A very friendly service made this meal a pleasant experience

Waited twenty minutes for my food even though they guarantee 15 min turnaround. Staff barely spoke English, and treated me with utter contempt.

I had the most delightful breakfast experience at Nolito Italian Restaurant! The menu is packed with delicious options that blend classic comfort with Italian flair. I went with their Eggs Benedict, and it was absolutely perfect — poached eggs done just right, rich hollandaise, and a toasted ruffin that took it to the next level. The ambiance was cozy and modern, and the service was super friendly and efficient. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty English Breakfast, light Granola, or something unique like the Breakfast Pizza or Piadina Diavola, there's something for everyone. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. Highly recommend.

Sat at the bar to get a coffee and a drink around 6:15 today. Hasn't been served or even said hi to. A gentleman approached the bar 10mins after me and got served straight away. I appreciate the busy or short of staff day and I don't mind waiting longer but sadly I received not a greeting nor service.

As an airport restaurant, Nolito should be well aware that many of its customers are in a hurry. Unfortunately, our experience was far from efficient. Despite clearly informing the staff that we were in a rush, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food—far beyond the 15-minute guarantee stated on their menu. In total, it took 35 minutes for our meals to arrive. To make matters worse, the staff forgot to bring cutlery, and we had to wait an additional five minutes after receiving our food just to get it. In fact, the situation became so noticeably frustrating that the diners next to us kindly offered us their own cutlery because the service was taking so long. Drinks also took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and overall, the service felt inattentive and poorly managed. While the food itself was decent, the experience was disappointing, especially in a setting where speed and efficiency should be a priority.

The worst English breakfast I ever had in my life for £15. Not sure about the rest, but definitely don’t recommend the breakfast.

Very tasteful pizza, for a second I thought I was in Naples again. If you’re stuck in Luton airport and you get hungry, would totally recomend Nolito. Thanking also Sandra, who was very prompt and gentle while serving at my table.

Incompetent service; waitress tells us there’s no bottles of beer available, while another waiter says theres lots of beer. Drinks have to be ordered 3 times before arriving at the table (one round never even came). We were told food would arrive maximum in 25 minutes, 35 minutes later we had to leave without receiving the food. And finally, we receive the bill with extra items that we didn’t even order! What an absolute circus of a restaurant.

Pricy, would expect higher standard of cleanliness for how much you pay and what you get. Glass and cutlery absolutely covered in wash stains and tables not much cleaner. Good music.

Horrible food Horrible taste And the service..I don’t even have words to describe it..I asked twice for lemons or lime and they said ,we don’t have in the bar ..and after a lady broth the lime in her hands . No plate ,no nothing ..for what they offer the price it’s to high! I wouldn’t recommend anymore.

The bar team at Nolito Restaurant in Luton Airport is fantastic. They are friendly professional and quick even during busy hours. The drinks were perfect and the service made my visit really enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you are passing through.

Visited today (28/04/25) before a flight home at around 5am. Was sat quite quickly by a friendly staff member, the menu is limited and the vegan options are extremely limited. After eventually catching a staff members attention to order - we ordered 2 drinks with oat milk... We are sat by the bar and we can see the screen with their orders and we can see the drinks being made. The woman behind the bar calls that there is no oat milk 4/5 times, we expect that the waiter who took our order would come and explain (wrong) we look on the screen and our drinks had been changed to cow milk. About 10/15 minutes go by and the bar is chaos with different drinks, a different waiter then comes over with a hot chocolate for us, we ask what milk it was made with because we heard there was no oat milk. We then manage to flag down the man who seems to be the manager and explain the situation. That if the staff member had come to us and said there was no oat milk we would have just left it but instead it clears changed to cow dairy milk. Traveling while vegan is never really that difficult but if an bar/restaurant purposely change an order to dairy that is unacceptable. The manager voided our bill and my sister had a free pastry...

very poor breakfast, the plate was dirty, the coffee cup with ground coffee on the plate and with marks on the cup. The service was polite but all the employees speak to each other in their native language, you would definitely need European staff, not only from Asia.

Lovely Breakfast at Nolito My friends and I had a fantastic breakfast at Nolito to kick off our city break. We ordered Eggs Benedict and Avocado Toast — both were delicious, well-portioned, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the restaurant was spotless. The staff were friendly, attentive, and communicated clearly throughout our visit. Management clearly runs a well-organised and welcoming place. We also tried drinks from the bar, which were great and reasonably priced. Overall, excellent value for money with genuine engagement from the team. Highly recommend!

Full English breakfast was poor. Bacon and mushrooms stone cold. Beans barely warm. Service average. Would not recommend.

First time here,but definitely not the last :) It was absolutely great. Nolito is a nice place with amazing, kind staff! Brilliant, fast service and lovely taste of the meal . The worst place to seat for drink or have food. The place has not sight where to order, staffs a very rude, arguing with angry costumers waiting for so long for drinks or food. I was speechless with a barista arguing with costumer as she thinking was right. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Had breakfast before and early flight. £13.50 for 3 small pancakes, a tiny pot of maple syrup and a few berries. The mascarpone was tiny in size. Absolute rip off.

