Driver was awkward Food tasteless

Great food, don't expect much from staff it's not a Michelin star restaurant, better than any other fast food in the area.

we ordered 3 medium and 1 large box but we couldn't tell the difference at which one is large because they were all the same size so we think they made a mistake

Visited King's Lynn branch, two boxes paid nearly £16, sweet and sour chicken runny, no flavour and luke warm, rice hard and undercooked, after two mouthfuls box went into the bin, noodles and caramel chicken - tasteless and barely any noodles just veg, disappointed, hungry and out of pocket

Some unfair negative reviews on here - if you don’t expect the world you will be pleasantly surprised. Tasty food and good service.

The noodles were ok and I could not see a wok anywhere Everything was kept hot in a hot cupboard so not fresh but ok

Really not good, greasy food and the curry sauce had lumps of chicken in,this wasn't listen to contain meat, as a vegetarian, not what you want!!!!

Marked delivered before it arrived

I was told it would be delivered at 12:20. It turned up at 12:50. The food is cold and one of the boxes had broken so the food was all over the bag. I had to throw it away!

I used to visit here weekly about 7 or 8 years ago when you could get a large box for £4.50. Unfortunately prices have now more than doubled, a large box will set you back £10 - i have happily paid on the assumption id get the same delicious food I did in times gone by but sadly the food quality has taken a big plunge. The chicken within the curries is mushy processed sludge, the salt and pepper chicken lacks any flavour at all and as do the noodles. I was unable to find even a slither of egg in what was advertised as egg fried rice and the rice itself was wet and oily. Will keep my memories of the lovely food this place used to whip up in the past I think - won't be visiting again

Ordered egg rice instead received normal rice. ordered another medium box with half vegetable fried rice and had noodles, instead received only vegetable rice. Cold dry food and less quantity. No quality at all. That speaks volume that they don't have any value for customer. Poor service.

Ordered on deliveroo and had to bin all my food my bbq chicken was soggy and my caramel chicken some was dry as anything and some was pink wasted so much money for nothing all just to go to the bin normally it’s an amazing place to order from nothing was nice at all the salt and pepper potatoes didn’t taste like anything at all looked nice but didn’t taste nice and also to order a drink and not even receive it,, called up multiple of times and no one even answered, extremely disappointed

The food was great as were the staff when I went to collect my order since the delivery driver didn't show up but marked it as delivered.

Badly done! I ordered the veggie noodles because I'm vegetarian and as I'm tucking in I pull out a fat piece of chicken!!! Had to throw my meal away after this, waste of money!

Food arrived cold. Felt like it was luke warm when packed so cold when delivered. No salt and pepper potatoes that we ordered and instead replaced with cold and soggy veg spring rolls.

Great food good customer services, before I visit I hesitate as I am fussy eater, but as soon as I start tucking in until I finish I enjoyed and finished all the way, fair price well recommended.

I had been to this noodle bar last year and enjoyed my food so not hesitant to try it again but wish I hadn't bothered 😩 The girl serving was ignorant and barely civil, I chose rice with noodles as my base then chicken curry and caramelised chicken for my topping. The curry was bland and watery with no taste at all ☹the rice and the noodles were pretty much the same, the only thing that had any flavour was the caramelised chicken but that along with everything else was barely warm. I had a few mouthfuls hoping it would get better but it didn't. I waited until there was no customers and took my food to the counter, I politely told the young girl that the food was watery with no taste, she mumbled something to a man cooking, who got a spoon and stirred the curry, he then mummbled something and walked off 😡 I put the rest of my food in the bin and said I wont be coming back .........how do such rude people get away with being so ignorant 🤷‍♀️

This is by far the worst noodle bar I have ever been to, there isn't a single positive I can draw from my visit. Firstly there was the rude and ignorant staff - I stood there for 10 minutes while a guy talked on his phone and a girl wiped the counter. Neither of them even acknowledged me, despite seeing me, and when the girl did eventually come over she tutted before simply saying "yeah". I gave my order and didn't even get a thank you. I had to ask for a fork to eat with and serviettes, which was even more trouble for her. Then there was the food - cold noodles, overcooked chicken and something that was supposed to be beef in black bean sauce but was nothing like. The tiny shavings of beef were drowned in what appeared to be gravy and mixed frozen veg, I wish I had taken a photo because it was so bizarre but the girl was already glaring at me after she heard me pointing it out to my wife and didn't want to start a fight! I had a couple of mouthfuls then just got up and left it. Up there with the worst food I've ever tasted - absolutely horrendous.

