was very poor quality. The whole thing reminded me of being home cooked and not cooked by professionals. Shame really.

Very rude accused and threatened me of not paying so had to pay double not nice people pre ordered food for a certain time came completely the wrong time was terrible service food wasn’t great either wouldn’t waste time or money never ordering from them again.

Went to the pizza hut in Thurrock that says its open till 9pm and there big white sheet over it, I think it's closed down, pizza hut please update the information online.

Manager unhelpful with regards to my buy a gift booking. Just keep telling me I had booked it wrong even though I had a confirmation email & unique code. Was not interested in helping brought over laptop in front of other customers to show me I had booked it incorrectly & kept repeating i had done it wrong then asked his waitress to deal with us and thank God julianna took over I had infact booked it correctly and had the unique code the manger needed. Manager just did not want to know & came across as rude Julianna however was brilliant & we received excellent service from her I have emailed head office about this too
