Ordered cheesy garlic bread slices but they arrived plain. I also ordered a spicy chicken wrap, that also arrived plain. My peri peri chips barely had any peri peri seasoning on them either, other food was ok but overall half of it wasn’t what I asked for. Used to order a lot from here but don’t think I will as much now

(EDITED) Man at till forced me to write a 5 star review and bribed me with chicken which he did not give me. Which to be honest doesn’t bother. Food was slightly raw which could lead to illness and also hair in chicken burger

Not the best, chicken hard and not fresh, sane with chips, small and not very tasty hot wings .

Food arrived late almost 15 mins late not acceptable.

first thing was I never received my discount of 20% off my order and 2nd thing was the chips were all over cooked so couldn't eat alot of them and the 3rd thing was it stated a delivery time before ordering and this doubled and then still delayed

awful ,how hard is it to get fried chicken right , so hard and stale it would have easily broken a window is thrown ! lets talk about chip , take them out the freezer and fry them untill crisp , not witn this place , again stale. soggy , cold , if you like food , dont bother with this place all your going to do is empty your bank and fill your bin bags up !!!!

Great food, tasty, succulent and tasty, the service is OK, bit slow at times and filled with school kid yob's swearing and calling each other names, great atmosphere, should of cleated them out once they got thier chips 🍟

Select chicken - AKA fat burgers, fat pizza and dessert - although pizza was really nice could not get dessert order right and had to get refund after trying to palm is off with more food !!!

There is about 4 different franchises operating out of here, all subpar. The food here is always cold, it must be sitting out for ages, as of writing this review this place is rated 4/5, which is ridiculous, this is the worst chicken shop I have been to in England (including ones I have got food poisoning from). Just by looking at the reviews they are definetly dodgy 5 star reviews, must have been paid, one man even said they tried to bribe him with chicken? Avoid

Called 10 mins after end of time given and was told 20 mins, then after another 35 mins called again and told driver on way and would be 10 mins

Awful… Just about on time with seconds to spare, chicken family bucket well the wings were dryer than anything! Chicken on the bone was greasy and slimy couldn’t eat it, chicken strips were nice but not actual strips we couldn’t tell the difference between the wings and the strips… chips nice that’s about it!

He was very rude to my girlfriend asking her to show him her shish kebab I mean it’s not beautiful but it’s not shish kebab I’m very cross as this was a disgusting comment 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Selekt Chicken's food I have tested is very good, the grill chicken specially is very good and tasty and their staff is very friendly And the prices are also very reasonable much bttr thn KFC.

They reopen the shop it look much better then before love the service and food chicken was tender and juicy stuff was good help me do the selection for my party offer me discount . I will definitely go again

Great food, arrived hot and on time. We were all impressed by the new menu and flavours. I have to stay it is much better than the other local takeaways, keep it up!

I am very impressed by this place, they have upgraded the menu and I can see there is new management in place. It's now my favourite place to eat at for lunch, the chicken was freshly cooked and tasted much better than what I've had before. Will be coming more regularly from now on. Thanks!

Ordered from here, food arrived hot and with ample condiments included, burger was good and chicken had good bite to it in the burger, chips were good and has a good crunch and we're crispy. order arrived quickly

Ordered something for the family and it came early. Tastes really nice as usual. Frendly staff and gave us extra food for free👍👍

Purchased the Master bucket 26th October 22, the advert shows 2 portions of onion rings when only 2 was in the bucket, some of the breast looks as if the chicken has been sliced off then recoated with seasoning. had sickness next day. the shop needs closing for a refurb as it looks neglected inside with damaged menu screens. 1st every visit to this shop and completely dissatisfied. this eatery is a disgrace to Corringham town centre. would have given zero stars. if I know this shop was only 3star food rating I would have walked past, needs a visit from food safety team.

This place's food is delicious but received downfall over time; They used to serve chicken kebabs that were amazing! But they had been taken off the menu for some reason. Had ordered quite alot overtime and felt like service was declining as the food felt dryer and didnt recive the amount of food we ordered; We had ordered a bucket which had 6 of everything but didnt meet expectations as we received less food. Every chicken bucket meal has a certain amount of every chicken but you cant customise buckets (not big of a deal but we would like to address.) This place can be lovely for a takeaway but be aware of these things. 7/10!

Went to Select for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised to find the grilled chicken burger to be one of the best I have had. It was cooked to perfection and the chicken was tender and flavorful.

Pricing has changed thrice in a month. Staff are not sure of the menu. One day they say a wrap has been discontinued the other time they say the wrap has been selling for a long time. The card machine also does not work all the time. Food handling process is not up to mark. Gloves are not worn all the time. On the other hand the place is clean. Food quality is good, fries are not too bad at all.

Awful communication and when called asking about a delivery I was told not to trust #ubereats as the driver let him down. My order is stuck and the place closed. Avoid at all costs

Got sent the wrong order to start with. Piri Piri chips were fab, definitely recommend them. Veg wrap was soggy and no tast. Veg burger tasted of just grease. Would not buy Veg option again.

Ordered last night. Everything looked like it was refried dozens of times. Ended in disaster. Couldnt even hold it down. Only used as kings was closed big mistake

I tried to call them for 1 h! It was busy non stop! Probably they make personal phones or someone didn’t place the phone back so people can’t order. I tried to order online, horrible website! Could not place any order as it was loading continuously! I will never ever in my life order from them! Horrible, horrible experience!

3rd time. Worst chips ever. 1st time I went there.. I saw the guy behind the counter try and give me old chips from a bag of chips that was already served. Couple months later I ordered food.. chips are old and stale. Now maybe a year later, I thought let me give them a try. Maybe they have improved by now.. she thing. Old stale dark looking chips. My kids are eating it because they are hungry but the chips are disgusting. Worst !!

food was amazing and i enjoyed my time in the shop but its just a bit expensive

I had to wait outside for an extra 35 minutes for them to open which was kind of annoying but they haven’t been open for long. The employees were calm and wasn’t rude but they did take their time. I ordered 3 wings and fries and they did not disappoint. The juicy texture in the chicken wings and the seasoning on the batter was just immaculate, The texture on the chips were amazing. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and that is exactly what I like. I would rate this 5 stars but the unfortunate delay in the opening times pushed it down to a 4 star. I defiantly would recommend this chicken shop if you need something quick to grab for a lunch that would fill you up for a long period of time.

Just Had 3 piece chicken and chips meal, for £2.89 Really good price for the chicken would recommend. Chips has a nice tasty taste, chicken is the perfect texture. And the food comes hot.

We went the first Friday after it opened and it was super busy. But the staff couldn’t have been any nicer and was constantly apologising for the long wait times (which was understandable) They were super friendly and the food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Definitely recommend.
