Food ages over an hour, great delivery driver.

I liked the service, i am a usual customer here. Simran is really good staff member. She is very friendly and i love to eat Piri chicken grill burger every time i go there. I suggest everyone to visit once atleast.

The food here is consistently top notch. Slamburger is one of the only establishments that have perfected the “McDonald’s” Fries, as well as putting their own spin on countless of their burgers. The Algerian sauce is the perfect finishing touch to any of Slamburger’s meals. Front of House member Simran provides stellar customer service and helps foster a comfortable environment, she is a very valuable asset to the company!

this happens often. either youe ETA is wrong, or each delivery takes almost an hour for reasons I do not know

Placed order for collection when I turned up for collection time order wasn’t made, one of the workers misplaced the ticket. The manager was extremely rude and was swearing at his staff. While waiting he was also very rude to a customer who didn’t hear him shouting an order number to collect, terrible customer service. Food was decent tho can’t complain.

A little late but well worth the wait, food was on point.

My order took 2 hours to arrive and when the food came it was cold. I had called the restaurant and they explained that my food is ready but there is no courier there to collect the order. I called them again nearly an hour later and they told me the same thing again. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and I would like a full refund for my troubles.

The chicken wings were spicy but needed to be fried for a longer period. The burgers were not very appetizing and the buns were soggy. I got a 40% discount but it was not worth it. It's best to read the feedback from other customers before choosing

Great taste and perfect quantity for the price. Definitely a place worth frequenting due to the variety of selections available. Highly recommend their beef burgers.

Went in to this shop at 3.20pm and ordered a double cheese burger meal. Despite having only 3 customers and me being the first of the 3, my order still took nearly 40 minutes to make and I was given my order last. Very poor service.

Ordered a takeaway spicy chicken fillet burger plus beef burger and fries was new in luton on a conference food arrived cold like so cold that the cheese slice on the burger was not melted a single bit. fries cold cardboard, one thing is certain they don't make fresh food. Food is pre prepared kept in food warmer and as food is Ordered they send it out, not even a bite was possibly to eat, even though called up the takeaway twice once before placing the order and once after placing the order to request that they prepare it fresh,

Ordered double cheeseburger and got a beef burger instead, quality was poor, such a waste of money, was really looking forward to a nice lunch with the kids, wish I hadn't bothered, everyone was very disappointed.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours, person on the phone said order was sent but it wasn’t and was so rude. Never again

Really disappointed with today order. We have had a good food from here before but today’s was not good. The salad had barely any salad in and was really greasy, one of the burgers had the wrong sauce in and was spicy not mayo. Fries and chicken bites were cold.

Food is actually very good, I like the loaded fries, really tasty and they are generous with the Algerian sauce. Wraps were tasty, wings seems to be the frozen type that are fried, but were good enough for a fast food place. Surprisingly the nuggets to so long to make and came after everything, which was surprising. The lady behind the counter was friendly and attentive. The restaurant event thought it appears to be nice, it could have been cleaner, the tables should be cleaned after everything guest, the seats seems to be messy. The fish tank on top of the bin needs to go, not sure why it’s there. Toilets were clean. Overall it was good and the food is worth it!

First bite of burger took me back to Islamabad. Fries were so tasty i ended up ordering twice! It was worth it and pocket friendly. Just one thing i saw manager getting angry on employees not a professional way🥴. Well everything was alright rest of it can be improved

Update *** their fries used to be good but now it seems they refry old fries instead of making them fresh, I've asked them many times to not double fry as it dries out the chips but they won't listen

if you wish to try halal big mac then definitely get the big slam burger its exactly the same , highly recommended

Nuggets were overcooked and all food was cold.

Really good food. However after taking your order 25min prior then reasking your order because they carried on with take away orders (uber etc) they forget what's in front of them, CUSTOMERS! Food was nice packaging was not very good not surprised as I had been waiting over 30min before I got my food. Unfortunate that people have stopped priding customers who make the effort to come into the shop. The first point of contact with customers spending money at thier restaurant.

This is the 2nd time you have done this you take my money and do not order all the items. The first time you failed to order my burger and last week 2 large chips. I am concerned that this is theft. We like the food but not this practice.

Went in for a meal and purchased a BIG SLAM PERI PERI burger meal, fries tasty But the meat in the burgers were really thin like wafer thin first time going here disappointed for a burger which is £5.99 on its own with a doubly patty but and on presentation was wafer thin chicken slices

Stingy af with sauces like 2 small sachets for a whole order even when I requested more, disgustingly stingy. I’ve had bigger orders before and requested the same and even then very tight with sauces. Do better.

No toys with kids meal, very dispointing . Not impressed with this service. The whole point of kids meal is for the kids to have toys with it.

Didn't try any of the fancy stuff, just a couple of regular cheeseburgers. Just ok, same as many other places in the area. Service very slow about 15 minutes from placing order to receiving food.

The food I ordered was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The delivery was prompt, and to my surprise, the fries arrived still hot and crispy, which is often a rare find with delivery food. The smashburgers were bursting with great flavors, and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I am already looking forward to making this place my top choice for dining in the future.

The chicken wasn’t cooked for the kids chicken burger. It was pink in the middle. Please make sure chicken is well cooked next time.

Delivery was good but food really wasn’t that great. Chips were cold and burger was just about warm. Don’t even know what the sauces were either. Won’t be ordering again.

Delivery time kept changing, when food arrived the fries from the meal we paid extra for were missing. Last time we ordered the food took a lifetime and arrived stone cold I don't know what has happened, Slam Burger used to be great but not now.

Today I ordered chicken fillet burger and the patty was un cooked 🥺 the patty was full pink and i did not like the burger today i waste my £6 for burger Not recommending 😑

Hands down one of the beat burger joints in Luton. Highly recommend the Smash burgers and loaded fries they are 10/10. Portion size is really decent and they are reasonably priced to other local burger places. My pics don't do the food justice.

Food is good but can improve on service and pricing.

Thought Id give it a first try for lunch. Asked the waitress what they would recommend as a beef option she replied with 'please decide' and walked off. Once the food came there were no tissues or sauces provided. Which I had to prompt them for. Also realised they charged extra for my drink which they did not mention although a drink is included in the meal. First and last try. Poor customer service average food.
