Nice day with my girls, the staff was friendly and had great suggestions and the manager popped over, we loved the limoncello he brought us and the cocktails was lovely and yhe food was delicious especially my gamberoni

Monique made us very welcome and offered us a table by the window when one became available before our food had arrived which, although we didn't take up the offer, it was nice to have been asked.

The restaurant has a warm and cozy feel, and the smell of fresh pasta made me excited to eat. Our waitress, Maria, was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.The pasta was fresh, the sauces were full of flavor, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was the best I’ve ever had. The food, the atmosphere, and Galo and Maria’s great service made this a perfect dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back

Valery was very kind and very responsive of our needs. We were on a tight schedule and needed it have dinner quickly. She made sure we were served promptly by Armand and another lady (member of staff). We were very happy and felt looked after. Thank you 💐

Took my daughter for her 4th birthday. It was by far the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. Monique and Valerie went out of their way to make my daughter feel special. They were friendly, kind and although the restaurant was busy every table was receiving the time they needed and not being rushed. The special “robot” delivered my daughter birthday ice cream and even sang happy birthday. She had a great time and the staff built memories to last forever. I would definitely recommend visiting as the food was really nice too but for me the service from Monique and Valerie will be hard for another restaurant to beat as they were so attentive. Well done!!

Exceptional service from Maria during our visit. We have dined here many times and we always hope that we will be served by Maria because she makes this place. The food is always fresh and hot and it has a nice varied menu which is always a favourite with our children too.

Not a lot for people with allergies to eat and are told by staff you can’t have anything but a plain pizza which was not the tastiest.

I have come back regularly to visit this location. I enjoy the food; it’s super tasty each time & the staff are really lovely (I was served by Monique the last two times I visited). I travel from Greenwich to this location because it’s just a nice calm environment by the water to eat & be at rest. Additionally, I am grateful for Monique’s compassion and care in her service on my previous visit - I had had a challenging day & she was kind when dealing with my requests. I appreciated that greatly & commend her quality of service. I will be visiting again!

Our server Monique was really nice and also attentive. The food was tasty but unfortunately my Marco Polo had a hair in it. Was really quiet for a Saturday evening, I think our party of 10 were the only ones in our half of the restaurant which affected the atmosphere somewhat.

Nice environment. very attentive and helpful serving staff. food was lovely. Our waitress was Daniela and she was fantastic. Please make sure the robot was a novelty only and not to replace the human staff.

We visited your lakeside branch yesterday and were served by Monique. Honestly she’s the most friendly, welcoming and funny host. She couldn’t do enough for us despite being run ragged by a table of women and feral children that were causing utter carnage and messing up her whole area. She was so apologetic even under immense pressure. She’s a credit to you, please make sure she see’s our appreciation and is commended. As for the food I’m a coeliac, the pizza was amazing!! My family thoroughly enjoyed their food too so we’ll definitely be coming back!

Review for Bella Italia, Lakeside Our experience at Bella Italia in Lakeside was disappointing. When the waitress came to take our order, she kept pushing us to order starters, making us feel pressured. As a result, we only ordered for our hungry child and one starter. When the starter arrived, she placed it on the table and, in a noticeably bitter tone, asked if that was all. She then left the table with an overly strong and almost sarcastic “Bon appétit.” The overall service felt unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the food we ordered for our child was completely forgotten. When we asked about it, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the waitress insisted she had confirmed our order three times—when she clearly hadn’t. Strangely, once we pointed it out, the food arrived within 1–2 minutes, which raised concerns about its freshness and quality. Adding to the poor experience, the chef was on his break at a table next to us, loudly watching TikTok videos on his phone, which made the atmosphere feel unprofessional and disruptive. Would not recommend based on this visit.

Pizza was stone cold. Chicken in the chicken and mushroom pasta was delicious but the sauce tasted like tinned cream of mushroom soup. won't bother again.

Monique looked after us this evening, was helpful with recommending us our food (which was spot on), checked in with us regularly, was chatty and extremely welcoming. Unfortunately there was a table who were clearly there to get a free meal. Monique emphasised, offered them reductions on their meal, and acted in a completely professional manner towards their unreasonable demands. A recommendation should be made towards her professionalism. Absolutely AMAZING waitress, would come back again because of her, she is a true asset to the company!
