We were staying a few miles away and ordered a takeaway as they were full in the restaurant. Wow, really good / Authentic Thai food and all cooked to order.
This is not called il Caprese anymore - Michael’s Bistro as it is now called, was lovely for starters but the main courses were disappointing - it’s a shame’s especially the ramen which was without chili
We had walked from Cromer to Sheringham on he beach and back via coastal path found ourselves in east runton , what a great treat we found Sammys . The Sunday lunch was delicious, great service and dog friendly what’s not to like ! If you are in the area definitely worth a visit .
Lunch was absolutely delicious and all cooked to order and our fish was full of flavour with a light tasty batter. The team here are all very friendly as is the Owner. Had not been for a while and will certainly return again. Thank you
We stayed at The Harnser for one night (it is also a lovely B&B), and decided to have dinner at the same place to make things easier, and we didn't regret it. The place is lovely and the food was amazing, we decided to share some tapas my wife and I and they were delicious. Cooked breakfast the next morning was great too. Keep up the good work!
Been here before as we are fairly local and it was good. But this time terrible and very expensive we had roast pork with apple sauce, stuffing and crackling. Meat was mostly really Fatty and baguette was filled mostly with stuffing best bit was the crackling. At £8 each I expect far better just ripping off the holiday makers. Don’t think we will be going again. It was barely warm so back to the pie man at sheringham for us.
A wonderful grocery cum deli cum greengrocer cum wine merchant.
We always stop here if passing through or staying nearby. It’s an alladins cave of tasty treats and delicious stuff. The baked goods are excellent and the cakes usually very good….todays ginger and pear cake was exceptional.
We went to to About With Friends (behind the church) today and sadly, it was their last day open. It's very clean, with friendly staff willing to help, or chat when you need them. It's a shame they are closing. Good luck to Clive, Bob and Kim for the future.
Great tea shop in lovely setting just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Cromer. Set in beautiful gardens with a boating pool for the kids. A real hidden gem
Walked in just as they were closing and clearing up, yet received a really warm welcome as I'd we were the first customers of the day.
Lovely old school tea shop with great cakes, friendly service and a welcome break from the rain.
Would recommend when visiting Wells
We went to Hoveton Hall Garden on a rainy day. We stopped at the cafe twice. Once for drinks and then for lunch. The fish finger sandwiches were great. We had toasted banana bread with honey and a brownie. Both were fantastic. Both members of staff were lovely and really helpful. The barn was lovely and warm with the log burner. Many thanks for great service.
Couldn’t rate the staff more highly . We had brought family for a walk by the lake and a sausage sandwich lunch. Was initially told we had arrived to late for sausages as the cafe had moved to a different lunchtime menu , but when saying we had come especially for the sausages they said no problem and fresh sausages for 5 were cooked just for us . Super tasty as usual .
Our annual trip to this quirky tearoom didn’t disappoint. The cheerful owner is happy to provide food n drink in any combination you choose. But why you wouldn’t want their treacle tart and custard is beyond me!
Great service, fab home cooked treats, reasonable prices and an interesting mini antiques centre to browse … what’s not to like??!!
