Disgusting, Cutlery dirty, plates dirty, hair in food. Ask for table To be cleaned and staff wasn’t impressed Staff just chat don’t ask if you’re ok. Place was filthy. Walked Out. Made us feel sick!!!! 🤢

We was the only ones there on a sunny afternoon in August!, empty, dark & uninviting & stuck in the corner of the restaurant. Just 8 finger sandwiches & 2 tea plates of the same cakes that was obvious ready for the wedding that day, no scones, tarts, sausage rolls etc & given 2 white MUGS to help ourselves from the vending machine, then left alone, we had to ask them back as vending machine not working, no tea pot etc. Definitely not enough staff & definitely not worth £31!! How they call it an afternoon tea!. . I refused to pay. Thankfully we was at a wonderful event there in the evening - food not supplied by them!.

Food is great, but the service is exceptional. The young girl working at the counter was incredibly helpful and kind while maintaining professional and being able to multitask underpressure well. swallow

Great restaurant. Sitting amongst the plants and having great food was a real joy this morning. I love the fact that they open relatively early on Sundays so I don’t have to wait till 11 AM to have brunch. Our server was great, although he did not introduce himself, so I can’t shout him out here. The one thing I would change is the comfort of the seating. It’s a little harsh on the tush. Highly recommend the non-alcoholic beverages and the vegetarian options as well. You may find yourself being tempted to shop at the Terrain store next-door. Totally different vibe. The staff there are borderline rude and most unhelpful. Either before or after your meal, drop by the shop and enjoy the plants, if you must. But for the best experience, just avoid the staff at the Terrain shop.

I ordered Box of 6 doughnuts, and a burger meal. What I received was absolutely shocking. Fries were so dry and hard, you could chip your teeth on it, I paid for a bottle of Fanta, received drink from dispenser which wasn't fanta at all. But doughnut were the worst ! So stale and dry! Manager refused to give me a refund, very poor quality of food, and bad customer service.

VERY disappointed on food quality… chicken cheep frozen tasteless … SAUCE .. gloopy .. 5 small pieces of what’s suppose to be chicken in my dish. won’t be ordering again YUCK!

Not good at all my son found bit of plastic in he's food. Wish I kept it but put in bin. Food wos taistless aswell. Rice wos sticky and stuck together. WARNING!! Do not use this place. Discussing..

Food was good but the staff were arrogant and useless. Orders were piling up after being cooked but not given to the hoards of waiting customers. After waiting and waiting for my food I was told by a member of staff that I could not have a sauce with my food as I did not pre order it. After several minutes arguing with that staff member that I had always been able to have sauces with my food without pre ordering it, I gave up. Obviously this branch does not train its staff in common courtesy or the importance of its customers. There were no serviettes, the floor was dirty and the food was cold after being left standing. I would never go there again. If I could have given it a 0 out of ten I would have. Avoid.

Never fails to fill. Could use with a staff member on the shop floor being so large eating area. Good toilet area. Great..

I had a cheeseburger and a coke the food was fine but some of the chips were cold but the rest was nice will go back

Les pâte sont bonne elle sont pas si cramé que de que l'ont crois je leur bonne note pour cela en vous souhaitant une bonne journée à vous qui allez. Mais attention au steak il sûrement nucléaire !
