Nice take away friendly chips were really nice

The guy have very bad attitude towards customers. Very arrogant and rude. I wait 40min for my eat in order and he just serving other customers. When I said cancel my order and give me refund because its take too long. He said I can’t give you refund. Very poor customer service.

Good place to eat . It needs a bit more atmosphere .

Average food non professional workers all workers overseas students they don't know what they do mostly dirty uniform with Stane manager don't know about customer service very slow service on takeaway or delivery or dine in not recommended

Been coming to cafe 1 since opening, been around 15 years , I’m sitting in crown court having cheese flan with chips and beans , absolutely amazing quality food with customer service, Keep it up, never fails 100.

Expensive beer and no food at all which has been discontinued since the refurbishment . Therefore this is a pub now and not a pub restaurant.

Has to be one of the worst curries I’ve ever had, tasted as though everything had been burnt. Would not recommend at all if you’re in Luton. Staff didn’t seem bothered that you were there, we asked for a table and they just pointed at us to sit down

Food is consistently nice. However when I called today with a menu enquiry I was told that the person didn't have time to answer my question, to go online and then hung up the phone. It's a constant rush to get you off the phone.

Good honest food at good honest prices. Also chilli sauce is great.

We went there for an Italian club meal and like I made a mystery thing and it was very good

I’m extremely disappointed with the service and food here. I ordered a French toast with blueberries and strawberries which I paid £8.90 for and this is what I got. 1 slice of brioche and just strawberries. When I went to the counter to ask why I’ve received only this, they were very dismissive and said this is what you get. They did not offer anything else as I told them I was very unhappy and that I’ve paid almost £9 for 1 slice and some strawberries. I am extremely disappointed that a chain brand like muffin break employ staff that have no customer service skills and are unhelpful. I would never recommend coming to this place!
