It’s not the same under newish management but the food is still good quality and very good services as well which you were pleased about the menu is original and interesting with good quality food and we were very happy with our meal and drinks and service

Had to review uber eats delivery order on here as it is impossible to do so on uber eats itself. Portions were extremely small and prices are very large even with a discount. 4 tiny pieces of chicken and no sauce at all for what would be £11 normal price. Rice tasted worse than uncle bens microwave rice and they are charging £6 per portion!! Shame as I thought this was a reputable establishment. They certainly won’t be getting any more orders from me. Absolute rip off

I had dinner at Papa J's yesterday, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was cozy, but the highlight of the evening was definitely our waitress, Iman. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. For being a fairly new staff member, Iman was super knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick out some amazing dishes. Her energy was infectious; from her lovely attitude to her resourcefulness even when she wasn’t 100% sure on certain things, and she checked in on us frequently, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, specifically the dishes Iman recommended. If you go to Papa J's, make sure to ask for Iman. She’ll make your experience truly memorable! Today, my family and I had another amazing meal at Papa J’s, and I have to give a shoutout to our waitress, Natalia. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel right at home. Her friendly vibe and attention to detail were just fantastic. Natalia really knew the menu and helped us pick out some amazing dishes. We went with her recommendations and they did not disappoint! She was so enthusiastic about the food, it made us even more excited to dig in. What I loved most was how she kept checking in on us without being overbearing. It felt like she genuinely cared about making our experience great. It’s refreshing to have a server who really puts in the effort to make you feel special. If you’re looking for a place with delicious Indian food and top-notch service, definitely head to Papa J’s and ask for Natalia. She’ll make your meal even better!

Visited Papa J's at Luton today. Ordered butter chicken and butter nan. The butter chicken came quite fast, but tasted like it was made from one of the 'heat and eat' packages. The naans were also not made properly. They were undercooked and were raw from the inside. Overall, a total disappointment from what was once upon a time a good restaurant.

Our waitress Natalia was friendly and polite and we had a delicious meal. Really enjoyable.

absolutely loved this restaurant, i’ve seen reviews and decided to check it out and see if it was as good as it seems.. and it was! i think this is my new go to restaurant if i want indian food. i LOVED the chicken curry it was amazing and served by a lovely waitress, Iman. the manners and politeness of this lovely server for me tonight was beyond me, not only did she take my order with a smile she was very lovely and kind throughout my time here.. i would most definitely come back here and recommend coming here with family and friends for a nice meal out x

I came to this restaurant with quite high expectations and they completely outdone them honestly 10/10 i would definitely recommend this place the atmosphere is perfect to take family and go on a nice date and the waiter was amazing Iman, honestly when you think of waiters usually just boring but this one is one of a kind makes you feel nice and welcome honestly made the atmosphere so much better and the food was amazing aswell thank you guys will definitely comeback

Liars .. these people are pathetic liars and they dont listen to their concern .. but i am glad the punjab pizza o more will give you great competition.. you guys will have to pull up your socks and start service proper snacks with proper chutneys .. absolute shambolic service .. the manager Naveen is a rude person .. the owner never responds to your email..

These people are blatant liars .. whatever you order from them, it is usually half cooked, no chutneys to go along .. the manager does not respond to any complaints on emails .. everything is overpriced for the stuff you receive .. but there is hope .. punjab restaurant will take all the customers in the coming days .. watch out ..

We use to be regulars at Papa J's until their food really went downhill. After quite a few years of not going there, we decided to give it a try again. Some parts of our meal were ok, quite nice even but others weren't. My roti was rock hard, the mogo was really over fried and pretty difficult to eat. The food is very overpriced. The manager kept telling the waiting staff to come to our table and serve us more drinks, which we didn't want as we were going to a party afterwards. The food isn't as good as it used to be and I won't be going back. Luton really lacks good restaurants so it's a real shame that Papa j's isn't the excellent place it used to be. We didn't even leave a tip.

The food was excellent, we got a variety of veg and non veg dishes and everything was excellent. The pressure cooker lamb curry and paneer butter masala and chili paneer especially were great. I have seen lot’s of good reviews so I thought let’s try but o had better than this . Chotpota wings and chilli panir was ok but the Biriani, Lal maas and Bukhara daal was below average.

If I could give negative stars I would I ordered from here on uber eats and the food was awful the chips were undercooked and stale and the chicken smells horrible and is clearly over seasoned and I'm not even sure I'd it was cooked correctly
