I had the diavola pizza was absolutely delicious, base and crust was super crispy and light. Service was great, very attentive, Sonu and everyone that served me throughout my time here was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back next time I'm in lutin airport and also not too pricey considering it's an airport.

We just left Nolito 5 minutes ago, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the food was okay in terms of flavor, the portions were very small – we were still hungry afterward. However, the biggest issue was the service. The staff was incredibly unfriendly. At one point, they spilled a drink on me and didn’t even apologize. When I asked for clarification about our drinks (which one was regular cola and which was zero), they simply looked at me and lied about it. To top it off, they even seemed to expect a tip despite this poor service. It wasn’t just us – the staff seemed to treat each other poorly too. The atmosphere was tense, and they all looked unhappy. Honestly, they might benefit from a pep talk or team motivation because the energy was just off. Would not recommend based on this experience. Hopefully, they can improve both their portion sizes and their customer service in the future.

I was looking for breakfast in the Luton airport and this was a very cute Italian restaurant with all day breakfast. Other restaurants around where I went to check for breakfast - staff was rude. But in this restaurant, everything was lovely. Special thanks to Mady, who was such a sweetheart and very helpful. Thank you and highly recommend

Considering the whole desperate atmosphere at the airport I consider this restaurant as an oasis with nice and friendly staff, delicious food and clean environment. I got very fast service from them at the bar.

We had to wait 45 minutes for 3 English breakfasts when other people that came later got their food earlier! Disgraceful, never coming back.

Want to report a problem with the menu. On the menu smashed avocado is £14, however of you try to order it online through qr code it asks for £2 extra for sourdough… which should already be included in the meal, which makes minimum go up to 16. This is weird - please fix

Steak was done properly, but very blend. Takes so long to get any attention from waiters. Pizzas are normally pretty good. Table space is very tight..

All was average and acceptable until we got the receipt. I ordered full English breakfast, it costs 15 quid according to the menu. You should not additionally charge 2 pounds for white bread, it should be included in the breakfast set, like in other restaurants. I can't see a separate item on the menu referring to the toasts, we were not informed by the waiter about this. 2 pounds for 1 loaf of a toast is a rip off... The food was ok, the coffee was basically a cup of milk with hardly any coffee, the staff was fine, the chairs though a bit dirty and stained..

I just post this for Aswanthy who have been AMAZING!! Attentive, smiley, kind. Food was average vs the price. The cleaning of your chairs are appalling ! Please consider cleaning them as we eat in your restaurant.

Pasta portions are quite small, - waitress suggested getting something else. So ordered the bread side which was massive - too much for one person (it was clear I was on my own). It did not taste of rosemary or garlic.

We'd been some months before and loved it, but this time disappointing: glasses were dirty; pizza base covered in black bits; pasta dish a bit small and dry. Perhaps clean dishwasher filters, check rinse aid, etc. and clean whatever you're cooking pizzas on. Thanks.

We were given friendly advice and service by Alex without any problems and can highly recommend this shop. The food was great. I had a Margherita pizza and for only two pounds I got chicken on top and it was delicious. The lasagne, which was ordered separately, was also perfect with the roasted flavours. And at the end we treated ourselves to a hot chocolate and it was very delicious.

We always go to Nolito when flying via Luton. This time we arrived at 10.45. A beautiful breakfast menu was available but we just felt like a pasta. luckily, Sonu, who was looking after us, talked to the chef and pasta was arranged. It was perfect and Sonu was exceptional. Thanks to the chef who always gets pasta al dente with a superb sauce and to Sonu for amazing service, we will continue to come to nolito whenever we can. A very good experience. Happy to recommend
