The best restaurants in King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

Not allergy safe. Before asking we asked about allergens due to a sesame allergy and was told theres no sesame in anything we wanted to order. Midway through dinner I had to stop eating due to an allergic reaction to the food.

Had a wonderful meal ...the steak was cooked perfectly.... chips, mushrooms,onion rings,all the trimmings......only complaint was too much!!

The best pub dining we have experienced in a very long time . Thankyou team . We will be back very soon The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable

Our little indulgence is driving over 50 miles each way for the best Fish & Chips in Norfolk. Always freshly cooked and tasty.

Service and food terrible will not and ever be returning no doubt the other customers feel the same as all complaining waiting too long for pre ordered food having to clear own tables and collect own cutlery

WORZILS A1: Plenty of parking. such a fantastic selection in all the shops. the loos were so clean, warm, hot water and warm hand dryer. restaurant very welcoming and warm, staff great, drinks good and food so so YUMMIE, plenty of it, well cooked and such a great selection of food and drinks. A great afternoon out.

Meal last night 30/12/24 was very poor. Had my best meal out ever here in April 2024 but last night was average standard pub food. New owners already having negative effect?

We happened upon this place by chance and it looked beautiful from the outside… We popped in for a quick drink, were quickly told that we couldn’t stay in the bar as children aren’t permitted… immediately annoyed! So we were told abruptly to go into the “family room” Drinks we had were 2x half pints of orange juice and a pint of lager… £12.85! Fully unaware that I’d be requiring a mortgage for a drink! The interior itself is nice enough. The toilets, as is usually the case had been forgotten about and were very outdated. The staff could do with a shake up regarding their attitudes! Walking around as if they have a smell under their noses. We shall not be returning.

I ordered salt and pepper potato’s and received salt and pepper chicken, completely ruined my meal as I already had a chicken option.

We had a really nice lunch today in the garden at the Farmers Arms. The service was really quick and efficient . The salad bowl was full of prawns and very tasty , I would have it again! The fish chips was a generous size and was really tasty .

Not bad for bangers and mash I get that prices wasnt going to be cheap. However roughly £16 the same price as a sunday roast for sausage, Mash, bowl of peas (which they did give seperate as i requested) and a yorkshire Pudd. The portion size looked small but was definitely enough! 3 lovely sausages and the mash was good too. Not such a fan of the yorkshire pudd or the pieces of herbs and the gravy wasnt great. Otherwise it was rexommendable. Farmers arms is a good local pub-restaraunt.

Lots of bad reviews for the evening but as I dont go there in the evening I cant comment. However I do go there for lunch on occasion. The food is good, ok it's not 5* Gourmet but it's good. The prices are excellent on both the food and drinks. Its warm and comfortable and the waitresses are friendly.

Looking forward to warm friendly pub for a casual drink/meal. Walked into a morgue, no heating, all three fires unlit, radiators cold, empty apart from staff, obviously didn't stay for food. Sadly another pub about to bite the dust. Would give no stars if it was possible

My partner and I ordered a meal yesterday evening through uber eats around 8pm. Our food was delivered about 9:10pm and we opened our food to see our order was not only wrong! Plus the fries we ordered were pale, hard and very undercooked! The cheese burger was meant to be plain and it comes covered in mayo sauce I'm allergic too! The meal was inedible... The restaurant closed at 9pm but my partner called them the second we saw our meal wasn't correct, they answered the phone and we explained what happened then they hung up!! I called them back instantly and they never answered. I called over 10 times and they still didn't answer. So my partner drove to the restaurant and the staff members were still inside but locked the doors, he knocked on the door and told them what happened. They said there's nothing they can do!!Absolutely appalling!!

Cold restaurant, rubbish service. Staff spent more time on their phones and chatting to each other. Steak pie and fish and chips were nice. Crumble was not crunchy, very doughy! Visited for years as my dad lives locally, will be looking for somewhere else in future!
