Driver needs to learn directions. Dropped my drink and sauces too

All my four meals did not provide a drink, when it was in the order

Chips was cold. burger was good

Small portion of fries, cold due to excessive sauce, burgers were decent but poor quality loaded fries.

missing items on more than one order recently....please read order properly...too many items missing

Ordered double cheeseburger and got a beef burger instead, quality was poor, such a waste of money, was really looking forward to a nice lunch with the kids, wish I hadn't bothered, everyone was very disappointed.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours, person on the phone said order was sent but it wasn’t and was so rude. Never again

Really disappointed with today order. We have had a good food from here before but today’s was not good. The salad had barely any salad in and was really greasy, one of the burgers had the wrong sauce in and was spicy not mayo. Fries and chicken bites were cold.

Food arrived on time and it was hot. Everything ordered tasted great.👍 Thank you

driver sat on the same spot on the map for 8 minutes after getting the order. food was squashed and messy af. still edible but not a nice experience

chips were hard and cold. burger looked like it was made ages ago. driver took ages to get to shop so food wasn't as enjoyable

if you wish to try halal big mac then definitely get the big slam burger its exactly the same , highly recommended

Nuggets were overcooked and all food was cold.

Really good food. However after taking your order 25min prior then reasking your order because they carried on with take away orders (uber etc) they forget what's in front of them, CUSTOMERS! Food was nice packaging was not very good not surprised as I had been waiting over 30min before I got my food. Unfortunate that people have stopped priding customers who make the effort to come into the shop. The first point of contact with customers spending money at thier restaurant.

the fish burger was undercooked and the white sauce tastes different and ruined the flavour of the burger so disappointed I could not finish the fish burger

This is the 2nd time you have done this you take my money and do not order all the items. The first time you failed to order my burger and last week 2 large chips. I am concerned that this is theft. We like the food but not this practice.

Order was totally wrong and ended up with some else’s order, I called the restaurant and was told, it’s nothing to do with them. Not overly helpful or tried to help me, I won’t be using this restaurant again!!!

Went in for a meal and purchased a BIG SLAM PERI PERI burger meal, fries tasty But the meat in the burgers were really thin like wafer thin first time going here disappointed for a burger which is £5.99 on its own with a doubly patty but and on presentation was wafer thin chicken slices

Stingy af with sauces like 2 small sachets for a whole order even when I requested more, disgustingly stingy. I’ve had bigger orders before and requested the same and even then very tight with sauces. Do better.

The food is always good and it’s NOT THE RESTAURANTS FAULT the drivers you hire don’t speak English well and struggle with communication which is making good restaurants like this end up serving cold food which is a big shame

Was sent a very spicy chicken fillet tower burger - instead of a fillet burger. Not what I ordered and paid for. Disappointed!

Food took so long to get ready and when it came it wasn’t even hot anymore. Forgot to even give be a drink. £17 for cold chips and a burger is not worth it.

No toys with kids meal, very dispointing . Not impressed with this service. The whole point of kids meal is for the kids to have toys with it.

The wings were missing and when we called up they said I’ll have to collect. Once again they missed an item on my order. I am a paying customer!

Didn't try any of the fancy stuff, just a couple of regular cheeseburgers. Just ok, same as many other places in the area. Service very slow about 15 minutes from placing order to receiving food.

Average food non professional workers all workers overseas students they don't know what they do mostly dirty uniform with Stane manager don't know about customer service very slow service on takeaway or delivery or dine in not recommended

The food I ordered was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The delivery was prompt, and to my surprise, the fries arrived still hot and crispy, which is often a rare find with delivery food. The smashburgers were bursting with great flavors, and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I am already looking forward to making this place my top choice for dining in the future.

The chicken wasn’t cooked for the kids chicken burger. It was pink in the middle. Please make sure chicken is well cooked next time.

Our go to Friday night take out meal. Best burgers in Luton and decent price too. Love the smash burgers and their loaded fries. Good portions

Great place, the food was good and the tiramisu was also nice. They prefer cash as most places on this road but also take card which is nice

Delivery was good but food really wasn’t that great. Chips were cold and burger was just about warm. Don’t even know what the sauces were either. Won’t be ordering again.

Delivery time kept changing, when food arrived the fries from the meal we paid extra for were missing. Last time we ordered the food took a lifetime and arrived stone cold I don't know what has happened, Slam Burger used to be great but not now.

Today I ordered chicken fillet burger and the patty was un cooked 🥺 the patty was full pink and i did not like the burger today i waste my £6 for burger Not recommending 😑

The burgers were amazing especially the grilled chicken burger! Lots of choice and the prices are good. Good be a bit cleaner but otherwise excellent.

Hands down one of the beat burger joints in Luton. Highly recommend the Smash burgers and loaded fries they are 10/10. Portion size is really decent and they are reasonably priced to other local burger places. My pics don't do the food justice.

If you want a halal mcdonald's then this is it. The Big Slam burger is a copy of the BigMac would definitely recommend

Food is good but can improve on service and pricing.

Thought Id give it a first try for lunch. Asked the waitress what they would recommend as a beef option she replied with 'please decide' and walked off. Once the food came there were no tissues or sauces provided. Which I had to prompt them for. Also realised they charged extra for my drink which they did not mention although a drink is included in the meal. First and last try. Poor customer service average food.

Place did not honour a coupon that was displayed on their website. Food was 10 minutes late even though they said it would take 5-10 minutes. Not enough sauce was given. Burger which was ordered with a hash brown didn't include it.

Had a discount in their website which made the food substantially cheaper. Went to collect my food they were not willing to compromise with the price their website said even though they are at fault for not fixing their website. The brother who served us said he gave extra fries that was not the case. And they were adamant to compromise with the issues we had presented.

The food was soo delicious!! Soo glad I could find a shop with full of humanity. If you’re new I recommend the Peri Peri Smashburger. But it is quite overpriced honestly but very good

Ordered home delivery, and it was delivered at the wrong address. Food arrived cold and soggy with close to no flavour. Portion sizes are small and not worth the price, even though it ain't high

The burger was not nice as I mentioned that I don’t want, so she came with a lot of sauce and mayonnaise and I’m allergic to mayonnaise as the burger wasn’t nice. Doesn’t taste like a natural beef as it cost very expensive.

The food was awful. Tasted fake and very processed. I’d recommend avoiding this place.

Burgers and chips were very nice. Went for the Ramadhan platter and the staff were very flexible in customising my order to my preferences. Complimentary iftar containers given as well.

Terrible service. Delayed order when it was placed 3 hours early with a specific delivery time yet the delivery time was delayed by 30 mins. Called restaurant and they were rude, told me I didn't have an order, then blamed the driver and said there wasn't one so they couldn't make the order then said the order was ready and we can collect it, upon arriving to collect it they said the order wasn't ready and we had to wait for it to be made.meanwhile a driver turns up at the address with our order. Absolutely shocking service from Simran, she was rude and also hung up on me whilst I was asking her if she had my order, she said ok and hung up.