It was very impressive that Nolito does everything to offer a high-end Italian bar and restaurant experience at an unbelievably reasonable price range. While most of the airport dining establishments charge the same or more for reheated small amount of greasy food, Nolito does the complete opposite!! The quality of the ingredients was top-notch. I could right away tell that they cook everything fresh in the kitchen upon order, and the amount of food is very filling, just like in Italy. The starter calamari fritto misto I had was very authentically Italian, to which I would have to expect to pay for significantly more at a London restaurant, but Nolito generously offers it at only £11. The staff members also made my quick bite visit very comfortable. They are all very attentive, sophisticated, yet remaining friendly. I will definitely come here straight for a genuine Italian dining experience whenever I fly from Luton. The location is closer to brand-named shops after most of restaurants. If you walk pass by all the low quality overpriced airport restaurants, then you can find this true Italian culinary sanctuary inside Luton airport! Today was my first time at Nolito, and I was so impressed that I searched for other Nolito branches in town, but this airport actually is the only place Nolito currently exists. It is a luxury Luton airport passengers can only enjoy :)

The service was very bad and slow, even though it wasn’t crowded. We asked for garlic sauce, but they never brought it. We also requested the bill, but they didn’t bring it until my partner had to follow up. I don’t suggest it.

I am a regular traveler out of Luton Airport and this is my regular spot. Very good service at the bar.They keep you engaged and a good place to kill couple of hours.

I just found out that employees do not get wages set out in their contract. It's a "service not included" meaning employees are paid by tips, which by nature should be on top of wages, in reward for above average service, decided by customer, not extorted from customer by implying that unless Tim is given, employee won't be paid. This is not USA, practices of exploitation of both clients and own employees this way aren't a part of culture. When I look at menu and see price, I expect everything needed for me to enjoy my meal is included in that price. That is, table, chair, plate, fork and knife, food, someone who will make it and bring it to me. To demand me to pay extra at the end us cheating me. To deny employees fair and stable wages is cheating on own employees. This place just lost a customer. And I told staff there are better jobs out there. Reply to owners reply: No, I will not contact you directly. I want these practices out. Practices and companies using these practices. I want you out. Thus, I'm not giving you my custom, and by now, you know exactly why. This leaves you with improvement opportunity, choice is yours and yours alone. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Edit2: Staff says they're paid out of tips, manager says staff is paid wages plus tips. Someone lies. Either way, not a comfortable situation. And either way I will leave this review as it is. Someone will read it. Will be warned. Will be looking. And clients experience combined with further reviews will be talking.

got served by Gio , 2 portions of fries and was such a short waiting time it made me forget I was in a busy airport he was attentive and quick with his service would definitely come back again and may even try one of the pizzas they have as they look delicious

Under the torment of a delayed connection, Nolito Italian Restaurant was a HAVEN. Never before had i had a drink made so perfectly to my tastes, if I was MI6 i may even have been tempted to have my drink stirred not shaked, and all thanks to Darren who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my short stay was as comfortable as possible. <3

I recently visited Nolito, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. I ordered a flat white, and it was absolutely spot on rich, creamy, and perfectly brewed. The real highlight of my visit, though, was the exceptional service I received from Gio. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and warm. Gio was attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. It's rare to experience such personalized service, and it truly made my visit stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had lunch yesterday on our second visit to Nolito recently. Food, wine and service really good so will not hesitate to eat here next time. What might help your hard-working staff is a simple notice asking customers to wait to be seated, rather just walking in and seating themselves at a random table - this was very noticeable and must be frustrating for the servers.

I only had a croissant and a coffee so can’t really rate the food much, atmosphere is of a typical airport cafe but I would totally want to shout out to Karolina - a member of staff there who was the most enthusiastic, pleasant and polite.

This is a cookie cutter fake Italian with poor food, basic service and zero character. The food is overpriced (standard airport) uninspired, not tasty and served slowly and dispassionately. This is the kind of brand you could change daily and no one would notice. Even the chips were poor... What a shame.

First of all, I would like to thank ABIN for the excellent service. I would also like to congratulate Chef ANDRZEJ for the delicious mushroom risotto.

Classic Italian cuisine. The prices are high, but the food quality and taste are good. The shrimp pasta and lasagne were good, the caprese salad was great. However, I didn't like the squid rings. They were tasteless, and the batter was overcooked (it crumbled, being very soft). Overall a good impression, I was pleased with the service

The food here is amazing, I had a full english breakfast and it in my opinion, it is the best at this airport. The staff are very friendly and approachable and willing to help, I felt comfortable asking them for things. I will keep eating my breakfast here everytime I fly from Luton.

Airport restaurant so pricy is expected but still not value for money. Service was very slow (20 mins for 2 hot drinks); food arrived a moment later. Food was tasty and well made. If I'm honest, I probably wouldn't have been as dissatisfied if the wait hadn't been so long without communication.

Florin was noticeably lovely, the food and drink were great, £4 for two eggs on their own seems a bit wild to me but aside from that I loved it!

Nolito is a best place to stop at before your flight for sure! Their Egg Royal is the best- my warm compliments to the kitchen team! The restaurant team is great as always by looking after their customers and making sure they are happy and satisfied.
