Have been to this place loads of times but went with a decent sized group recently and we basically ordered one of everything on the menu. Everyone was impressed and left wanting more. The chicken tastes amazing with a crispy coating and juicy inside. The sauces are brilliant and full of flavour. And the buns and condiments are fresh and delicious. Always great service, locally sourced ingredients and always absolutely delicious. You really can't get much better than this. It's just on a different level to any other fried chicken you'd get in the area.

Not a bad charity shop overall, plenty of stock, wheelchair accessible and some classic/vintage crockery towards the back. The only downside is the pricing, quite a few items are up for sale that are sometimes double the price than they are normally. For example their second hand dvds, which they sell at £2 each, CEX you can buy the same thing for £1 and other charity shops usually 3 for £1 or 5 for £1. If you want your store to put more money through the till you need to make the products that are donated to you more accessible to the people that want to support the charity.

Not my first time here but as I said to our host it’s the best meal I’ve had since I was last there. Food is excellent! I love the at atmosphere, this is a Michelin star restaurant without all the pompous nonsense that so often goes along with it. You feel more like a guest in someone’s lovely warm comforting home. Despite how wonderful the food is and how lovely the atmosphere of the restaurant is the thing that always stands out to the most is hits how lovely the staff/owners are. They could not be more kind, knowledgeable, down to earth lovely people. I’ve been lucky enough to eat in some fabulous eateries all around the world but this is still my favourite when all things are taken into account. Thanks again for another fantastic evening last night, we feel so incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant just 5 minutes from our front door.

We had a family meal last night and were very disappointed with the slow service and poor presentation of the dishes. The chicken katsu I ordered just looked dumped on the plate with no finesse. We asked for extras with the burgers which were missing and I had to request again. This is the second time we have visited and requested a wine on the list which was yet again unavailable. We would have stopped for a dessert but due to the time already passed we didn't want to wait any longer.

Room looks magnificent, bed comfortable. But there's no water in the bathroom, hot or cold, there's no answer on the telephone when you call to ask them to sort it out, and there's no response to email. So disappointed that I can hardly begin to put it into words. No idea where I can go for a shower before attending a funeral this afternoon.

Very poor, where to start. slow service waitresses with lack of experience, had to chase up coffees and then had to get someone's attention to order more drinks. Builders breakfast basic and lukewarm at best serviced on a plate and then a bowl? This would be easier both to serve and to eat on a plate, the waitress nearly dropped it on the table as it was heavy. No management figure present with no attention to detail. With so many options in Bury S Edmunds I will not be returning, reading other comments I don't think this place is very popular it seems. My advise spend your money elsewhere

Love this small part of Greece in Bury st Edmunds, great food (and Greek coffee and baklava), drinks (including the best espresso martinis), ambience, deli and service (friendly and attentive). Takes me back to the Sporades Islands and the pine covered island of Skopelos. Would highly recommend this little independent restaurant xx
