Food was spot on and piping hot. Did have a couple of things missing on order, but quickly rectified. Only human, would recommend!

Asel served us and was warm, friendly and had a lovely laugh. She was a gracious loser at rock, paper and scissors. Food was lovely.

One Star - Appalling Service and Bizarre Behaviour My recent experience at Nando’s was truly disappointing, primarily due to the unbelievably unprofessional behaviour of the staff. While the food was mediocre at best, it was the service that left a truly sour taste. Upon ordering a Coca-Cola, I immediately noticed it was completely flat. I politely informed a staff member, expecting a quick replacement. Instead, I was met with disbelief. What followed was truly bizarre: the staff member proceeded to pour themselves a glass from the same machine, and then, incredibly, shared it amongst several other staff members, all while standing in my view, as if to conduct some sort of public taste test to "prove" me wrong. The sheer audacity of this display was astounding. Not only was my feedback dismissed, but I was made to feel like I was being unreasonable. The staff seemed more concerned with their own internal debate about the fizziness of the drink than with addressing a customer's concern. Needless to say, no replacement drink was offered, and the entire interaction was incredibly uncomfortable and insulting. Beyond this bizarre incident, the general demeanour of the staff was lackluster and inattentive. Getting their attention for anything was a task, and there was a distinct lack of care for the diners' experience. I strongly advise anyone considering dining at here to think twice. The combination of mediocre food and truly unprofessional, almost comical, staff behaviour makes for a thoroughly unpleasant experience. There are far better establishments in lakeside that value their customers and understand basic customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I had whopper meal , it was just awful over cook but I was so hungry at the time I had to eat it I spent lat 2 days being sick and really bad tummy , not happy ☺️

Constant displays & evidence of anti social behaviour (direct) encouraging & allowing anti social behaviour (indirect) loud music, shouting, car violations & utter disrespect for anyone who lives in the area. If you value your neighbourhood - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. ignorant owners ignorant staff - & rinding their privilege to the utter detriment of their neighbourhood. Time they went. 215 booking - Young barman got kids dinner wrong, chips instead of mash, couldn't wait as toddler hungry. Lemonade was like soda so got it exchanged, man that led us to table was bit rude. Staff too slow in clearing empty tables. Girl came to clear our plates, no communication, ie: has everyone finished, felt like they wanted rid of us, the only lovely lady was the one doing the carving of meat, really friendly. Shame with this experience as new customers

My son ordered food from Favourites in Tilbury and my son found a long hair in his chips. And I contacted them and they said it’s not from of any of their workers. It’s absolutely disgusting.

Family and I decided to order a takeaway from the Voujon tonight and we are so glad that we did. The food was absolutely delicious!! We all enjoyed our meals very much, especially the Chicken Biryani. The service was also great and the staff were very helpful, despite only getting a takeaway. I highly recommend The Voujon, Orsett. Thank you very much 😊