Yuk! Flavourless salt and pepper potatoes and really strange tasting veg noodles, left most of it. Poor customer service from the girl who works there too, very abrupt and ignores you! Would NOT recommend!!

food is alright, the staff look like they wanna die, unfriendly. they put 2 large boxes in one paper bag so its split and went up all on the floor, when i come back, they gave us way less food, 16£ for what, not coming back again👋

Nice food at a reasonable price.

Eaten from here a few times and it has quickly become one of my favourite places to grab food. Very good value for money and the food has always been great. Recommended 👍.

Food is nice however, the staff are very unfriendly, unresponsive and inattentive. I asked for a small rice and caramel chicken/salt and pepper chicken box and basically got a whole plate of rice with four maybe five pieces of small chicken. I have been going here for the past three years and over the past few months the customer service has been atrocious, the staff don't look or acknowledge you most of the time. I basically paid £6 for a plate of rice, some small pieces of chicken with a side of awful service. Didn't used to be like this.

rip off, large box with 2 base and 2 toppings, unless you are watching what they are doing behind the counter when serving you, you won't get what you asked for.....paid £8 for a bit of rice and chicken, 1 base 1 topping.....watch out!!

I asked for an item if they had it and was left a note saying they didnt have it available, they were polite, and it was nice to be informed. The food was piping hot, extremely tasty, and even the driver was polite and lovely. 5 stars all over and 100% will get again - thank you so much.

Ordered food from this so called establishment, was expensive for what I ordered but went ahead as I was hoping it would be good food, never got the food and was verbally abused by the driver called every name under the sun then hung up on, tried several times to ring the restaurant all attempts were cut off so they obviously didn’t want to know, tried calling for half an hour if not longer but just kept being cut off, won’t be bothering next time and now going through the stress of trying to get my money back, absolutely diabolical and they should be ashamed

We visited here at lunch time to try a quick takeaway snack. We had the veg noodle box for £2.50 .The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. We will be returning to try something else .

Ordered on deliveroo. There was hair in my food! The vegetable spring rolls were drenched in sweet and sour sauce, just a clump of soggy mess. Ordered noodles and rice with two toppings didn't receive noodles just hard rice with only one topping, one which i hadn't even ordered! How they can charge for this food is beyond me and hair being in the food is absolutely unacceptable.

Good food well worth the price payed.

Decided to try this and have lunch. Ordered a medium box for £6 you get a base so noodles or rice and then 2 toppings which I thought was a reasonable price. Sweet and sour though was not zingy but bland and really quite awful. I really wanted to like this place but its just bland. Noodles had a weird flavour to them as well. I really didn't enjoy my meal. I wouldnt recommend.

Missing half of the order , restaurant didn’t pick up phone when called

Decided to try some food at noodle bar. Don't often eat fast foods on the go. Ordered noodles with salt and pepper chicken and sweet and sour chicken ,for 6 pounds. Served immediately, by pleasant lady, and sat at very clean table and chairs. The meal was very tasty and I really enjoyed it. I can be a bit fussy about eating places being clean and standard of food. Will definitely go there again next time I go to Kings Lynne.

Was ok for a cheap eat and something different but lacked flavour. Noodles look like they are mixed with frozen veg. Caramel chicken was good.

Staffing seems to be a problem, with a turn over of new faces every visit. The one thing in common they all share is lack of customer service.

Love, love, love it! I'm a diabetic and I find when out and about with other dietary restriction this is a GREAT place to eat. Keeps my sugars stable and best of all tastes fabulous! Value for money and staff are always super nice

1st time coming here thought id pop in with my kids who thought it was brilliant trying to use chopsticks for the 1st time the food was lovely and plentiful will certainly be back when we are in the area again

Salt and pepper chicken too spicy,i believe the chef dropped too much hot chilli in it.Noodles the same.Avoid if you don't eat spicy.waaaaay to spicy!!

Food was as I expected, I'm a big fan of noodle bars. First time I've had a takeaway though. One mishap, did not get drink I paid for. Doesn't default from the food, please get it right next time as I will definitely return. As far as I'm concerned, cheap as chips, even without my drink.

The food never even turned up. Rang the store and they confirmed it was just sitting there. Not happy with the service at all.

The "noodle Bar" advertised in the window they were open until 6 pm everyday. However we tried to visit, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but on all days the place was closed by 4 pm. Customer service needs to be worked on. I cant comment on the food as we never got to order any.

Food was delicious, but the drink I ordered was missing.

Paid £12 for two lunches about £8 of which ended up in the bin. Awful. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to eat or just give the money to charity rather than waste it here.
