I ordered spicy donner meat and chips, chicken and chips. The donner meat was very hard to chew, the chicken was not fresh, chilli sauce was very runny. Poor service, will not be visiting again

I’ve been a regular for the last 7yrs. Last weekend I was really disappointed, they got my order wrong and then didn’t believe me. 1 chicken burger was missing and they said they will check the CCTV cameras! Why would I lie for a £6 chicken burger when I paid £39 for my food! I didn’t get any compensation just a call back to confirm they didn’t pack the burger, and I can come back and collect it from the shop! I was really put off by this service and have noticed that they there service has been poor recently.

Has to be one of the best chicken and chips shops in Luton. Always fresh, always great standard. Plus the grilled chicken burger is the best.

I have ordered 4 different toppings pizzas they all were the worst pizzas I have ever eaten there was no tomato sauces the toppings were very little it was like just a dry backed bread

Ordered 4 pizzas today, pizzas weren’t cooked properly had little to no sauce and dough was raw in one of the boxes, wasn’t up to standards and didn’t meet expectations, have had ordered many times before always the same issue.

Just ordered a pizza overall it was good the only thing I asked for pepperoni on my pizza but I was very disappointed the pepperon was hard dry and very low quality which made the whole pizza taste bad. I hope you can spend abit extra on good quality pepperoni.

Everyone in Luton raves about Strips and Chips from this place. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. It's just basic chicken and chips neither are crispy or have lemon flavour. Honestly Luton folks need to experience some proper food if they're going to claim this is the best chicken and chips ever. It's doesn't even come close to the PFC's of London or the Chicken shops in Manchester such as Miami Crispy, Shake bee etc

The food was good, until I was half way done and saw two spiders crawling out of the food. They were small spiders but it’s still very off putting. I was nice about it and told the owners but to be honest they didn’t look like they cared, just a “sorry man” and that’s all. Overall I’m very displeased and won’t be coming back again.

I am absolutely flabbergasted . For starters the place for the amount of service there was was absolutely tiny . I came to the place with high expectations as my work colleague has told me its the best chicken and chips shop hes ever been to and has highly recommended me to try it out. I was a bit unpleased with the room with the amount pf people there but i didnt entirely dislike the restaurant just for that, the food arrived in about 5-10 minutes i paid for chicken strips large and chips with some meat. There was n o seats as theres only two small seats inside which were occupied so me and my buddy who have never come here before as this was our first time , we came with high regards got our food and sat on a bench, as i opened my box the first thing i see was a big spider that was on the corner walking on my strips after seeing this i was absolutely frustrated and decided to put the whole thing in my bin as ive never experienced something like that before i thought i was just unlucky and while i was calling my mate about the experience as he suggested it my friend was still eating is until he saw deeply in his food a tiny spider which absolutely put him off and we decided to both thrown in the bin we decided to tell the restaurant about it as i didnt want a refund but i left hungry as without photographic prove we werent given food but i didnt suggest that either as i wouldnt want to experience that again. First and last time i am going there i believe the boxes or the bags they use are what the spiders are from.

I remember the first time I tried lemon Krispy chicken was a fews years back and you could taste the lemon flavor! Now only tastes of fried chicken the portion size is big, chilli sauce is 🔥... May be should change name to sothen fried chicken...

Amazing food, chicken is always fresh. Their strips and chips is a local legend. Original chilli mayo and salad combo u can’t go wrong. Great portion sizes and food is freshly made when you order. staff are super respectful. Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food 10/10 (Banging) Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall 11/10 from me. Don’t believe it, go and try it ☺️

The people are so rude place and order for 7:30 ended up giving my order at 8:00 … waited for them to respond for my order in which the kept on saying 1 min 3 min and being so rude by serving the men first and pushing the lady back honestly I have been to so many food place in Luton but this is far more the worst place ever and the most disrespectful place I have ever come across….. refused to go to this place or even order from this place

i had made a phone order they told me 40 minutes so I went after 40 minute, my whole family was at home fasting there was a long queue I waited another hour and at the end they told me they aren't taking phone orders when the excepted mine and took my name down, absolutely rubbish and they never give the right time there to retarded

Tried for the first time, came from London. The chicken fillet burger is best around I've had. Absolutely amazing. Chicken strips and chips were a bit of let down and won't get again. But wow the fried chicken pieces that had crispy lemon flavoured skin 😻

Just bought 2 large pizzas . The mozzarella cheese tastes odd! After suffering Gastroenteritis overnight, I was told to leave message on phone at midnight. Won't return ever.

