Ordered a takeaway. I think the chef must have spilled a whole pot of chilli powder into the biriyanis! They were inedible. Bombay potatoes were good. Korma was too sweet. Very disappointing.

that tikka masala was the BEST takeaway masala I have ever had! 11 out of 10, get it normal for a traditional bit of heat in it, sooooo good

Delivered late the sag aloo was burnt and bitter, the chicken curry had that boiled chicken smell to it. Salad was not fresh. All in all pretty poor.

Pure class! By far the best Indian food in Luton. A bit more expensive than other restaurants but worth it for the quality of the meats, rich sauces and hygiene status.

Fantastic food, love the fact you can choose your spice. Everyone has their go to Indian and mine was closed on a Sunday evening so we took a chance with a new one and glad we did. Will definitely be ordering again!

Come eat at this shop for mouldy nan bread. Overpriced but worst of all you serving manky bread for those prices. Disappointing.

The food is excellent and friends I have taken to the restaurant are now regular customers. The online service is great as well, no delivery charge and very efficient. The staff are very good and friendly. Love this place.

really good selection and as vegetarians appreciate that every dish can be ordered with vegetables, potato or ponir. Food was lovely, but the chana masala was quite spicy, where we had ordered it as mild, we have done this before and it has always been mild when requested,, so not sure if they forgot.

lamb Tandoori was too salty, bland and expensive for the amount. miniscule Salad with half a cherry tomato? Mint sauce more like Mayo. Disappointing meal.

One of the best Indians I’ve had long time, great flavour and fresh.

Ordered as medium spice and what was received was inedible, may a-swell of just gave me a bowl of chilli’s, very poor, will not order again and I advise everybody else to do the same.

Always order from here and is probably the best Chicken tikka biryani in Luton. Medium is very spicy and mild is too mild, but very tasty!

My order didn’t end up being collection. Mistake on my part thinking I knew the pick up location and I was staying elsewhere. Miraj sorted it out with no hesitation which was incredibly helpful. They turned up very quick, hot and every dish was perfect to us. I couldn’t recommend more and will definitely order again once I’m home. Thank you for sorting us out for my sisters birthday meal. Could have been a disaster. Big thumbs up for her CTM!

Everything spot on but you can get the same quality a lot cheaper had 20% of and still way more expensive than where I normally go decent but expensive

Tried this Indian Restaurant on the recommendation of a neighbour. I can't complain about the food but it was so much more expensive than our favourite Indian (Dildar Sundon Park) £4 more on a curry, poppadoms £1.20 more £9 for a small glass of wine!! We won't be coming back, sorry

Great Indian restaurant in general, but took off 2 stars because of weird Tikka Masala (to me anyways, daddy liked it) and solid frozen ice cream. But still recommend!!!!!!!!

I travel from kent to visit family in Luton, every time I'm here I get a curry from the Miraj.Dhansak is my favourite. Proper chicken that falls apart when you eat it. Fantastic flavour. Like someone said on a review, not the best looking place. But to me the best Indian takeaway in Luton. Highly recommended.

We had chicken Dhansak and Bhuna, both of top quality and flavour. The Dhansk was a standout dish for me. Highly recommended.

Best Authentic Indian restaurant in Luton by a country mile.

Very disappointed, we've been ordering from Miraj for a while now and the food was ok at the beginning but sadly quality gradually went down, just greasy, salty mash, not fresh food like it used to be, also it's very pricey for what it is.

If you want a container of oil for your take out. Come here. Bonus, upset stomach next day

Great food. My go to Indian takeaway. Tried all the ones that deliver to me and to be honest none of them compare to this. A hallmark of a good lamb balti (my fav) is great flavour with good heat and the lamb so tender it falls apart which is exactly what their balti is like. All the other balti dishes from other restaurants is so poor in comparison with chewy lamb. Miraj has very friendly delivery staff too. The only snag is that it is a bit expensive but I would still give it 5 stars. I do think prices have gone up with cost of living crisis though. I mean ONE large Pizza Hut pizza meal deal delivery on Deliveroo is now £30 (one pizza, one side and a drink). I usually get two mains from Miraj, one rice, one naan and one side dish. If you call them direct they give you a free cobra. All of that is £40. Yes naans at £5 is a bit expensive but I disagree with others about being very expensive when you compare to other places like Pizza Hut which are average quality at best yet very expensive.

Not a fan of Indian cuisine. But here, in principle, it was delicious and a pleasant atmosphere. If we are nearby, we will come to eat.

The naan is a scam, charging 5 pounds for a naan smaller than a regular naan ,what's with that huh ,never ordering from it again, reviews were good on Google but the food was extremely average and that too only the curry dish, even the bhajji was thoroughly disappointing, almost bland tbh , thoroughly disappointing for the price. And you guys gave like one slice of lemon as a condiment like atleast give half a lemon and some onion with Indian food ,overall felt like overpriced average food, ordered from there and was thoroughly and utterly disappointed, ordered from website , order number 724434474 .

Delicious, simply delicious! Staff are really friendly, I don't go very often but they always remember my name and are so welcoming. I can definitely recommend the Dansak, and the tandoori cooked chicken is so flavourful. Eat in, takeaway and delivery options.

Used to be my favorite resteraunt but after being messed about and a change of chef we stopped using it. My friends still use it and say its back to its old self so will be going back for a retry

Was charged £2.75 for a small soda water, which is awful! when i challenged this with the manager he could not care less. The food and prices are much better down the road at Ashiyana and no corkage fee. Never will return, manager was rude too

So, I have eaten at most Asian restaurants in Luton and this place tops them all. Food is delicious and they serve decent portion sizes. The biriyani is the absolute best! Delivery driver was so so friendly, smiley and courteous. Will not be ordering from anywhere else in the future.

Been using the Miraj for many years and as a takeaway since COVID. Never had a bad meal or bad experience. Food is excellent and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Often get a free bottle of something, which is a nice touch..

Great Bangladeshi restaurant! Food is excellent - spicy , well prepared and offers a decent selection of Anglo- Indian classics. The interior is clean and classic and service is professional. On the downside the wait times are slow; it took one hour for food to arrive when there was only one other table and bill took ten minutes to arrange.

Visited on Friday with a friend. Staff were very welcoming and attentive from the moment we stepped through the door. Food was freshly cooked and arrived piping hot. I asked for a Chicken Tikka Achari, which wasn’t on the menu, but the staff happily took my order. It was one of the best Achari dishes I have had. Compliments to the chef! My friend and I were also given a bottle of wine on the house, which was very kind of the staff. A very enjoyable evening, we will be back and I will definitely be recommending to others. Many thanks.

Excellent customer service ordering over the phone and from the delivery staff. We had the Tandoori Mixed Grill and a Lamb Tikka Madras between my partner and I and it was a delicious meal. We can't wait to visit and dine in.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Always have a king prawn dish and they are always delicious. Quite expensive for any king prawn dish but so worth it. Gentleman on the phone advised it was expensive before we ordered, so no surprises when we got the bill. They are huge and you get twice as many as anywhere else I have ever ordered from. Everything is great, from the starters that are also large to the sundries...this place is a must. Always pleasant and helpful. I won't be going anywhere else in the future...

Ordered on line for delivery. Simple process and liked that you get an option to select the heat of your dish. Friendly delivery, gentleman wearing a mask and had been given option for contactless. Food piping hot, so tasty and great sag aloo,delicious mushroom rice and peshwari. They have never disappointed. Thank you