Good food but they don't give you what you ask. I asked for 2pc chicken and chips and wanted 2 wings. They said no. Only 1. Not sure why that is.. Will not be visiting again.

Food is lovely and would give 5* for that but ordering service and food collection needs some re thinking. There is no system in place for orders to be collected on time.

I'm a regular customer and usually I'm buying the same pizza's with the same toppings but yesterday the staff was rude, rushed my order and on top of that they were asked me to pay extra for a bit of sweetcorn. They are busy but at least they should try to pay a bit more attention when the customers are trying to place the order. At the end was very disappointed experience and I will not recommend anymore this place to any of my friends.

Delicious pizzas. Soo fresh!! No stale ingredients used everything is fresh. Very scrumptious. My get to pizza place from now on! The workers are very polite and excellent customer service. I phoned and they gave me a time and when i went in to pick the food up it was ready.

Bang average, came here with high expectations after watching a food reviewer. It was just normal chip shop food, not of a high caliber or quality either.

Good fried shredded chicken and chips, fried burger is tasty and big however is not chilli. Wings are decent. Heats up well in the microwave.

I'd say this place is a hit and a miss. They're consistent in their pizza's though so they tasted the same every time. Their customer service is...well it's lacking. I've tried their doner too, it's just OK. Remember to have the sauces separate as they tend to just over do it when pouring them. Not sure whether it's to mask the taste and smell of what they're offering but it's too much. These guys need to realise what's too much, it's better to ask the customer how much sauce they want. More reviews to come later if I explore more of their menu.

Whoever is answering the phone needs some lessons in customer service, not professional or polite, didn't continue with order due to his attitude, shame as the food is great. Set up deliveroo or something if you aren't capable or talking to people normally.

For anyone that has given this place 5 stars I pray for your taste buds. I went in today and ordered 1 fried chicken burger meal and 1 strips and chips and it came to £14- so am I paying £7 for a fried chicken burger meal! I had 1 bite of the burger and threw it away as it was hard to even chew. Idm paying more for a meal but at least it should be decent quality. I don’t know what the hype is london has better places for cheaper. Since i have come to Luton i’m yet to find a good place to eat.

Best pizza in town!!!! I have taste many pizza's over many years. But this pizza shop seems to be ranking first place. Quality plus value for money and consistency in taste on numerous vists. Fast service. Phone order and quick pick up service. Others pizza's shops have currently increased price and compromised on quality, portion and taste. In other places different chefs are baking the same pizza but no consistency in flavour as it depends on which chefs is baking.

Placed a big order with them yesterday, service and food was perfect. Definitely one of the best takeaways in Luton!

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS because if you leave the premises without checking and call them to tell them the order is wrong it’s NOT THEIR FAULT APPARENTLY. You (as a customer) are wrong and they will argue with you and then hang up!! Absolutely appalled by the level of service. Could have been handled better!

This place should definitely be getting 5 stars as by far they have the best fried chicken, it salty and tangy due to the lemon twist, some of the best fried chicken I have eaten. What stops it getting 5 stars, is consistency. Last time I went there, the chicken had been obviously sitting around for a while. It was really dry and not edible, was put in the bin. It's a pity as if they focus more on quality control, this place could be amazing. They give a good portion of chips, Pizza are good, but nothing special. This place is about the chicken and strips.

Not a fan of fried chicken but their strips and chips box is very good.

Decent fried chicken with a zingy lemon twist, service was quick, food was fresh and piping hot. My only criticism would be that the chips were slightly greasy although this is to be expected.

A very rude attendant at the one off the dunstable Road next to the BP service station was met this afternoon. Unhygienic practices were observed this afternoon at approximately 15:45hrs. One of the attendants used his bare hands to fetch and strip chicken, none was observed sanitising hands and when queried, he ridiculously asked whether or not we wanted food. For them its just about the money 💰. Guys let's watch out else these guys will wipe us off the surface of the earth with their Unhygienic practices.

Worst food, chicken was bad and sticky with lots of sauce on it that you cant even see the chicken , it was overflowing 🤮 the chicken of the burger was so hard that you couldn’t even bite it properly. The chicken roll was awful. It was bad experience overall sorry.

So I went here last night after a colleague and good friend recommend this place to me. I have to say, their crispy lemon chicken is really tasty and I will definitely be coming back for more! The seekh kebabs were disappointing though. Not that it bothers me because the fried chicken is really that nice! Next time I’ll try the pizza too, I saw quite a few people leaving with pizzas. I’m curious to see what that hype is about.
